Came from Michigan with my friend to look at and possibly buy a Mercedes Benz E63 AMG. After all that driving through the night, we werent disappointed with the location, the content & quality of the lot, and the very nice showroom.Our Salesman, Rudolfo, was an outstanding guy. He let us take as much time as we needed to inspect the vehicle, make sure everything was up to snuff and even had an oil change arranged for us before we left, even though it may not have been due on this car - Outstanding service.And for service? Those guys are extremely nice, but thats just the tip of the iceberg. Talking with some of the techs, though Id like to name Don in particular, are some very intelligent and wise guys. You could tell that these guys care about these cars and they obviously have years of experience under their belts. He knew everything there was to know about this Mercedes and was excellent help to the sales team to help us get the right surity to close the deal.Sales manager came out to meet us and all went well. These guys are honest in their dealings and they want to do everything they can to make sure you walk away happy - even if we were difficult negotiators...We werent familiar with the area, but they made us feel at home. Ill surely be keeping them in mind when I buy my next vehicle car or otherwise.Thank you guys for the awesome trip.

It has taken me some time to write this review, not because of hesitancy, but only because life has been hectic since purchasing the vehicle...Anyway, if I could give these guys 100 stars, I would. Without hesitation! I was somewhat hesitant about purchasing a vehicle before I actually drove or even saw it in person. However, Rodolfo did everything humanly possible to ease any fears or doubts that I may have had. It started when they were able to connect me with one of the local credit unions in their area, who gave me an interest that was HALF of what I had been told by someone else. That was the beginning of the trust that would only get deeper.Once I made may way up from MD to NH, I felt at ease and comfortable instantly. And from that moment on; Rodolfo picked my up from the airport, it was like a dream come true. The car; a 2008 Lexus LS 600h L, was everything that I could imagine and much more. That car is a beast and a jewel all in one. I had never even heard of that line of cars before and have only seen one thus far. Needless to say, I have stumbled on a hidden treasure.The staff at the dealership was also totally awesome as well. Mike made sure that I was comfortable and continued to make me feel that I had indeed made the right choice. Ro then took me on a test drive up the beautiful New Hampshire coastline, which was amazingly beautiful. I cannot say enough about my experience with these guys. Which; by the way, did not end once I made it back home.I purchased an after market Service Contract and Rodolfo assured me that I would have no issues using it. Well, the first Lexus dealership that I took the car to, said they did not accept the warranty. However, I gave Ro the information for another Lexus dealership in the area and they gladly stated that they would honor the contract. Just another example of how above and beyond these guys are willing to go to ensure customer satisfaction.I know this is an insanely long post. Trust me, I rarely EVER do reviews for anything. However, I so appreciate the way that I was treated during this entire transaction, that I really wanted to make my thanks and gratification be made known. The team at AlphaCars & Motorcycles made it a real pleasure to shop for and purchase a Royal Enfield motorcycle. What I really appreciated was the human quality of the dealership - I met with Rodolfo on day one, and he literally personally delivered my bike when it was ready. The team there had to coordinate the registration and plates between MA and NH locations, and it was all completely seamless. I always felt like I was dealing with real people and not a shred of slimy salesmanship. Totally up front, good or bad, and great personal follow-up even after I bought the bike. Five stars!

Ive been searching for sometime to find the right Mercedes-Benz SL 450 Roadster and came across this 2017 Black Beauty on AlphaCars website. Leaving a voice message of interest, I received a return call from Mike Briskie, the Store Manager at the AlphaCars North Hampton, NH location where the car was being held for sale. Mike was extremely cordial and provided me all the details of the car including the cars history, complete list of accessories, high resolution photos and even a walk around video of the car. He was fully transparent about some marks in the passenger seat leather and sent a close up photo explaining that his interior specialist felt confident he could make it good. I was originally planning on trading in a used vehicle and by providing Mike the VIN #, pictures and details of my vehicle, Mike was willing to provide me a fair estimate of what I could expect for my trade. At the last minute, we decided to keep the car in the family and Mike clearly understood and we made the deal without the trade. Not trading my car, I had to make plans to fly into Boston to pick up the SL 450. Mike went out of his way to make it easier for me to pick up the vehicle a shorter distance from my home at AlphaCars Boxborough, MA store. I was directed to coordinate the pick-up with Marian in Boxborough the following day I would be arriving later in the afternoon, but arriving early, I called Marian to see if she might stay a bit later to allow me to pick up the car that day. Even with a delay in my ride to the store, Marian was waiting for me to complete the transaction and send me on my way. Oh, and the marks in the passenger seat I previously mentioned, were visually undetectable.I cant say enough about the complete experience I had dealing with AlphaCars and would highly recommend to anyone looking to be treated honestly, fairly and provided the highest level of Customer Service imaginable! Its my first time of purchasing a used car on-line and Id do it again at AlphaCars!

I cant recommend Mike and his team at AlphaCars & Motorcylces enough. I have purchased many cars in the last 15 years, most from dealerships, and have always had the typical sales person. The ones trying to push you about the best deal around or cheapest deal you will ever find. Mike and his team are nothing of the sort. They are transparent, easy going, truthful and not pushy at all. I’ve been reading all the positive reviews here and there is not much to add. I’ve had all of the same great experiences with Mike and Ro and everyone at Alpha that others have described. I bought a 2016 Audi A7 TDI in a rare custom color that has very low miles and is in pristine condition just a few weeks ago. I drive by their shop regularly but never stopped in until I saw this gorgeous car parked in the lot. It’s the first used car I’ve ever bought and these guys made it easy. They have a passion for what they are doing that comes through in the way they treat everyone that walks in. They specialize in quality cars that are in great condition, fully inspect and detail them, and provide a full report of the condition of the vehicles - it’s a great model, you really know what you’re getting. I’ve got friends that regularly buy used, high end cars and I have already recommended they go to Alpha for their next purchase. Keep up the great work guys!

Rodolfo was extremely helpful with our purchase of a Ural Gear Up motorcycle. There was zero pressure with the sale, and we had a couple of demo rides around the parking lot, was given lots of information about the bike, and answered all questions clearly.
