Front desk lady is great. The work done was pretty good. Car came out with melted paperwork stuck to the dash. I went back in and asked them to fix it. The gentlemen that came out to investigate seemed annoyed to have to deal with it, even though it was their employees’ fault. It was “fixed”. The repair also took about twice as long or more than estimated. I don’t know what is normal for most body shops and it might have been beyond their control, as insurance was a bit of struggle to deal with.
McLarty Collision North has always been helpful in walking you through the repair process, and they are great at keeping you informed of their progress and timeline. My car looks great—just like new.
All updates were exceptional! Original time was five days…how about 10 days…everyone gave me great information when I called!!

Got in a front end collision and took my Subaru Forester to these people. I got my whole front clip replaced. Rick took care of my car and was very professional and even addressed some issues I had a few months later after I had gotten my car back. My car looks much better than when I took it to them and I couldn’t be happier with the work these folks did. While I hope to not have to use them for collision repair again I’ll recommend them to anyone.
I missed my car and I was itching to get it back. My car looked brand-new again when I picked it up. My car was much cleaner than it was when I had taken it in. Wow!

The staff are very knowledgeable about the repairs needed and they went above what was required to make sure I was setup with good transportation as my car was being worked on. They handled everything with insurance company and all I had to do was pay my portion when picking up the car. They were excellent.

Unacceptable irresponsibility from the shop. As a business, how do you function without having dependability for timely repairs on vehicles?I was told several times over the phone that the vehicle would be fixed and ready Friday. Friday rolls around and it wasnt ready and I was told Monday would be the day I could pick it up. This wasnt an issue for me since the rental can be simply extended. Monday came around and I received another call that the vehicle was yet to be ready. This again wasnt much of an issue and I simply asked for them to call my insurance and extend the rental. I was assured that Tuesday my vehicle would be ready.Sadly this wasnt followed through by the shop and I received a call from enterprise saying my rental was due despite not having my vehicle. After working this out with my insurance the rental was extended for another day. Tuesday has now arrived and I have received yet another call starting off with I hate to tell you this *nervous laughter* but the car may not be ready today. This is simply unacceptable and irresponsible. My car has been in your possession for 2 and a half weeks. Beyond this, the reason that my car is maybe ready is because we are waiting on a mysterious wheel guy and no one seems to be sure if he is coming to complete the repairs on my car.It should not be my responsibility to demand from your service to know whether or not my vehicle is ready. The wheel guy arriving or not arriving is not my responsibility. When I asked if the wheel guy was coming today the answer I received was I dont know he said he would be. You are literally passing the responsibility of my vehicles status to some random third party that I have never met or interacted with despite YOU being the place that is responsible for my vehicles repairs. I had to ask the mechanic to call the wheel guy to assure me the vehicle would be ready.Do NOT bring your vehicle to this shop.
We were in a collision that wasn’t our fault. Immediately the other persons insurance started trying to hard ball us. McClarty collision worked as the middle man and told me I had nothing to worry about. I was told numerous times he cares about the customer not the big insurance company. I hope to never need a body shop again, but if I do they have earned our business.

I was very unsatisfied with your service. It seemed there were always delays. You expected me to pay a portion of a new tire, which I refused. Then when you ordered it, you ordered the wrong tire. How do you do that? It seemed that my auto sat for several days with nothing being done to it. Once you got into the wheel components you had to order parts. This delay caused the other party insurance to refuse to pay for my rental. Because it was a month before you had my auto ready for pickup, McLarty offered to pay for my remaining rental. I appreciated that but felt my auto should have been repaired much sooner. Im not sure I will ever use McLarty collision again. Sorry!

Do not take your car for repairs here. I had them (mistakenly) do repairs on my bumper, impact bar, & back up cam. Now my car has a squeaking sound & my back up camera is useless in the rain or if it’s too bright outside. I would like to go get a replacement but it took them a week just to fix the car the first time. Find yourself another honest repair shop who doesn’t use knock off parts.

Dont know where to start. The staff was great and really nice. The truck is new and looks good from a distance but it definitely looks repaired and twisted hear it. Bed doesnt line up, very uneven from the back glass, bumpers are crooked, blown rear shock with oil all over it, tailgate is hard to open and missing a rubber bumper, people tell me it looks like it goes sideways down the road. the back door is dull from the paint blending I wouldnt be so upset if it had 100,000 on it. But it had 13,000 on it. 7,000 when it was hit. Yea took that long to get USAA to get it in the shop and we were forced to drive it. I expected better. I expected a frame to be replaced if it were damaged and made it clear in writing up front with acceptance. Good thing I made all correspondence in text or email.

Mclarty has had my vehicle over 30 days cant get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. They did nothing the 1st 19 days of having it. Jeff page told me it would be done on a certain day and was lied to. Most horrible experience ever!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MCLARTY COLLISION!!! Ive noticed how the owner in the reviews only comments on the good reviews but says nothing to the negative ones. Why wouldnt the owner care about the bad experiences and try to correct them

The only positive thing that I can say about my personal experience with McLarty Collision is that they did an excellent job in the paint and body shop. The rudeness, disrespectful, unprofessional, liar and argumentive attitude of the Front Desk Clerk is definitely causing the business to lose repeat customers. First my vehicle was not ready when promised. They had our vehicle over a month and didnt even start on it for several weeks after we had dropped it off. They used after market products on our vehicle. Knowing that after market products on an expensive vehicle will lowered the value of my vehicle this infuriates me. I was promised step by step updates and the only updates I got were when I contacted them.I need to address the Front Desk Clerka little further. She contacted me on Monday around noon and advised me that my vehicle would be ready by 5:45pm. I said okay we will come by and pick it up. Due to me having to work late we were not able to go pick it up until the next day around 10:30am. My husband and I examined the vehicle and it looked amazing. We went inside the business there were 2 other customers in the business. Young gentleman and an elderly woman dropping off their vehicles. After she had handled their issues she never even addressed and or acknowledged us. She was busy walking from the front desk to a window flirting with whoever was on the other side of the window. Finally after 20 minutes of being ignored I finally stoop up and spook to her. I said I had a female call me yesterday and tell me my vehicle was ready and that I could pick it up at 5:45 yesterday. She asked me who I talked to? I said Im not sure. I explained that we had been working with a female but she was on vacation. I said I dont know who I talked to I just know she told me my vehicle would be ready when I got there to pick it up. She said very rudely Im the only female who works here. I said well I guess it was you I spoke with. She said no it wasnt me. I said I dont know who the female was either you or someone else I dont know. What I do know is that a female called me at noon and stated that my vehicle was ready. I asked how long is the going to take? I dont know (very rudely). I said would you please check? She rolled her eyes and sat there another 5 minutes before even getting up to go check. She went and checked and rudely advised us that the person working on our paperwork will be out here when he is done with the paperwork. I asked her if she would please check I have an appointment on the other side of town. Once again she rolled her eyes at me. When she came back to her desk she stated that he didnt know how much longer it would be. Then she again started stating that she never told me my vehicle was ready. I said its strange that someone would call me and tell me my vehicle is ready at 5:45pm and when we get here the next day at 10:30am we are still waiting. Why wasnt the paperwork completely yesterday if I was supposed to pick it up yesterday? First she said she didnt know then she said that our insurance company had just sent over the paperwork 40 minutes ago. Okay. The whole time we were sitting and waiting she continued to try to argue with me. My husband said just ignore her. Finally when we were finished we were about to walk out I asked her what is name? I was very clear and concise. She said Im sorry? Her response was as if she didnt hear me when she and I had eye contact. I asked her again and her response was (her name). I said okay thank you. Once again she rolled her eyes.If McLarty Collision wants to have a professional business they need to terminate her and find someone who is honest, professional, personable and respectful. My advice to the Front Desk Clerk learn to be honest, professional, respectful, friendly, curious and lose the attitude and rainbow bright hair style if you ever want to have a professional career.

Service is hit and miss. I had to make more than two visits to get the problem right. My issue was not resolved here. They tried to pawn me off to another agency for something that was definitely part of their expertise.

They have zero knowledge on newer Volkswagens. A repair that was scheduled for 4 days has taken 3 weeks. Communication is ridiculous. Mt car was sent to another facility to have an installation done, I had to call THAT facility to find out how long it would take. I have been on hold almost 30 minutes to find out if it will be ready when I was told yesterday it was?
Took my Ford Escape in to have repairs made after an accident. Very well pleased with the repairs made, car was cleaned, looked like show-room new.
