*****DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. ********They kept my vehicle for a month and didnt do anything on it ! Specialists huh? No, continually led me on like they were actually working on it instead of telling me from the beginning they wouldnt be able to do it. Ultimately wasted 2 tows and a lot of time I could have found someone else to do the alignment !!!

Ken and Bob are great guys that really helped with the feel of my Suburban. Got a bunch of front end steering components replaced and an alignment. Much less slope and shakiness in the steering wheel. Will be using them again in the future.

This guy will take care of your car like it was his

I used to run the business but the owner (my uncle shames me to say), has become accustomed to getting his way, he creates documents and does things incorrectly. One mechanic that works there was drunk on the job numerous times and when the owner was told about this, he did nothing. Bob the alignment tech is the only one worth anything, shame he is constantly put down and talked badly about by Chris. The guy who runs the office and writes the repair orders, knows nothing about repairing vehicles and constantly has issues with Chris about how the business should be run. Good thing Chris is selling the company, he shouldnt be owning a shop when he only cares about his wallet. He had a mechanic who started a car that broke the timing belt, it was fine, but the mechanic messed up on it and it damage a valve/piston. Instead of changing the motor or valve/piston and doing the job the way it should be done, he told the customer the motor was bad. The owner of the car then junked the car instead of repairing it. Thats one of the owners friends and this comes from his own family, what makes you think he wouldnt find a way to overcharge or make your life harder? Find another shop, do yourself a favor.

Honest work at fair prices. We took our Mini here after the dealer said they wanted $3800 just to check if the head was blown. That didnt even cover doing anything that was found. Chris got us out the door and back on the road for a little over $600. And he had to go through a run around from the dealer to do it. He apologized for the work being as costly as it was and frankly, even though it was more than he wanted it to be, we found his prices very reasonable. Thank you Chris and company, integrity is so hard to find these days.

Kind of rough around the edges. But the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They got me back on the road in no time.
