Greg was exactly what you want in a sales manager. First he made sure we actually needed a new matress. He then showed us examples of 3 firmness levels. Then took what we said to point us to the right level. Didnt push us to the expensive models or styles that didnt work for us. Didnt hit us with upsales. Made sure we were comfortable with the purchase. We went to a couple of other stores after to compare. Nothing fit us as well at that price point. The guy even looked at their clearance and return inventory to see if he could save us more money. Honestly he directed us to a store that was very comparable in price. He was able to arrange next day delivery. We were very happy with the delivery guys. From start to finish a pleasurable experience. I hate spending that much and buying a mattress isnt exactly fun so for it to be hassle free was very much appreciated. Even if you dont buy from them go see Greg. He will help you find out what type of mattress you really want not just what you think you want. And if its the deal you need he will help you find it. I went in knowing exactly which mattress I wanted to buy. Greg was good, friendly, outgoing, confirmed my selection, gave me a few direct alternatives so I could compare but still processed my order as I wanted. My only complain isnt related to the location but that its going to take 2 weeks to get my mattress but thats more related to the Post COVID world than anything else. Originally I was going to have the free delivery to the door but after an injury I wanted to upgrade it to full setup. When I called in the staff was friendly and upgraded my delivery without any trouble. When Im ready to redo my guest bedroom Ill also by purchasing that mattress from here.

I needed to swap out box springs on my elderly mothers bed quickly after she was hospitalized for a fall and I needed to handle everything over the phone. I called the store on Craig Rd and explained my need and situation to Kim. She was fabulous and helped me locate a solution for the problem and arranged next day delivery. She was very helpful and added some calm to a very stressful time. I needed a good bed, I walked in and was helped by Ryan. Very professional and he explained everything about the bed to help me make a decision. I tried a couple of mattresses before finding the goldilocks. My bed had a two week wait for delivery, that was a little off putting, but Ryan explained everything to me. Ultimately it was definitely worth the wait! Bed arrived on time on the exact day I was told it would.
