Very friendly when I could get someone to help me. Very knowledgeable. Would give a 5 star but it took 20 minutes to get someone to help me.
I was having trouble finding something, Ken and Jessica was the only two people to help with no hesitation at all! They both were nice and went out their way to help me! They deserve a raise. Before Len and Jessica helped me I asked on employee for help him told me no I’m too busy I can’t help you. I didn’t get his name but you all should train your employees to be more like ken and Jessica.
Todays shopping experience was absolutely fantastic 😃 !!! I want to give a shout out to Robin for her great customer service and for going above and beyond to assist us with what questions we had and a price check of what we needed for the icy breeze chill air box. We went into The Home Depot to get some kitchen sink parts to repair the drain to be like new. We also got gorilla glue clear adhesive caulking and Flex Seal sealant for the new shower drains. A 75 ft. Goodyear yellow garden hose, and two industrial metal style fans for the house and other as a gift. While enjoying our time at The Home Depot I did some window shopping for a 5 piece patio furniture set, though Id need 6 rocker style chairs, with a glass table top, and an outdoor awning with all around tie up and tie down fabricated side panels to enclose on windy, even rainy, nights for family game night or to just protect your patio furniture from blowing all over the yard. I just wanted to fantasize about the possibilities of having a real back yard furniture set. It was quite beautiful 😍💖🥰 I also checked out a beautiful smoker grill, because you cant have a brand new patio set and not have a grill to enjoy your first BBQ with...Gotta love daydreaming!!! until our next Depot adventure... #homedepot #patiofurniture #firepit #smoker #shopping #fixit #diyprojects #goodyear #review #influencer
Well for the first time in a long time, I can give them 5 stars; even though it was extenuating circumstances.I had planned to goto Lowe’s first, which is just across the street. I pull into Lowe’s parking lot and there is people standing everywhere outside the store (No thank you). I figured their systems was down or something. I leave Lowe’s parking lot and hear sirens coming; so I guess there was some medical emergency at Lowe’s. Glad I left, but do hope whoever needed the ambulance will be ok.I drive across the street to Home Depot. They have some folks cleaning the front of the store with power washers, Are there not any quieter gas power washers available? It was loud. I steered clear from the loud power washers and the water, and used the entrance furthest away. I can say that the power washer folks did at least tape off their cleaning area with caution tape (that as a plus). The store was pretty busy, but I only needed to buy four things. I used Home Depot app to locate two of the items I needed, but one item wasn’t where the app said it was. Luckily there was a Home Depot associate working on the same aisle. I need to say that most of my past experiences with Home Depot associates hasn’t been very pleasant and that particular store usually has terrible customer service. I hesitated asking for help, but I was in a hurry. Now My definition of Good customer service is that the associate would have noticed me standing 20 feet from him, and notice that I kept walking back and fourth on the aisle searching for something; stop what he was doing and politely ask me if I needed any help finding something. Well I knew that wouldn’t happen; I rarely get that kind of help at this location. I had to walk up to him, and I politely asked him where could I find this particular item. He quickly told me where it was at and went about his own business. No thank you, have a nice day; nothing. Oh well, it was the typical interaction I always seem to get. Anyway,I found all my items and went to self checkout. The associate watching over the self checkout registers did a good job of asking folks if they were paying cash or card; since only select registers took one or the other type payment. There still wasn’t any pleasantry comments or interactions, but again that’s typical at that location. I paid for my items and got out of there. You ask, why 5 stars then since the associates weren’t pleasant? Well I was in a hurry and Just wanted a quick in and out run. I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. Would an appreciative associate with pleasant comments been welcomed, yes it would. Would I’ve felt better from a simple “thank you”, sure I would have. Thinking about that now, I probably should take a star away, but I’ll leave it at 5 stars. I’m sure my next visit won’t be any better, and then I’ll deduct stars on my next review.
This store is jumping. Every employee seems to be engaged with a customer. Dont expect someone to saunter up to you as you struggle to find an item. If you need help, seek it out. This store has so much, but not everything. Maybe the could order it.Clean, well-stocked, well-organized. Could use some more employees. Great store.
The only Home Depot that consistently disappoints you before you even get to check out. 3 times I’ve grown up and had to immediately go back out to the parking lot to get my own cart. Workers are hiding somewhere in the back or not showing up at all so you can’t get help with anything. Either management sucks or everyone else does.
Out of the compact circular saw I was looking for but employees were nice
Clean. Helpful. Good bathroom.
My visit to the HOME DEPOT was very good, I use the app to find anything I need. Every home project I do, I get all my materials from Home Depot. Great store, far better than that other store.
The garden area was well stocked. Not much help, as far as, picking up heavy bags of soil or mulch. I had gentleman offer to help, another customer, which I appreciated. Both registers were open. All in all, a decent trip today.
What can I say, Its Home Depot, you know... the guys that kick Lowes hind end on the regular. Keep on Kicking it HD.
Spent a lot of money here. Hard to get any help around here definitely won’t be back.told customer care/ corporate my experience. They don’t give a care in the world. If you want a peace of mind that your going to get good service out of this company you will not. I advise taking your business else where. Terrible is an understatement.
If anybody knows landscaping then they know that its very competitive and in order to make any money at it you have to be quick and efficient well Ive been sitting outside the garden center here at McCain home Depot in North Little Rock for an hour now waiting for them to bring me 40 bags of mulch the gate is locked and they still havent got it open and Im just losing my tail dealing with this big box store its ridiculous your customer service is horrible
The entrance ladies were so helpful, I told what I needed, they wrote the row and bin diw for me. This was the 4th around 3pm. Very very helpful.
Security is awesome because I had an escort the hole time..... Of course Im being facetious when I say this.... It was rather annoying to be fallowed around by plain clothed security..... The store its self was clean well labeled and had a large variety to chose from
Rude customer service. Their “Curbside pick up” is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Why offer this service if you can’t do it right
I would rather choose a local business over a big chain but I needed some weeding tools for a landscaping job and I didnt have much money and I am familiar with the layout of the store and its wide selection in the outdoor category. These megacorps are always best positioned throughout any area for maximum convenience. There were multiple brands and price points for what I needed - Aames, Fiskars, HDX, Milwaukee (Home Depot generic).I used the self checkout after waiting very briefly on one person during a light traffic Saturday morning.
So Im a home depot guy. Spent 10s of 1000s over the years. But this home depot is small compared to others I have been in. Now the size is not why it isnt 5 stars. Its the employees or lack of. Im used to going into a home depot and if I need help theres someone everywhere to help you. This home depot its hard to find someone to help. Your on your own if you shop here. So beware
I always get lost in there. Theres so much I want unfortunately my wallet wont let me.
I went there to purchase a deep freezer and a air conditioning unit everybody was very nice and very helpful
Help was a little scarce. But found the items I was looking for and checked out fairly quick.
I shop here pretty often, but this was the first time ive ordered online and picked up in the store. As usual, the store was clean and organized, well stocked, and every associate I encountered was helpful and courteous. The customer service people were extra fantastic. They clearly knew their jobs, and had smiles on the whole time. Most definitely will continue shopping here.
Never had too bad of an experience at this location.
Friendly atmosphere, clean store, would recommend, hated self check out,you have someone standing there watching, and if you gonna do that might as well open cash registers up and they can earn there pay
Their online services are the worst..the order was supposed to be delivered in 2 days it has now been over a week and according to the new update it will be at least two more days and of course there’s nothing they can or are willing to do. This is the second time I’ve had issues with delivery with them. I had to cancel an order all together the first time because they couldn’t provide a delivery date after the original date passed. The only reason I didn’t cancel this order is because I was told it would be delivered yesterday however now it will be an additional two days. Absolute worst with online delivery and orders.
This is Home Depot, folks. For most patrons, you know why you’re there, and generally, you can find everything you need. This particular stores has done a little rearranging the last few months, in both inventory and staff. It seems there are lots of cashiers, but fewer associates to assist shoppers in the aisles. After selecting a few random items, I headed towards the power tools section to find a researched Drill/Impact Driver combo set. I ended up waiting 30+ minutes in the power tool section attempting to locate the new Dewalt combo set that happened to be on sale. The website said the store had 82 of these combo sets in stock. After finding the ambiguously located Dewalt sections (bits and such not even close to their brother power tools), there were no combos available to be seen. I flagged down a passing cashier, and she politely explained that she didn’t know where anything was but would have a proper associate sent over, ASAP. No problem, I thought. I said, “thank you,” and explained that I wasn’t in much of a hurry, and appreciated her help. Promptly, I heard the call for “customer assistance in aisle….” Again, after waiting 30 minutes, and being asked by the same cashier if I’d been helped, yet…. I quit waiting.Frustrated and with my patience dwindling, I looked for other comparable combos in the Makita and Milwaukee brands, but their selection and availability were just as random and mysterious as the Dewalt. So, against my better judgment, I went to the Ryobi endcap and picked out their finest combo. Surprisingly, it was $20 more than the Dewalt set I’d planned on buying on sale.I then headed to the checkout, rather the “self-checkout” because the normal checkouts were all closed. There were four cashiers manning the self-checkout area (try to make sense of that), and one invited me towards an open scanner. As if I were cursed, the scanner froze midway through my items, and I had to transfer to another one. I finished scanning my items, paid, and left. All said and done, and $400+ later, I had the tools that I needed (not wanted), and was grateful to be done inside the store. Not my best experience with Home Depot. They do have everything you need, the catch is you have to be able to find it. It seems there needs to be some cross-training done with their staff, and possibly additional associates available in the shopping aisles to assist the customers. I’m going to try to avoid this particular Home Depot in the future just for these reasons. As far as the drill and impact driver combo from Ryobi, I’ll update this review once I’ve had a chance to use them on a couple projects.** Update - I couldn’t bring myself to settle for the dang Ryobi, and I returned it the next day. I did not replace it that day, and left three projects at a non-start due to the tool deficiency. I ended up purchasing a Milwaukee 1/4” Impact Driver M18 Fuel model with (2) 3.0Ah XC Lithium Ion batteries, a duel 12V/18V charger, and a Packout series Custom Insert 22” Toolbox, all together in a kit/package that normally goes for $350, but I got it for &208 on Amazon.I also returned to Home Depot the next afternoon to purchase a replacement for the Ryobi - not the Dewalt combo kit I’d originally planned on…. I went with a Milwaukee combo kit that consisted of an M12V Fuel 4-in-1 Installation Drill/Driver with (4) interchangeable accessory tool heads (3/8” Drill Chuck, 1/4” Hex, Offset, and Right-Angle attachments), (2) 12V CP 2.0Ah RedLithium Ion batteries, charger, and a compartmentalized contractor bag. This was on special for $229. I’m very happy with both Drivers that I ended up with.
Its a great place for all things home improvement. Im always in here! Lol
Miss Patty is truly a blessing in home Depot she makes you feel right at home while shopping in home Depot she has the right attitude and she is very helpful thank you thank you Miss Patt!!!
As much as I go to this store I should niy some stock in this company
Weak selection of product i needed. No greeting from anyone except the cashier. I even made it a point to wave and say hello as I passed employees who didnt even bother to acknowledge my presence.I swore after my last experience that I wouldnt come back to this location. I should have stuck to my word and just gone to Lowes.
Fast, easy checkout and pick up of order.
By far my favorite home improvement store ! Their employees here are always so quick to help!
They didnt have what i needed but the staff was helpful
Needed to go to Lowe’s for electrical outlets but was closer to here so I shopped here, and again I was reminded why I prefer lowes. Paged an electrical associate 2 times about a receptacle no one ever came waited 30 min I’m not sure if I purchased the right equipment. But I will stick to Lowe’s they are faster with their customer service.
You have wate a mounth to get your appliance you have to pay for it first
Can never get any help, left and went to Lowes and bought what we needed which total came to almost $3,000 dollars. Sorry home depot, you miss out
Really good working place, and has good things inside.
Well organized store. Disappointing that it takes 3 plus weeks to get appliances.
Great staff and all around great store to go to everything is right there so whatever your looking for is easy access
The store had no signs requiring masks. There were 5-7 white men in the store shopping all without masks. Each stared down the customers who wore them. Very threatening. Many workers were wearing masks below their noses. It was clear the company does not want my business and they will not have it.
No concern for wrong product in wrong package. Extra trip will send me elsewhere.
Usual stuffFound what I neededNo hassle on returns
Great garden center with a large selection. I was getting everything to fill a raised garden bed and found everything I needed :)
I was pleased with the items I found still at the garden center. I was afraid all would be picked over from the weekend shopping. But got what I needed and in great quality.
Got what I needed they was nice enough to help me put it on the cart
As always, it was a pleasant visit! I went to get a vanity for my bathroom and I received help instantly. The associate went to get a cart for my very large box, loaded it on the cart, pushed it to the register, waited for me to check out, pushed the cart to my car, and loaded it. Awesome customer service!I surpassed the 10min drive to Lowes in Pine Bluff and drove 30mins to the Home Depot in north Little Rock. Lowes is more expensive and takes a much much longer time to receive the proper assistance.Team Home Depot!
Good quality items, really like shopping there.
Shop their just need more workers that know about things in their
Great customer service, much better than the big chain competition. Reps on the floor truly have knowledge about details in their areas. Went there after being misled & misinformed at L****s. Very helpful team here. Solved my big plumbing problem with correct advice.
We found everything we were looking for and more. I let everyone know if you need tools, paint, paint brushes, rollers etc Home Depot is the place to go.
Very cool deals. Awesome service.
Love Home Depot, they have a huge selection of just about anything you need to DIY . No sky hooks there either. Hmmm
Poor service for attitude never working only change to worry about following somebody around instead of helping them look for what they needed sorry to say that Home Depot has really fell off during this pandemic and I hope they get back to the helpful thing that used to be instead of the following people around to see what they are doing instead of help
Home Depot has tons off stuff but a shortage of employees to help find items. They need to amend their website to help locate items by aisle. They might want to look at Lowes site for an example of help finding specific items. I left the store without making a purchase out of frustration. I did use my cellphone to find the items I needed. All it told me was that it had them but not where they were. Perhaps their website shows the aisle the items were on but if so, it was not conspicuous on my cell phone.
Can always find what Im looking 4 everything is well label if I cant find it theres always staff to help its quick easy and I really enjoy shopping there
4 kids employees stood talking in the entry/check out of the garden center while customers walking out and vendors were attempting to walk in with plants, NOT getting out of the way. (not even saying excuse me) The manager needs to manage their workers.
Great customer service 5 stars
Fairly friendly people and helpful
They had the AC I had to have to beat this heat. Thanks to my sister
Worst customer service, 2 employees stepped away and completely turned their back to us as we walked up to the customer service center to ask to unlock outdoor power equipment to PURCHASE it. They acted like we ruined their day when we asked them for assistance. Ill go to lowes from now on to buy things for my business!
Worst Home Depot that I have been to. The staff ignores customers and gives sarcastic or snarky replies when customers ask a question. I was looking to buy an appliance and could find a staff member to help. When I did she said she couldn’t help and didn’t offer to help me locate someone who could.I ended up going to Lowe’s. I will never be back to this location again.
The worst buying experience Ive ever had. I did all my research upfront, so I knew exactly which washer and dryer I needed when I walked in. Thank god, because the person I worked with didnt have a clue. I was in the store for over an hour. She needed help multiple times because she didnt understand the process on her computer. I was told someone would call me the day before the install to confirm. No one called. So I get a call the next day when Im at work. I couldnt leave so they tell me it will be at least two weeks until they come back. They show up 3 weeks later and dont have all the equipment needed. Ive gone back and forth between the 800 number and the store. The last person I spoke to was a manager named Johnny. He promised to call me back. Its been 7 days now and Im still waiting. I purchased Jan 10th and I still dont have a completed installation. Oh, and I never received my first bill so now I have a late charge and a ding on my credit. I should have gone to Lowes.
It was a great trip despite not having all the things I was looking for.
Pretty nice workers, and pretty good products. Can find almost anything I need for home or building.
Great prices but customer service sucks!!! Update Wednesday 29,2020 James S in customer service was very nice and professional. He made it a pleasant experience picking up online order. Also Zach helped put large items in truck with ease and securely fastened. Thanks
The lady in the refrigerator section was extremely helpful
Very busy but Patsy in appliances was great!
Very helpful staff
My home away from home. Love this place.
Excellent help in the paint department. Really appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Came in to get a 30amp to 50amp converter had 3 associates that didnt know what it was or help at all. In the end I got one at Walmart.
Large selection and great prices!
Always on point they make Spring, Summer and fall pop bringing winter in some of a those colors and The Birthday 🎂🎁🎉🎈 of them all JESUS The CHRIST
I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. SECOND TIME I HAVE LEFT THERE MAD. I understand that there is a shortage of appliances due to shut downs but dont make up order times and finish up with one customer before you walk off and ask another customer if they need help. The attitude of clerk was absolutely the worst. Customers understand when you are helping someone else. At least act like you want to help someone.. Go to metro appliances for your needs you will save alot of money and get great service!!
Ive never really had a problem with home depot honestly except customer service lacking which is a given
Its a home depot you know what you
Good to go. Typical HD store.
Never have what you need. Very bad customer service!!
Couldnt find what I was looking for, and the employees were no help at all. Kept pointing me in the wrong directions. Left there dissapointed.
The customer service is lacking and the Lowes across the street has a larger selection.
The store was very very busy. I couldnt get anyone to load my heavy items.
They have all you need for the house
I always go home depot I like the plaint and other things I get there
Nice store lots of home products
I have been to the flooring department at this store multiple times now and each experience has gotten worse. Two weeks ago the lady couldnt figure out how to add square footage so I had to do it, then she couldnt figure out how to order more carpet, to top it off she kept reminding us that we were cutting into her break and that she really needed a cigarette plus the cashier couldnt figure out how to do exempt which took another 15 minutes. Today two employees just stared at me when I asked for help to get flooring from the top shelf and they just walked away! Finally tracked someone down and it still took him 30 minutes to get the pallet down, then he just set it down and left without even asking if we needed anything else. Least helpful Home Depot Ive ever been to.
Service was okay today included that almost have to wait 30 minutes before they opened up the storage I requested to be open but other than that the guy named Johnny was very good cuz service employees like him is what keeps me coming back to Home Depot because based on the weight I had a bad opinion but since you sent Johnny over there, squared away give me lots of information and also recommended me a good loan officer I recommend this Home Depot store in employees like Johnny somebody get this man a race
Best customer service.
Home Depot has quality merchandise at a variety of prices. My home always needs TLC so I had to learn to make minor repairs. Home depot has been my go to place for years. They used to have free childrens workshops and at this time they are giving the kits to parents on the first Saturday of the month. Its free fun to build something that lasts with your child. The other day I saw a two story shed and I am still thinking about it.
The people are very helpful and polite
Great help for plumbing parts by way of the carpet salesman
Did not have what I was shopping for.
Its where I go and get my paint
Had to buy some stuff to do repairs on a house.
