The sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products we purchased. His customer service skills was amazing. He was a joy to work with. We forgot his name but he works in electronics. Nice young man!

My local store is always clean, well stocked with the products I buy, and the employees are always kind courteous, and eager to help wherever and whenever they can. Its always a pleasureable experience shopping there!

Target at Deer Springs discriminates against the elderly. They only have older people working carts and refuse to give that job to younger, more capable employees. Also forces call-ins and tells older employees that they will be fired if they do not cover for somebody else.

Deer springs Target is great! I can get in and out in reasonable time. The store is clean and neat. Employees are always willing to help when asked. Its always a great experience.

I would never again shop at this location and likely never shop at any Target again after this experience. I spent several hours waiting for my order of a bike at this location, as it was the only one available for pick up in the city. I dont have a car, so picking up a bike so far out of town was difficult, but I was able to get a ride on that day. So when they told me it was out of stock after changing my plans for that day to go there, waiting for 2 hours and getting a ride there, I was very upset. They gave me a discount and told me that it would be ready for pickup the very next day, so I went ahead and paid for the bike. I was late to work because of this and the discount they gave me wont cover what I paid in transportation costs. I also received no phone call for the bike to be picked up. The whole process is negatively impacting my personal and professional life.100% not worth it. I regret shopping here. I should have bought from another store or online app. Never again.

The associates were super helpful, and even went so far to let me know about a sale. I also couldnt find an item and one associate led to me directly to the isle.

The worst customer service ever. They have multiple 10 years Olds (assumption) that have no clue what to do. Not their fault. Its management. I waited several minutes and several customers only to be told Im closed and directed to another line 10 deep. I will never shop another target ever. Thats why I pay ridiculously more at target.. to not get treated like a Wal mart bum... never again

Target has a good selection for basic home needs.

The employees in this Target are amazing. They are willing to drop what they are doing and go above and beyond to help, and always with a smile. They will even ask if you need anything as they are passing you in an aisle. Very clean store. Always well stocked.

The associate Carena went over and above customer service efforts as well as greeted each person that she encountered. However...she presented each and every customer with a smile :-) starting from Welcome to Have a great day!!! Ive been a General Mgr. for over 40 yrs (recently retired.) And altho Carena is young...excellent customer service never gets old.Having said that....it is obvious that the lovely Mgr on duty.. i believe her name was Lindsey she was wonderful as well. i was informed that if i needed her for anything...please dont hesitate.She ...like Carena greeted and ended our conversation with a smile..ive been coming to Target for some years now...And ive never been disappointed .This the reason why.So please continue the amazing service.Kudos to the associates at this location...And yes im smiling :-) Sincerely K.Imada

Im not sure what the issue is with this Target and their customer service but it is TERRIBLE. I spoke to a lady from corporate 2 weeks ago about the service in this store. Tonight I go in and the young girl named Karina at self checkout was very unpleasant. I scanned 2 items that were placed in a wrong location and decided not to get them. She had a whole attitude when I asked her to remove them and when I politely said Thank you, her response was Mmmhhmmm. I told her I said Thank youand she replied I said Mmhmmm. What kind of customer service is this?? GO TO ANOTHER TARGET!

Friendly staff, clean and well stocked

Accidentally placed a drive up order here, but turned out great! The store wasn’t super busy like the one on Charleston. Staff and helpful and quick. This place is a solid 25 minutes out of my way, but I wouldn’t mind making that drive in the future.

Newer store and less crowded than other Targets in Vegas but what was surprising was how nice the employees were to you! Never experienced that at any Target. It must have been my lucky day!

Aareon (at self checkout) and Adriana (near the air fresheners working on a reset) were both super awesome !! They were so friendly and helpful . Rocky greeted us at the door and was so welcoming !! Aareon helped me figure out how to use the target app and Adriana helped me locate an item I was looking for on an endstand. These three were really awesome and I will be coming back because of how wonderful they made this trip to target 😄👍🏾.

Target is first of all, GREAT! I love that the customer service aspect is always centered on the customer. I wish they would hire my daughter! The app is easy to use and the curbside pick up personnel are always friendly and smiling in spite of the exhausting heat. Target is my favorite store!

This seems to be a newer Target - and is right on 215. It was very quiet. They seemed to offer everything the other Targets offer, maybe just smaller.On the Target app, this store is listed as “N Las Vegas Deer SP” although it’s on 215 and 5th, and the address is 5th. It can be confusing when you’re placing an order for pick up.

Love this Target. During the week, it is stocked and quiet.

Love target. I also love the drive up pick up option! Used it a couple times on my way home from work to pick up diapers and just recently used it to pick up balloons and a helium tank as a surprise for my daughter so she wouldnt see my buying it, the worker put it right into the trunk for me and it worked out awesome! Just another reason to love target!

I had to visit guest services because I had questions about the Red Card & Red Circle and how those work. They were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and helping me get signed up. They had great attitudes and were very friendly.

One reason I shop at this particular Target is because the store is clean. The aisles arent cluttered and the merchandise is displayed neatly.My one complaint was that there were never enough check out lanes open. Now, with the self-check lanes the wait time seems to be less.I also decided to try the online shopping. Yesterday I placed an order online to be picked up today. I found the entire process from shopping online, paying online, and the pick up process to be efficient. The employee was very friendly and even thanked me for my purchase.

Jordan was so sweet and apologetic for not being able to ring us up when we had alcohol. The two ladies working with him worked hard to get us rung up and again apologized. It was completely my husband and my oversight on the cashiers age. ( he doesnt look 21 )We love this store and the team members.

I love that Target allowed Black Friday deals to be purchased online as soon as Thursday morning for the same excellent prices as in-store, and I was able to pickup at store many hours later. No waiting in an 8 hour line and dealing with a mob of horrible people. Thank you!!!

Fast and great customer service

The service is fine and employees are friendly...... when its there. They need to hire more people. The holidays come the same days every year and there were minimal check stands open with massive lines. I know its heresy to suggest you pay some overtime or hire more people but thats the solution here.

ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER HELPFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! The store is very clean. Cashiers clean their stations after each customer and all cart handles are cleaned for each customer.

I found what I needed fast n easy

Being as it is Christmas Eve. The store was out of some things, it was surprisingly not the normal types of items one would expect. The store employees are friendly and helpful. We did get afew things but did not get everything we where after. Overall we are satisfied with the trip.

The store is always super tidy, and full of a very diverse staff, Almost everyone greets you with a smile as well, and won’t hesitate to grab anything from the back or help you determine what item would be best for what you need/want.

My cashier Sarah Rodriguez was awesome she helped me with all my items and helped me with the cartwheel app which I never could figure out lol. She was very friendly and pleasant to talk to and she was quick. Thank you so much I will be back and in your line lol

Ive been shopping here for the last 4 years. Location is very close to me and Ive never had any major issues other then when Im picking up my items and then deciding to shop, once Im ready to check out I get stares like are toy going to purchase that or theyll repeat can I help you with anything else. I think there should be another way of doing this. Staff is friendly store is clean

Starting to feel like a Wal-Mart. I used to love going to this store, but the past few times that I been here all the registers were closed. It forces you to do the self-checkout and the line get extremely long. They normally have one to two employees standing by the self-checkout. When I asked why there were no registers open, I was told we only have two people. If this keeps up I will go back to shopping at Wal-Mart. If I got a check myself out I might as well pay a cheaper price.😞

Frozen goods are well varied. Friendly staff and good hours. Overall, great store with lots of inventory.

Love this place! Fun dollarsection, great wide variety of departments around the store. Love the little clearance sections, they are all over the store so as to be close/in the relevant departments. This is store has just about everything you need in it. The only thing missing in here would be the fresh groceries you get at other super Target stores. Workers are very friendly and helpful. Has a Starbucks, cafe, and a CVS pharmacy.

Ordering something from Target is a pleasant experience: employees are great, the products that I need are always available, the speed of the deliveries are excellent.

I wouldnt spend so much time at Target if I didnt have to maintain my wifes spending habits. Though, you probably couldnt find a better place to mozy around waiting for someone else. They have food, coffee, & toys. For me, thats plenty to keep me happy for hours.

Check out lanes! This store has decided to only have self-check registers open. Twice now, I have gone shopping on the weekend (late morning) and there were only self checks open. Last visit I asked why this was so and I was told that it was only in the early morning (prior to 10am). This weekend, I shopped at 11am and it was the same situation. I now feel like the employee I had asked the week before just lied to get me out the door. If this is what you intended by not having cashiers, then you succeeded. I no longer plan to check out an entire cart of stuff at a self-check kiosk when it is easier to just order the stuff from Amazon. I use to enjoy going to my local Target to looks around and shop but, I am no longer interested in doing that if I have to be the one ringing up my $100+ purchases.

The girl at the returns is really rude she needs to smile more its not the customers fault they hate their job im sorry. I think Loretta was her name. Im writing this review because its not the first time it happens. Target dont need that kind of employees.

I definitely agree 215/Decatur is a little cleaner when it comes to the carts but this location carries what you need. The staff is always willing to help. The past few times the shoe area has been difficult to find what you need due to the disorganization but overall not a bad location or area.

I had to come in the store to get my items. Employee that was working drive up was out side on the phone and then another employee said they just got my order when I walked in after I have been sitting in my car for 10 minutes watching them. HORRIBLE SERVICE TODAY!!!

A little hard to find, its way in the back. Huge parking lot,will never be without a spot. A big clean store, I was in and out really fast. Found what I was looking for right away and no line at the front, where the checker was very friendly.

I ran into an employee during the night shift. She was folding and stocking in the linens section. I asked her if they had any squatty potties. She said they had just stopped selling them and wasnt sure if they had any... I went on my way and she said excitedly oh you know what? I think I remember seeing just one left and led me to it! Thanks to her I didnt go home empty handed! She even gave me advice on other products I was looking for afterwards.
