Been here multiple times. Every time I come theres always at least one pump that isnt working, and the others have some type of malfunction on them. The coffees are rarely full, and the floor is nasty. Only come here in case of an emergency

Real strange place when you roll in off the road after a long night at the 24 hour vet. Lots of employees just watching you with vengeful eyes as you slither up to the counter with a blue red bull and a Jack Links Beef Stick.I would go here again but only for the convenience of it being 24 hours.

I walked in to buy gas tonight at a store that has a grade A health rating with signs that restrict customers from entering without masks, however the associate did not apply these standards to his customers or himself. When I walked in, there were 2 EMTs without masks or gloves and the associate didn’t have on a mask or glove. This associate was the same guy I watched make a pretzel for a guest a couple days before without a mask or gloves. I asked for a pack of cigarettes from this man and asked him why he wasn’t wearing a mask and he said, “they’re uncomfortable,” then when I asked him to put on gloves before he handed me the cigarettes he said he “didn’t have any.” I walked out. I’m very uncomfortable with the fact that I’m a regular customer here and there are associates not taking this global issue seriously but openly advertising that they do. I won’t return and will spread the word.

Have been going there usually around 7-8 pm. There’s an employee out here that doesn’t wear a mask, so anyone who’s vulnerable to the virus please stay clear, you can’t miss the guy- he paces around the room. Not returning here if a worker isn’t here for the customers.

Easy to find! Never so busy that I need to wait forever for a pump. Staff is nice. I wish they had more stuff in the coolers. They looked a bit empty and I could not find the item I had received as a award.

The customer service is amazing no matter what time of day. Everyone is so helpful. Engage in conversation and build relationships with their customers. Thank you for warm hospitality and awesome hot chocolate!!!!

Stop here everyday cause its easy to park a 18wheeler. Clerk named Mohammed is very rude. Slamming everything on the counter then giving a attitude when u ask for a bag. Very rude

Only fair service because of one regular female employee who always has a bad attitude. Also, they do not consistently practice Covid 19 safety protocols!!! Poor management perhaps?

Know who you hire. And dont put the worst on top cause it seems thats what this place does. The managers of this place are the ones having the worse attitude, are the laziest, do the worst jobs all around.

Updating my review, after another visit a week later. . . . It appears the inside, especially the countertops, is a bit cleaner . . . . Outside is still disappointing, sure hope the inside is a good sign. To be continued???? Theres a lot to be said for these newer Cumberland farms gas stations, cheap drinks being one of them . . . This is the only one Ive been to in the last year that has been so totally dirty. . . Bathrooms, floors, counters, outside walks & curb sides have trash n leaves . . . By the looks of other reviews its been an on going problem. . . . Perhaps they need more help? Better help? New mgmt might be where to start . . . One that might actually want to see better reviews. . . Its such a shame to have a nice, big, newer place looking like this place does.

I walked up to 2 cashiers and neither acknowledged me. When someone did finally help me I asked if they had any large cups and the cashier replied, we do somewhere but I dont know where . Customer service sucks

This is, I believe, the newest of the four or five Cumbies I go to, the other regulars are Branfords, Madison, Orange. This one has the others beat for messiness and equipment failures. How long can it take to get the cappuccino machine restored to service, or hot water repaired? Yesterday there was trash on the floors and the coffee service area was so spilled upon that I would have cleaned it myself had the hot water been dispensing. This place also lacks the cheery (okay, so its fake) greeting of customers.

Best place in the whole wide world they have cheap food and soda and coffer and slush any size for 0.99 cents!!!

If you go to the Cumberland Farms on State St in North Haven, CT you will certainly find a mess on every counter, ice and water all over the floor, coffee urns empty and to add to the disgusting conditions any time of day if you are unlucky enough to encounter Junior it will not be a good day for you.He makes the pizza and coffee and whatever else however I and others around me have never encountered a person in a customer service role who is as rude, condescending, miserable, uncaring and SLOW on top of it all.Walk the other way or go somewhere else!
