This is a great local auto repair business. Had a number of items to be fixed: oil and filter, battery check, hood suspension replacements, and driver seat support repair. Mike and his technicians completed everything professionally. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are really reasonable.My first time with Keegan Auto and will definitely return when needed.

Just starting bringing my truck here this year. The staff is always courteous and attentive. They are always on time. Very competitive on pricing. Service is always quick though I have only had routine maintenance for now. They always hand out treats for the end which I give to my wife. We both end up happy.

I brought my truck in for a transmission oil change and hard shift from 1st to 2nd. Also install a new transmission oil dip stick tube. They did both jobs in the time they said they would and the transmission is like new again. It is had to find people to trust now, but I trust their work that is why I gave them 5 stars.

This was my second time using Keegan Auto for two different vehicles and I continue to be impressed by their efficiency and customer service. My picky father has been going to Keegan for a couple years and referred me to them. He recommend them because he thinks they do a great job for a fair price and that they are honest. I’ve since gone for maintenance and an inspection. Every time I’ve been happy with their work and professionalism especially last time (inspection). They put on a front plate mount for no charge which made me happy because I didn’t want to mess with drilling holes in my bumper. I’m glad that I have found a mechanic that I can trust and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I took my F150 to Keegans with a list of items that needed to be accomplished. Mike called me at the end of the day telling me what was wrong and even found another serious issue. The truck was fixed by the end of business the following day. Their attention to detail is a welcomed change from most auto repair shops. Mike followed up the following day, just to make sure everything was okay. Mike and his crew are awesome.

Nice folks? Yes. Professional? Yes. Clean environment? Pretty much. Fair pricing and timing? Not so much. Our first and only experience with Keegan wasnt the best. Although we had an appointment scheduled and were told they were wide open when we scheduled, our car wasnt looked at until afternoon, though we had dropped it off the day before, thus making a simple job extend into a second business day. I have some experience in this industry, and Keegan is the first and only place I have seen or been to who charges both to examine a car and perform work. Usually, if a car is examined and you dont do the work, you pay for that time, but if you do, the charge to examine is credited toward the service. We were charged for both. We were also charged for the exam of a different component which we feel never occurred. The reason for this was a professional, polite call from the owner. We had issues with the tire pressure sensors. When Mike called, he asked which two tires were you having problems with again?, and immediately quoted a price. If he did not know which tires we were inquiring about, he couldnt have checked them, yet charged some $66 for a diagnosis. Good people, but we wont return because there were just too many questions left in our minds.

Prompt, professional service at a reasonable price.While driving on Saturday, I noticed that the temperature gauge needle had moved to the maximum Hot level. I had to pull over several times to let the engine cool. I was able to get an appointment Monday morning. Brian determined that there was a problem with the cooling fan relay. The part was ordered and installed while I waited and, in less than two hours, I was back on the road with my car operating like new.I have entrusted the care of my beloved 2004 Honda Civic to Mike Keegan and his team for years now. They help me keep it in tip-top shape. I highly recommend Keegan Auto.

Got in the same day for an oil change and inspection. Great service and Grace at the front desk was very nice. Will be back!

My father had a check engine light due to an exhaust leak. Mike diagnosed the issue as a faulty coil in the engine. He replaced a coil that wasnt even having an issue with a $40 dollar aftermarket coil and charged my father $250 for the part. Check engine light came back on and my father took the car back. Mike said it came on because of the temperature difference between the morning and night time. He cleared the code and of course, the light came back on the next day. We took the car to the Ford dealership and they fixed the issue. They replaced the faulty aftermarket coil with a Ford Motorcraft coil for $150 and tightened the loose exhaust clamp that was causing the o2 sensor code. Stay away from these people. Service was anything but 5 star.

Went there for a first visit because I heard many good things about Keegan auto. They fixed up the cover underneath the vehicle at no charge! Great first experience, now I feel assured that my car will be in good hands for my next vehicle check-up!!

This place is great. The quote for my wheel bearing repair came in under what I was quote by a mechanic relative, plus they threw in a sunroof cleaning for almost nothing. Mike was the greatest; even texted me to follow up. Ill be going to this shop until the day I stop driving.

Ive been here a few times for some pretty basic maintenance needs but have always been welcomed and taken care of. Over the years the level of service has only increased.

I really cant say enough about Mike at Keegan auto… I drove my rv up from boston Area to Hampton Hampshire to have my onboard generator fixed… He also fixed my tail pipe and checked my chassis battery for me…… They did an excellent job on everything and the pricewas very reasonable… Would highly recommend their services

We appreciate all you did to get us back on the road when our van broke down while on vacation. With three children to get home in time for school starting and our rental time coming to a close we did not have much of a window to work with and the diligence, concern and compassion displayed as you worked to get us back on the road meant a great deal to us. I was gassing up my Jeep when I noticed a huge puddle under my car. I managed to get the car home and gave Mike a call. He told me to bring the car in. He checked it out and discovered that it was the water pump.He fixed it and had it ready for me the next day.I believe that the price was fair and he did a wonderful job. He is honest and very professional and did not try to sell me things that I didnt need...like some other garages do. He got the car running beautifully.I would recommend him to my friends.Also, as an added surprise, when I picked up my car, I got a free box of girl scout cookies !

I am very happy with the service I get at Keegan auto. I made an appointment with Mike for an inspection. I was able to drop the car off the night before using the key drop off slot. It was very convenient. The inspection was done on time with no problems. Mike and his family are very nice people. I bring all my familys cars there for inspection. If you need an honest family shop that does great work in a timely fashion then go to Mikes.

The place is one big joke of a garage, run down and filthy Shady,shady place. No real way they charge parts its all about what they want to charge. Be careful dealing with them. Definitely ask questions about price quotes and shop around cheaper doesnt always mean better.

Had all 3 vehicles in for preventative maintenance on undercarriage in fall 2018 and was very pleased! Just had brake caliper replaced 5/23/19 and cleaned carbon deposits on valves (same day) and all I can say is valve cleaning improved my gas mileage and Great Service!

If ever there was an honest mechanic, this would be the one. I don’t go anywhere else, period. If something needs done they do it until it’s right, if it doesn’t need done, they don’t do it. Honest, fair and friendly.

Ive been to Keegan auto a few times for part installation and problem diagnostics/repair. They get the job done as quick as possible while still providing high quality work. Im sure Ill be back the next time my car has an issue I cant fix.

I have a 2005 jeep Grand Cherokee with 292,000 miles. Keegan Auto has been great maintaining my car with items as small as headlights and brakes to items as large as rear differentials, engine repair etc. Their mechanics provide excellent quality repairs, are knowledgeable and the owners are extremely customer friendly. A great place to have your car maintainedI have a 2016 Acura MDX that developed a failure to start as we were leaving for a trip. I was able to start the car after a jump start and called Keegan Auto to see if there was anything they could do. They said they would look at it if we could drive it over to them which I was able to do. Mike checked the charging system and determined the problem was a weak battery which Keegan Auto replaced on the spot. Top notch service.

I met Mike Keegan at a business networking group and brought my truck to him for a vehicle inspection this past March. The technician found some issues that led to a failed inspection, but more importantly what they found was a serious safety issue. I met Mike a few months ago and felt I could trust him to care for my Tahoe the way I expect it to be taken care of. He proved me right. They pay attention to everything about the car. I originally brought it in for A/C issue but have been bringing it in for all maintenance needs since. They are easy to get to, offer a ride or car to use for the day so I can get to work. They are polite, professional and clearly competent. The price is right and fair....always a good feeling when dealing with car repairs. After every appointment I receive a thank you call and email from Dave, the service adviser, and a check in to make sure everything is good.
