Austin and Jeff where both extremely great guys showed us how the process went in their shop. by Wednesday of that week he had a proof t-shirt printed and invited us down to see it in person. he then showed us how the packing of the shirts went our order was not due until June 15. not even 8 days after putting in our order of 300 shirts i got a phone call saying our order was ready to be picked up they even offered to bring it to us if we where to busy to come and pick the order up. we have already placed a second order with Alive print shop and cant wait to get that order also. they have an amazing product and an awesome personal caring team. i recommend alive print shop to everyone i talk to. It’s refreshing to find a company that goes above and beyond for their customer and can deliver excellence.We had an event for about 2,000 of our partners here in Las Vegas. We had requested several designs within a 10 day window and wanted to make our event special for our guests. The order was met with a great attitude and I felt they understood our vision to make the shirts tie into the theme of the event - not just printed apparel.By the time event rolled around the shirts were delivered to the hotel by their courier - we did run into a slight issue looking for where the boxes were delivered but the owner called me personally to guarantee delivery and offered even to drive down to make sure the boxes got into the right hands himself - this spoke volumes to me. We located the boxes and then unboxed the apparel that had been thoughtfully organized already for us. We pulled each piece out one by one to get set up and we were amazed at the quality and consistency of the shirts. The amount of detail put into our shirts was impressive (they even removed the generic tags and printed our own company logo and tag in its place; just next level) The reaction to the shirts were overwhelming and suffice to say they were a big hit. We did several thousands in sales the first day and everyone went home with shirts that connect them to an event they’ll never forget! I’m so grateful how everything turned out.I have nothing but good to say about Austin and his team. I will never get print work done at any generic print shop ever again. They did, and delivered a load of high quality shirts directly to the hotel, and did it so early that they were there when we arrived.We then wanted a second order of shirts to take with us to another conference in Park City Utah, but ended up leaving LV 2 days early so we couldnt pick the shirts up.The staff at Alive BENT OVER BACKWARDS to ensure wed still have our shirts completed on time, and overnighted them to our hotel in Park City, keeping us updated on the process EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.I HIGHLY recommend Alive Print Shop to EVERYONE who needs a printer in Las Vegas.
