Of all times that Ive gone to this location, they never have the the variety of donuts that are listed on the menu. So I end up ordering items that I dont really care for, and purchase only because Ive had to wait so long in both lines whether drive-through or inside. When I went today they only had 2 employees in the front one preparing boxes and the other 1 preparing coffee and tendering register. The kitchen was staffed with 8 or 9 other employees and NOT A SINGLE ONE came to assist the girls, while the dining area had about 10 people waiting. You would think with that many employees in the kitchen that they would at least have every donut on the menu. The bar wasnt stocked with straws and napkins, and wasnt replenished because they girls up front were swamped . Train your staff to be able to consciously unconsciously recognize when staff is busy to show team work to remove the traffic in the lobby.

I ordered an assorted dozen online for pickup plus the $1 dozen. This what I got. And the only remedy is to drive back across town to the store since no one will answer the phone. And calling the store is the only remedy they give you online. So much for surprising the wife with her favorites this morning.

What can you say about Krispy Kreme that the brand doesnt already say? This location has really nice and friendly staff. They have added an apple fritter which is some sort of strange cinnamon roll kind of thing with a few apple pieces. I was disappointed that they had no sour cream glazed and no cheesecake donuts. If you like Krispy Kreme donuts, the service is good here.

We went today as a special treat specifically for the cinnamon toast crunch donuts. We ordered at the drive thru, where they confirmed they had the donuts in question. We got to the window, where we were then told they didnt have them after all, but dont worry, we didnt charge for them. Instead, they threw a bunch of donuts we didnt want into the box so they could still charge us for a dozen. Not happy at all

I came here during Valentine week, where they were selling the specialty heart donuts. They looked so cute and tasted great! The boxes they came in (packs of 3) was also sweet, with the quote “Three little reasons to smile”. Because of the event, the line ups were huge – both drive thru and indoors – so the wait times were long, but not considered for this review. The employees there were all quick and courteous to their customers, in doing what they can to complete orders. The area, despite being crowded, was still well kept and maintained, including the washrooms. The wait time was around 30 minutes until we finally received our order. They were all correct. I would advise ordering online for specialty donuts near events like Valentines Day, Christmas, etc. at Krispy Kreme so you can avoid the line up at the cashier. Krispy Kreme also tends to sell the pricier doughnuts, compared to other doughnuts joints at Las Vegas. Regardless, their treats are all well crafted, and tastes awesome. I will definitely be buying again from here, or any other branches when the holidays or other special occasions come around. Krispy Kreme sells great doughnuts for the entire family!

Light wasnt actually on when I was picking up donuts for work this day. :(Still good donuts, but we all know how enjoyable that pavlovian response to seeing that light on is. Warm donuts, with the glaze still solidifying...I mean, thats what cheat days are about!All in all, line is pretty quick at this location even when the light is on.I actually forgot my credit card here for like three days before I realized it was missing. The manager had kept it safe for me until I came back..... of course, I had to get donuts again, since I was there. :)
Got 6 warm donuts and they were delicious!! 3 regular frosted and 3 strawberry frosted, the strawberry frosted was the best!

The cashier offered us a special buy 1 dozen glazed and get 1 dozen mixed of your choice free. When we got home to give our grandsons their Freedom donuts the cashier gave us 2 boxes of glazed donuts and not our free mixed liked we had been told we would get. I believe she gave our mixed donuts to the Door Dash person who was their to pick up donuts. Our very first time going to Krispy Kreme and we went inside the donut shop, the only reason we went was for our daughter in law who was craving them because she is pregnant, will not be going back.

Two years ago I gave this place five stars. Today Im giving them two stars! The last two times Ive come here the customer service is lacking. Today the employee by the name of Evany was extremely rude! She had an attitude from the time that I walked in until the time that I left. She gave a snotty response when I asked her to use the stick to get my donuts off of the line instead of her hand. She reluctantly took her glove off and used the stick. Then to get the specialty donuts that I wanted from behind the counter, Im almost 100% certain that she used her bare hands, but I couldnt see because of the way that the trays were positioned. She then proceeded to ring me up and when I asked for a bag she acted as if she did not hear me. Not to mention she did not say thank you and when I said thank you to her instead, she pretended as if I didnt say anything. With Covid and everything else going on she should know better, not to mention customer service is everything. I will not be back to this Krispy Kreme. And I would recommend you dont either.
Was disappointed. I had ordered online for the Friday The 13th special, but they were out of Glazed. I asked if I can switch for assorted instead, but they told me it has to match the order. They suggested I cancel the order and order again based on whats available. I didnt have time to wait so I walked out with nothing.

The neighborhood is not the best,but the place is safe and clean. I went there on a Tuesday afternoon and the drive thru was very busy,the girl at the counter greeted me and said shed be with me shortly, I waited 2 minutes which I think is acceptable, and the girl thanked me for waiting and gave me a discount. Thats just about the service, but of course I love the donuts,theyre fresh and delicious. Personally I love the traditional ones and the glazed,but the ones with filling are very good too. They even have mini donuts if you cant or want to eat a lot of calories 😅 Totally recommended.

They sold me a bunch of promotional coupons and then as I redeem them they look at me like Im stealing from their pocket Donuts. They werent upset when I spent $400 on the coupons only when I redeem them its like oh God hes back. Yes Im back and Ill keep coming back until every dozen is redeemed.This location is so cheap it pains them to hand me a napkin since I didnt give any cash today. They forgot about how much money I gave them in the past to purchase these coupons.
Used to go to this location every other week to get breakfast for my family and office. Once they stopped selling apple fritters I stopped going. It was my favorite and only reason I went. I was told donut selection for the store was at owners discretion. If they bring it back Ill go back, until then, I go to Dees Donuts. Great selection, theyre old fashioned donuts, price is good, and they have my apple fritters/bear claws.
Had to wait over 10 minutes for a few minutes up of decaf coffee it was so strong Im thinking it was regular not decaf will not be going back

Best donuts ever. Im from Hawaii and these are sought after being that Honolulu doesnt have a bakery, I could only get them via fund raising. Now that I have moved to Las Vegas I was able to get my hands on these!! I went to there at opening and they were making them and you could the machinery producing it and see the donuts coming out hot and fresh. The employee was friendly and still offered me a sample even though I knew what I wanted and ordered. How could I resist!!! I took the donut and it just melted in my mouth yummmmmm, felt like heaven.
We love Krispy Kreme when you can get them from a shop. Its fun to see them be made in store. Look for coupons for awesome deals!

2 for 2. My Wife and I went to pick up A Birthday Promo order. A Dozen doughnuts. My wife asked if she can use her sign up promo also and get 1 single Pimk doughnut for our daughter. Tried to get some of their delicious apple fritters. The lady told me they were out. Someone else told her that they had apple fritters. So she come back to me and says that they do have apple fritters, but they are 50 cent more each.When I looked into the box, there were no apple fritters but cinnamon rolls. And yet, they overcharged me the 50 cent each. Very disappointed in Krispy Kreme!!!! Not going back either.

It was terrible experience they got my order wrong and when I did pay almost $30 for a dozen donuts and the drink drinks well lets say two Donuts would have actually made one nice donut they were so tiny and so small and then I even got a $0.60 up charge for Maple donut which the size of the maple donut was maybe two in Long 3 in terrible never will go back again and they didnt have the donuts that I wanted in the first place they were out so havent been to Krispy Kreme in years and decided to try it again and now I remember why I stopped going so this will be my last time I will start going to the wicked donuts and the pink box at least a donut is a size of a donut it should be and not the size of a doll donut I felt like a Barbie doll eaten one

I would suggest changing your drive through hours online to match what they actually are. It’s very inconvenient to pull up and have a machine tell you your closed, when it says differently online. Or maybe have your employees actually open at the time it says online. Either or would help...

Due to Covid only the drive thru was open at this location.My granddaughter earn a reward of a dozen doughnuts from Krispy. As were sitting in line in the drive thru, I noticed the Red Light Sign was on stating Hot Fresh Doughnuts. When it was my turn I asked the cashier for the hot fresh Doughnuts. She said they were, the box just wasnt warm. After I drove out of the line, I Immediately opened the box to get a Hot doughnut. To my and my granddaughters disappointment the doughnuts had a hint of warmth!Very Disappointed.
I went there yesterday and I ordered 2 drinks and I had to repeat myself several times because the girl was talking in the drive thru and on her phone texting. When I got my drinks 1 of them were wrong and I told one one of the staff and she made me the new one and when I got the the car the new one was wrong too.. I am not going back there. Very upset!!!
Rip off and over rated. Overpriced super tiny donuts at $11 a dozen. . 3 krispy kreme donuts equal 1 normal size donut at Winchells or any other average donut. Definitely not worth $11 a dozen and krispy donuts taste stale I suggest to go buy donuts somewhere else. Winchells has their dozen at $9 and they are way bigger and better deal. No idea why people in reviews dont mention how tiny & pricey krispy donuts are . They must not know what a real good donut is lol

Visited this location to try the pumpkin donut selection at 6am on a Sunday to make sure they werent all gone by the time we got there (they open at 6am). When we arrived at 6:05 the doors were still locked and we had to get their attention to unlock them. Then, we go inside and they barely have any donuts and what is there, is a boring variety! ZERO out of four of the pumpkin donut varieties. They said those wouldnt be ready for another hour, at least. Seriously? What are they doing in there if not fully stocking the donut case prior to opening time? We left disappointed and empty handed. We rarely eat donuts, and now even less.
Online says they have skim milk available for their lattes. When I arrived they did not and when I said their online menu was wrong they just said okay also, they didnt have any milk alternatives for customers with lactose intolerance. So if thats you, dont bother.

I love The donuts, but the drive thru come across as if Im inconveniencing then. They rush you through at this location and I feel like I dont matter. Since theirs is the only one in North Las Vegas, I cant switch, but can take my funds to Dunkin Donuts.
Daughter never had KK doughnuts before. Its a bit of a drive to avoid having to deal with the locations on the strip, but the one closest to us is closed due to Covid. Worth the drive. Delicious!
