Goodwill needs to concentrate on utilizing personnel who aren’t combative and have some interpersonal skills. Sadly their donation collectors are wild eyed untrainable and obnoxious. However, there are other charities who have far better customer service skills.

They have some great deals on everyday stuff, it might be second hand but its clean and as good as new.

BEWARE shoppers!!! I Was NOT informed of store return policy when I made my purchase. I even mentioned that I would want to return my purchase if clothing items didnt fit. If you purchase something and need to return it you only have 7 days to not only return item(s) BUT find something of equal or greater value to EXCHANGE. NO money or credit on your card is given back. NO store credits either!!! You are held hostage to shop at Goodwill and forfeit your money if you return purchase and cant find new items to exchange. BAD DEAL!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM GOODWILL unless I am absolutely positive the items I buy will fit or work. I ended up spending hours sifting and picking through merchandise trying to find things to exchange.... BAD POLICY. Poor customer relations.

Although I didnt buy any this time, I really like Goodwill because they often have brand new shoes and other products. This Goodwill was bright and cheery with lots of happy employees keeping the store cleaned and stocked.

This must be new. It use to be a tattoo and costume store for a very long time. Is a ok size inside. Typical goodwill.

The main problem with this place is the pricing. Everythings incredibly overpriced and its all donated items. I love shopping at the goodwill its one of my favorite things to do and I frequent many of them and this is always the highest priced place. Ive been going in this goodwill frequently over that past month and continually see the same items at the same high prices. You would think after a couple of weeks they would mark the prices down to get the items out the store and put new items in.

They dont care about the community, just overcharging for broken stuff and being greedy!

I like this Goodwill because the staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and the Sunday and Monday 99 cent day and discounted day for seniors on Wednesday make me a frequent shopper. I would shop here even if I was a millionaire because it’s like being a treasure hunter! I would also recommend people go online and become a VIP member for all the added benefits and also advance sale days.

Scam of a place, what kinda of company profits off of donations to buy the CEO a yacht? Incredibly overpriced, literally found new scratch and dent items donated from other stores for more than the cost in the original store. Avoid donating anything try salvation army instead.

Smaller Goodwill than the one on Pine Island. Clean on the inside. Mens selection is much smaller than the ladies selection. That being said, I was able to find a few deals still. Only 3 customers in line, but with one cashier, it was a bit of a wait. Staff was friendly.

Terrible store, horrible manager. Prices so high, they are an insult to the shopping public. Mens used shoes $25.00 to $35.00. Cast iron skillet $34.99. All these items on eBay for much less and you get it mailed to you.Fat manager is as mean as a junk yard dog. He hates his pathetic life, so the customer suffers.Stay away, not worth the drive, frustration, or hassle.

Today was my 1st visit, highly over priced. I saw a nice pair of sketchers sandals they wanted $9.99 also picked up a pair of worn out sketchers Sneakers and they were priced at $14.99, the Last straw was the kids halloween costume that consisted of a shirt and a skirt (the hat was missing because my daughter wore that exact costume 2 yrs ago) priced at $12.99, I dont know who is pricing their inventory but they are nuts!!!!

Love this location, friendly staff and a great selection for all ages and sizes, regular patrons are always friendly and not pushy, the store is a little cramped with the new layout but still pretty nice, just dont go there during season.

This is the closest location to my home, therefor I frequent it often. (I even have a nick name, due to what the majority of my purchases are lol.) I always find it to be well organized and staffed with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people.

I really enjoyed that Goodwill had lots of selection lots of clothes decent prices public outdoor parking wheelchair accessible public restrooms

This place is terrible! Cashier was extremely slow with no sense of urgency to a long line, couldn’t do more than one thought at a time. Yes I mean thought! Dirty couch priced for $50 should have been trashed! A Harley Davidson 3D puzzle marked at $25!!! Are you kidding me?!? I’ve been to all the Goodwill stores in this area and this one is second the the Chiquita store to be the worst one of all!! Management needs to change here!

This business is not big, but there were significant daily discounts here, as I have seen. For those who need cheap and useful clothes, furniture, other items, I recommend this line of business. For example, a complete good set of dining sets (table, 4 chairs) in a subdued condition, and also great, well here you can get $ 70 now!And for those who cull, chase, and give them a heart call, I bring their belongings here to help a lot of people. We also donated a lot of our belongings to Goodwill in the near future due to a pellet. 🙂
