The manager needs to be fired. The security followed me around Fyrr telling Mr I couldnt bring my clear bag of donuts in and to put them on the counter. If there are no bags then ladies cant bring purses,, right The? The security then says Im just doing my job. Dont spend your money there.

I like coming here but only if I need something specifically because of how close it is to my house, the pharmacy is a hit or miss depends which is there, some pharmacist there make no sense, can’t give basic advice on medications they’re giving and they mess things up, not all but some workers there are like that. They mostly have good employees there though very nice and helpful!

I thought the worst CVS pahrmacy was on lakemead & MLK, its actually all of them.Why dont CVS pharmacy answer the phone, it has to be a NV thing.its saddddddddd.Its a Pharmacy, either dealing w elderly or sick people & they will NOT answer that phone.I absolutely dislike CVS pharmacy.And i HAVE to deal w them, the only pharmacy that carries my RX.

Multiple times this pharmacy has failed, they text and tell you that your rx is ready only to find out it hasn’t been filled. Been “sent” to other locations because they are behind. Pharmacy technicians are rude and unprofessional. Stood first in line for ten minutes while they laughed and talked, finally got someone to the counter only to find out that my rxs weren’t ready again. I will be changing pharmacies, and I do not recommend cvs pharmacies to anyone.

Worst pharmacy techs i’ve ever delt with. forreal get your rx anywhere else.I was on the phone with someone who said my rx would be ready friday. I show up sunday to pick it up and they try telling me they need a prior authorization even though I have picked up this medication before and it was the same prescriber and medication. I tried to show them in their caremark website that the PA was already there and I spoke to three different people who said they could not help and I needed to contact my doctors office. EVEN THO EVEN MY DOCTOR OFFICE HAD SAID THEY SENT IT LAST MONTH. The pharmacy techs refused to even look up there files and were rude and condescending and made me feel horrible. would never recommend them to anyone.

I just had the worst customer service experience ever in this store. If I could rate it a Zero, I would! The old gray haired bat working as a cashier is EXTREMELY rude. She was not willing to help out and gave me and my sister attitude when asking for eye lashes because she has to go unlock them. She rolled her eyes at us when we asked to switch them because they were in bad condition, she even said “Ugh” as if it was a bother to help us out. She also said my sister had to wait because the line was long when WE HAD WAITED in line and were the next customers. We kindly said that we understood she was stressed because the line was long but was not reason to treat us that way. she didn’t care and continued be rude and give us attitude. She also yelled at me on the way out the door. She has no business in customer service when she CANNOT handle it & do the part, she needs to be fired immediately!!

Im going to be too nice if I say that pharmacists need customers to explain their work to them. You have to suggest solutions to them because their laziness to work is greater than their duty to help clients. They dont care if people die or not.

Have an appointment for vaccine at 1:00 could not check in until 15 minutes before scheduled time, then standing in line for an hour wait as they are behind???? How does that works, if everyone has an appointment??? They should have more people administering the shots and adhere to there schedule.

This pharmacy at E. Lake Mead and Mcdaniel is OUTSTANDING!!!I have been to many many pharmacies over the years and this by far sets the GOLD STANDARD FOR AN EXEMPLARY PHARMACY SHOULD TREAT ITS PATIENTS/CUSTOMERSThis pharmacy goes out of their way to know my name, hurry my scripts up, persistantly pursue prior authorizations. They are KIND, EMPATHETIC, EDUCATED, and go above and beyond to help me no matter what my state of mind is at the time. I have given that ample opportunities to get upset and offer me subpar service. Not once did they lower themselves to my dispicable behavior, on the few occasions I have lost my mind.I CANT SING THEIR PRAISES ENOUGH.KUDOS AND THANK YOU!

Admittedly, the store isnt much to look at, but the pharmacy is excellent.I am typically in & out within 10 minutes, and they offer to contact my doctor for prescription reauthorizations shortly before theyre due.Pharmacy staff is excellent. Dont know/dont care about store staff.

The latina lady in the cashier is such a racist when it comes to her own race shes friendly, the white lady tho (i think shes the manager) is very nice and helpful. Not accepting 2coupons for 2 items? Everyone is doing it all over cvs and youre the first and the only one who told me that. 👎

This pharmacy is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. Call the pharmacy to check if my sons prescription was ready for pick up and a staff member stated they havent received it since it was electronic sent. Okay fine, had the office call the pharmacy to give a verbal and the lady who answer told the staff you are not the prescribing clinic. How are you going to tell this person where they work. On top of it all told the clinic the patient will not receive their prescription unless they come into the office with a hand written copy. ITS NOT A NARCOTIC. After 8 hours of trying to get a prescription for my son (while at work) I just had to switch the pharmacy. Ready in 30 minutes. Avoid the hassle, its not worth it!

I often go to this store like twice aweek because I go to class in the same shopping center,my recent visit to the store was very upsetting and I felt like the CVS corporation let me down as a customer.I was treated very bad! The incident started with me asking the manager of the storeCandice a question about a sale item which I didnt understand so I brought the sale item sticker to her she became very angry and belligerent towards me very unprofessional she snatch the sticker out my hand and told me dont touch her signs when I told her I was sorry she just refuse to wait on me and sent me to another employee (cashier) who waited on me.I dont know if she was having a bad day or she was prejudice towards African Americans? I was very hurt and upset from her actions.I called CVS corporation they took a incident report and said they would get back at me which they did in a few days the district manager Jody inform me that they would look into this matter she (Jody)the district manager was very nice and apologise to me for the very bad and rude behavior of their employee (Candice). Im not trying to get no one in trouble but a customer I deserve to be treated with Dignity & Respect and I want Candice to be aware that! If she is working I dont think Ill be shopping there no time soon!

This store is horrible!!! If you see the cashier florentina do not try to talk to her !!! She is never willing to help nobody and always has a bad atttitude !! I always go in there and everytime i go to this cvs she always gives me an attitude and is unwilling to help. Try to avoid her and if she says some stuff say some stuff back!! I had reported to customer service and they told me i could talk back and im.not holding back ! She tried to argue with my mom but best believe my mom does not let her self ! And i will not allow no one talk bad abput my mom because best believe i will foght back !! She needs to be fired !! Everyone nows her by the bad cashoer ans nobody likes her not to be rude.. i dont understand how she isnt fired yet when she is a horrible cashier she needs to get fired asap !!! This is the worst CVS in town. Unfortunately it is the closest pharmacy and I find myself here 3-5 times a month getting medicine or random items. Prescriptions take a minimum of 3 hours to fill. The poor pharmacy techs never stop moving and frankly dont have the time to be nice. Ignacio is awesome, really the only polite, customer service oriented person in the building. The short little cashier is one of the most rude individuals I have ever met, only takes the time to be polite if you can speak Spanish. She very obviously hates her job. She even has refused to help us at the photo counter because she was supposed to go on lunch- then continued to place sale tags on items!!

Horrible service we had a 25% off coupon that the register would only take 1.90 off of a $50 purchase where only 1 item was a sale item and the manager refused to help and kept repeating the coupon doesnt apply to sale items like we were retarded. First off we speak and understand English perfectly so I had to tell her in the same condescending tone of voice there was clearly only ONE ITEM that was ON SALE, THE REST ARE NOOOOOOOT so she said well I cant do anything so you only get 1.90 and again I say OFF A $50 PURCHASE WHERE ONLY ONE ITEM IS ON SALE? We walked out and the manager didnt even apologize. Never going back. That store has seriosuly gone downhill quick!!!!

I only go to this cvs cuz is close to me.but one cashier in particular has made my checkout a nightmare there always a issue please Mrs.Florentina u dont own the store u cant discriminate COSTUMERS Its Your Job To Attend costumers.So Read the machine and give out the correct change cuz there a camera and I can prove what bills a give u.

I called for the Pharmacist who was working 6/25/15 at 8:45 pm and asked her about drug interaction paperwork that the pharmacies give you with your meds. The tech put me on a long hold, but thats not the bad part. Then the pharmacist gets on the line and when I asked her my question, she asked if I got the medication there. I said no but my pharmacist is closed and I have taken the medicine before I noticed the paperwork stated ADDITIONAL MONITORING OF YOUR DOSE OR CONDITION MAY BE NEEDED IF YOU ARE TAKING. Mind you not DO NOT TAKE. I am taking 2 of the medications on the following list and was just wondering if there could possibly be a problem. She said I she would need to see the whole profile. I said the complete list of the medication im taking? She said yes and before I could tell her i could give her a quick run down she said hold on and placed me on another long hold. The tech comes back to the line and I asked her if the pharmacist put me on hold because she needed time before helping me and she said i guess with an attitude of course. So then the pharmacist comes back to the line. I asked her if she had an answer to the question I asked and she said NO. WHY WOULD YOU JUST PLACE ME ON HOLD AND NOT JUST SAY I CANT HELP YOU!!!!! WHAT A JERK AND I USE THAT WORD BECAUSE IM SURE THE WORD I AM REALLY THINKING IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR REVIEWS. Its great to know that its not their job to do a kind act of just telling me what the info pertains to in case I need to go to the ER or to say its nothing to worry about. ITS GENERAL INFORMATION SO TELL ME WHAT IT PERTAINS TO!! THE PAPERWORK IS NOT PERSONAL SO THERE IS SOMETHING YOU CAN TELL ME ABOUT IT!!! IF YOU ARE ON THIS MEDICINE WATCH OUT FOR THIS!! SIMPLE!!! I didnt think to check the paperwork because its just Ibuprofen i thought. Yeah dumb of me I know. But what is so hard about helping a customer in need because its your fing job or because you have the knowledge. Just because I am not a customer at this store anymore you treat me like a POS. I WAS A CUSTOMER FOR THE LAST OVER 20 YEARS!!!!!!!! I GREW UP COMING TO THIS PHARMACY!!!! AND EVEN WORKED THERE 10 YRS AGO WHEN THE STAFF GAVE 2 SHOTS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NON CUSTOMERS!!!!
