Good price you should gas up here there is no place for a 100 ¿ ish miles

The old black guy who seems to work there everyday gives terrible customer service constantly.

You would maybe expect a slightly higher standard of maintenance and service from Shell, somewhat better choice of coffee. On the other hand everything worked fine.

The guy in the front if you ask question he just sit there an look at you crazy. Plus if we are required to wear mask in the store he should to not just the customer.

Has a tiny grocery store inside..which if you forget something at home.its here..

Ive been coming here for years because its close fuel. The same old man is always working and flat out refuses to speak to me and stares away from me while I speak to him, always has. He speaks to everyone ahead in line who is a different shade than me. Very rude and off putting. Would not recommend.

Went in to buy some beef jerky and all I had was a 100 dollar bill and the guy at the register got mad about it so the whole time Im standing there hes starting me down as if he wanted to tell me off. I work at a neighboring business but I assure you that I wont be purchasing anything from there or buying gas there anymore.

Good quality gas here. Plus you can use your Smiths fuel points here. Every little bit helps.

So my wife went into this Shell station to get some water and use the toilet. She asked the attendant for the key to the ladies room. He asked her to wait until he was done with his transaction after the transaction was completed, she asked again. She really had to go... He then told her that she needed to get in line behind 3 men waiting to buy gas or whatever. She challenged him and he responded that she needed to wait in line like the others and that perhaps these 3 other men were also needing to use the toilet. She responded, really??? These 3 men are waiting to use the ladies room?! He then proceeded to hand her the key and just before She could take hold of the key, he pulled it back and said No, you can’t use the toilet!!!The attendant was rude and gave no concern for her personal needs. Should she have peed on his floor? No concern for the customer, giving service, or common courtesy. Just a sad guy whose sole source of power in hislife is who gets the toilet key. Sad!When she called the station to complain a woman answered and as She began to share her story, she hung up on her! We called back and the phone has been off the hook ever since. Clearly management doesn’t care about their customers either.What’s the moral of the story? Hmmm... perhaps that people who are on power trips should not be in contact with customers. Oh also... never EVER spend any money at this Shell station.If Google allows me to post without any stars, I would have! They deserve no stars!

Rude lazy employees wont refill propane tanks

Dont go here. Poor service. No paper towels or supplies to clean windows. Pumps sometimes dont work. Be very careful of paying cashier in cash, as she may give wrong change and/or wrong receipt. Price of gas much higher than more respectable stations. I felt cheated even though Shell is supposed to be a reputable name.

I consume a great deal of fuel and this is nearest to my home. Polite staff and ready availability of premium fuel make this place a Hallmark of my hobbies as well as my trade.

What a joke.rudest gas attendant george.i come in asking for a receipt for a gas pump. Before I could even finish my sentence, cuts me off, like Im bothering the jerk. Screw this place.

Gas dispensers are up to date. Their printer always has paper to print out receipt and paper towels to clean your windshield.

Jala needs more training on doing her job correctly. Telling customer they cant get a refund on gas ???? Very poor customer service

Over 2,000 miles of driving on this trip and I have not encountered a single person as ride as the man working at this has station. No more Shell gas stations for me.

Both mine and my husbands credit card info was fraudulently taken from one of their pumps and now have to be closed and replaced.

Friendly staff and the gas prices are great compared to others.

No complaints was very convenient and clean the machines were also clean!!

Got a tank full of gas mixed with water, car ran like crap after filling up at this station. I put a bottle of heet gas treatment and it was ok after that. avoid this station as they have tanks that allow water to mix with the gas.
