Customer service in this place is the worst especially in the pharmacy department. They never smile, must hate working there. They will text you that your meds are ready to be picked up, but when you get there, they will say it not ready without even looking. As soon as you get home, they will text its ready all over again. Going to change pharmacies as soon as Im able.

This is a sketchy CVS branch! Yesterday when i sent my teenager son they were asking for $75 copay for ondansetron tablets with the same insurance and information i have. I went today to pickup it up myself and guess what?!? my copay is ONLY $10!!! They have excuses yesterday that they cannot see my insurance and everything EVEN THOU HE IS HANDING OVER OUR INSURANCE CARD.. SKETCHY HA?? Then today the lady who is assisting me was the rudest person i have encountered with CVS. Here name is TARAH, Tall, brunette lady. You can tell she does not like what is she doing. You’re in a wrong business lady. Me being in a medical field too and SEEING YOU IN WORKING IN THIS COMMUNITY like that?? You need a different field lady! And sorry you guys, My family are going back to Walgreens!
Taking too long for my medications they say it would take 45 minutes and Ive been waiting for more than 1:30 minutes horrible service I would never come back to these location for my medications

Great experience even tho this place is highly active and busy. The Pharmacist seems very knowledgeable She answered all my questions, something they werent able to do for me at Walgreens. Glad I transfered.
Well, this is the only place I have been charged ($0.75 +tax) to get a disposable mask as I did not have a spare mask in my handbag..... I will definitely not return to this location.

Dont use the pharmacy. Absolutely no customer service. The pharmacist Kenny. Very rude and condescending tone with every customer. I have never seen worse customer service . This man is a liability and should be retrained. I have had three verified complaints to corporate office and still no fixes. What do we have to do to be treated with respect and compassion?
The pharmacy needs to work on their customer service. Being polite goes a long way, even if youre backed up. I managed a Walgreens for many years and my staff knew better. Time to make some changes!
I just called this location twice. Both times the call was answered with just hello. First time a female hung up as I’m stating why I was calling. The second time a male answered with hello, I had to ask was I speaking to the pharmacy. Please work on professionalism because it seems nonexistent here. Never has that happened. It seems like there is a lack of care at this location and it is very weird. I’ll be switching to an online pharmacy. ✌🏾
Dropped off prescription 3 days ago. First one here at 9am 3 days later. I’m told it’s not quite ready that they will fill it right now. I would have believed them only every time I come it’s the same excuse. Learned my lesson. Will never come here again. Even if it’s closer to my home. Trust me it’s worth a drive to not deal with this place or their lack of work ethic.
This review is strictly for the pharmacy. They insulted me worse than I ever have before. I have an opioid prescription for my should surgery recovery, had to have two tendons put back together. Im in constant pain but I have been making absolutely sure that I dont abuse my medication, knowing the risk of dependency. I make a 5 day prescription last 2 weeks. Now, the pharmacist pulls me off the side and says that prescription is high and all but acusses me of being an addict. Blatantly ignoring that I dont use the time frame for the prescription. But all of that was just a scare tactic so that I would ask my doctor to change my medication to something that may not help my recovery... just so I wouldnt take some of their supply. So they tried to make me feel guilty for their own benefit. Absolutely deplorable and they should be embarrassed. I will NEVER go there again under any circumstances and I urge you to not go there as well. No one deserves to be insulted tho their face.
This store advertise a 24 hour sign but closes at midnight. This is bad for business.
Worst pharmacy EVER!!! I called at 9am to have my 2yr old sons antibiotic transferred and filled there. 3 hours later I called back to check the status only to find out they NEVER even called to have his prescription transferred. So am I suppose to be happy or understanding knowing my 2 yr old son needs this medication? He was bit by a spider and the infection is running so hot in the area that he is limping on the leg. I WILL NEVER, EVER do business with this store. EVERVery careless, under staffed and unreliable

This is the worst CVS in Las Vegas. Waited 45 minutes just to drop of a prescription. Went inside and went over my prescriptions in person with a pharmacist. He advised me they wouldn’t be ready same day (Tuesday before thanksgiving) but to come Wednesday and they would be ready. I come Wednesday and they say it’s not ready come FridayI come Friday and am told oh I’m sorry we need more information from your doctor ....... so you all didn’t know you needed this information on Tuesday?????I will never ever go to this pharmacy and recommend no one does!This was my second chance for this pharmacy first time they lost my prescription smh I should have learned then.
The worst CVS location, they have to do something with the pharmacy staff. I was waiting in the COVID-19 test line and it had not moved for 30 minutes, until I called them, now it looks like they started the process. If they have staff shortage they need to hire more people. Don’t come here. Very bad service.
Great store! This CVS seems a lot bigger then most of them. And their shelves were full of product. We found everything we needed. The customer service was great! And they had some good sales on things as well. Plus, if you have a CVS card, you can get better deals with digital coupons. What the CVS card comes with is a great rewards program! I highly recommend using their card if you shop at any CVS. Its free. You might as well. Thank you!

I got my flu shot today. The pharmacist was Kenny Li, he was so good that I didnt even feel the shot. Hes awesome in my book. He should be called the Flu Shot Superstar!!!

Im not sure who the others that reviewed this location dealt with, but for the about the last year and a half, my wife and I have been coming here and not just for routine prescriptions. The whole staff, from the pharmacy crew to the others, on all shifts, have always been very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions for them. Im only sorry that were moving out of state and will have to find another pharmacy.
Pharmacy has gone down hill in the past year. The pharmacy lost my perscription. Yes lost my level 2 perscriptions. Never again will go there i advise everyone to go to the Ann and ElCamino location or w Cheyenne. They are way better there.
Pharmacist rude....Pharmacist act as if hes to busy to look my medication cost up but, he has time to joke and laugh...other staff helpful. It makes a world of a difference when peoples tone of voice tell you things in a nicer way. I Wont be back! There are plenty of CVSs on Craig street.When you spend your hard earned money...you want RESPECT!The pharmacy up the street told me it would take up to couple of hours to 24 hours for them to get back with me...This difference was done respectfully and with care and concern.
Awesome store but the area parking a lot is full of trash. I wish they would hire more people or reach out to the schools or community to pick up trash and carts for gift cards. It will make the store looks more presentable instead of dangerous and not well maintained.

If I could give no stars I would my daughter came early for a COVID test 4 cars in front of is made us late for her time the lady argued with us about doing the test even though we preregistered and came early now my daughter is still waiting for results that was last Friday today is Tuesday Emmy sister and niece used another CVS and had results in 2 days I am very angry!
This is seriously the WORST pharmacy to ever send your prescription to. If I could give it anything lower than a ONE star, I would. There is nothing but a bunch of morons that work there. Ive had so many problems with them and am finally switching because its never going to get better.First off, they changed their times for pharmacy hours and OF COURSE, on weekends, when people in Vegas most likely work late, they close at 8... But Monday - Friday close at midnight.Second, Ive had them call me to tell me my prescription if ready for pick up, only to stand in line for 45 minutes and find out it ISNT ready and itll take an additional 20 minutes to get done. Why would you call to tell me if it isnt even done yet?!!!Third, no one there knows how to answer the phone. So many times Ive been put on hold for more than 10 minutes only to have someone answer the phone and then hang up. How do you not know how to answer a phone?!!DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.
They are always busy when I walk in, so I wait for a minute or so until they can get to me. You would wait longer for your hamburger ANYWHERE, so dont get rude with the guy that has 6 years of college, or you can take your prescription elsewhere.
Pharmacy keeps telling me to come back for my prescription but its still not ready. Then I finally got my prescription it was the wrong quantity & they told me they couldnt refill it for the right amount because the system shows it was already filled. They mess up my order then blame the system when my account shows Im supposed to receive 90 pills & they see they only gave me 60
I live around about 3 min from this location and from now on will be driving to Walmart or another location because of the horrible service i have received both times i have come in here for pictures. Manager and staff rude and dont care about clients
The woman with the sad angry face who is the night manager is a real she devil. I tried to use the bathroom which is closed for cleaning all night and instead of telling me that, she screamed into the bathroom get out, im calling the cops! I tried to reason with her like any normal human would, that whether or not she let me use the bathroom she shouldnt treat a human being with such absurd prejudice, but she just screamed more about calling the cops. I really hope she learns either to be a manager that doesnt depend on tempter tantrums, or something that brings her peace in her life so she doesnt take it out on customers and live a miserable angry life. And if not that, I hope they fire her so the innocent public is safe from her absurd harrasement.
This pharmacy is AWFUL. Theyve forgotten my prescriptions. And just this Saturday, I got my wisdom teeth pulled out. My friend drove me to the pharmacy at 9:30 AM to drop of my prescription (after my surgery). I was told it would be ready by 11:30 AM. I called around 11:45 because no one had contacted me (which the lady HUNG UP ON ME like 3 times!). THEY COULDNT FIND MY PRESCRIPTIONS BECAUSE THEY PUT IT WITH THE WRONG PERSON. How do you even do that? I was then told it would take 20 minutes. WROOOOONG. They werent ready until 1:30 AND they didnt even have one of the prescriptions. Didnt even care to see if I wanted to pick it up somewhere else or anything. They dont care about their customers. They are incompetent. I am going to take my services across the street to walgreens. I would give 0 stars if I could for this PHARMACY.

Its great to have a 24/7 pharmacy, but its very disappointing to know that every time you go there, they will not treat you well and very likely they will also be some what abusive. Pharmacy staff are not kind, they are bitter, and lack of customer service. Also, Ive called the pharmacy few times in the past 3 months, they always sound upset to answer any questions.
Absolutely the worst pharmacy staff I have ever delt with. No customer service, no compassion and an absolute lack of knowledge. When someone is sick and they go to the pharmacy to pick up medicine the last thing anyone should deal with is these people. Fill here at your own risk. Know that nothing will be on time, they may actually lose your prescription as they did mine tonight. Then when you call to talk to the pharmacist on staff he will say he is unable to push your prescription up because there is a que to follow. Seriously? So my script that should have been done 2 hours ago is now on hold for another hour?!?! Cvs corporate needs to step in and retrain and rehire the people at this location.

Im actually really impressed with the candy selection...cvs has the candy that nobody else has AND theyre true to their no fee atm. i actually started going here because their atm was flagged as free on my money network app. but after seeing the selection of candy i now get my sugar fix here as well. people are friendly when i walk in & usually say hello welcome etc but the candy & the free atm will keep me coming back again & again. THANKS CVS!!
Bad pharmacy service, every time I went to pick up my wife perceptions they asked me for my insurance, which I gave them the first time we went to filled her perceptions which has been over 9 months ago. I told them that I had given them my insurance many times, they had excuses every time. The district manager was in there one time and heard my problem I told him what has happened to me every time I have been in to pick up my wifes perceptions and assured me that the next time I went in everything thing would be fixed and I would not have anymore problems, well as you can read by this comment that did not happen. SO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Staff left me on hold twice for 18 to 25 mins each time. After calling back a third time to order prescriptions and complain Brenda was rude and lacked basic knowledge, understanding, empathy or ANY type of customer servuce skills. Been using CVS for years, not all the staff are stupid, but this job is being wasted on an incompetent human who dont get the basic idea dealing with individuals who rely on medication and the information from the pharmacy staff to help make sense if it all. Not irritate and inflame an already delicate situation.Shes not the only one. Because it was a gentleman who left me on hold first. Maybe all staff should be retrained in customer service, communication and sensitivity training. The district Manager was immediately on it and called me twenty minutes after complaining to Corp. Hopefully his will get better. Im going to allow them to fix these experiences.
I have been waiting for my prescription refill since last Friday, the staff at the pharmacy say that they havent heard from the doctor, I received a nasty voicemail today with a very rude tone of voice that the pharmacy will no longer reach out to my doctor that I need to call them myself so I did and my doctor said that they have approved the prescription several days ago so I called the pharmacy back and spoke to Brenda and her response was well the fax must be broke so your doctor needs to literally call the prescription in. The service here so horrible I would never recommend someone here. Management needs to clearly re train their staff obviously customer service isnt important to them! To the pharmacy staff: if you lose all your customers, you will lose your job! SO LOSE YOUR ATTITUDE!
This is the worsf pharmacy i have ever been into in my life. Been in line for 40 monutes in the drive thru for 2 ppl and there is still 7 to go. This is ridiculous. On top of it the staff is very slow,rude and need to find other jobs or find someone that is nocer to deal eith the public because clearly they cant do their job correctly.
