The only issues I had was the salesperson was not wearing a mask. I didn’t say anything but the guy should smell the coffee as the sign on entrance says must wear a mask.

My husband and I spent hours researching beds and visiting different places in town. Kris, the store manager, was very attentive and helpful. He was knowledgeable and patient as we took the time to decide which mattress and adjustable bed frames we wanted. I hate going mattress shopping. I always feel like its super high pressure to get the top of the line bed + all the bells and whistles. I often feel like the salesperson isnt completely forthcoming about warranties and guarantees, and its one of those experiences Im usually glad I dont have to go through all that often.But the experience I had at Best Sleep completely turned things around. The sales representative, Kris, was funny and engaging. He encouraged us to lay on every single bed for as long as we want, test it on our sides/backs/stomach, etc. He was down to earth and upfront with all the offers and discounts we had available to us. We spent about two hours in total and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and I kept flopping between two beds and then eventually went with an entirely different bed, but Kris was totally chill.The store was super clean and neat. The buying experience was painless and hassle free. I feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck and I walked away excited about the delivery of my mattresses! I really felt like Kris knew his stuff, he told us some pretty interesting facts about the different beds and manufacturers, and we had a great time chatting and cracking jokes.Wish I could give this place 5+ stars because they deserve it. If youre in the market for a mattress, I recommend this place hands down - youll definitely get a great deal and have the best sleep ever!

I found on Thursday that we needed a comfortable not extremely expensive replacement for the mattress in our guestroom with guests arrived on Monday. Went to Best Sleep located at 6150 North Decatur Blvd #102 because of the 5 star rating. Kris was understanding, knowledgeable, and helped me to choose the perfect high quality comfortable mattress, at a reasonable price and arranged for free same day delivery. Delivery was early within the time window and the delivery crew was very efficient they did their checklist of making sure the order matched my needs then set up everything and the bed was ready to go. I would recommend this store and Kris to anyone who needs to purchase a mattress or quality sleep products.

Kris is amazing at what he does. I went in on Black Friday and he made sure that everyone in the store was taken care of. He handled multiple people at once and made sure that everyone who wanted the deals that expired got taken care of as well. He is very professional and has a tremendous amount of knowledge on the business. We are going back soon to purchase another mattress from him and we are willing to drive across town to make sure he takes care of us. He is the best in the business!UPDATE: We went to get another new mattress the other day. Kris was extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything we asked. He was patient with us and walked us through the process. He explained up front what to expect with the process and everything was spot on as he described. Delivery was a couple days later like we asked for. The delivery guys were great as well. Very professional and they measured and checked everything before moving it in. I have a 3 story home and the master is upstairs. They didnt flinch or huff and puff at all. The entire process was smooth from start to finish and I guarantee it is the best deal we could have gotten in town. Kris gave us a couple different financing options and told us the difference so we could make an informed decision. This is the second mattress we have purchased from Kris in the last 3 months and we will continue to go back and also send everyone we can to him!

Kris was amazing. I honestly am not the type to leave reviews but he made my experience so nice. He worked to get me the best possible deal. From the second I walked into that store he treated me like a person rather than just another customer. I definitely recommend going to him.
