A place where you can get just about anything. Food, small appliances, clothes, office supplies, medications, holiday decorations and items for your DIY projects. Prices are reasonable and a good amount to choose from. Lots of self check out kiosks and lots of free parking too. Quality of food and more organic options would be a plus though.

I had to return items and another customer kept interrupting the sales person doing my return. I finally had to speak up telling the other customer there were others in front of her. She needed to wait her turn.

If you ever order online, they give you the moldy, inedible produce. And you’re forced to return it to store, even though they picked it and sent it. Each of these is completely rotted and I was told I had to return to the store for a refund ?

Well... its like any other Walmart, with a couple of exceptions.Inside the store, you need to carefully check that the item you selected is the item listed on the price tag.There are always numerous items which are cleverly put in the wrong place & they always cost significantly more than the price tag indicates.I would believe it to be a simple mistake, were there ever any items that were actually less expensive than indicated.Outside of the store, you can always find a few hangers-around from the methadone clinic a few doors down.Theyre easy enough to pick out & none too shy about panhandling, if not run off by either store staff or security.

Thanks be to GOD that I was able to find all my items, not enough checkers open. Should be open 24/7.

Walmart is always good to shop at. However I got there 40 prior to closing and a lady was repeating over and over again on the loud speaker to finish up shopping and go pay because they were closing. I understand they deal with a lot of ppl that want to keep shopping and spending money but I felt super rushed and couldn’t enjoy my shopping experience whatsoever. The whole announcing over the loud speaker that they’re closing shouldn’t happen any sooner than maybe twenty mins to close. Ugh

The location would be a great place to open a store. Stopped in before 1pm. No carts in the store. We where told the person just clocked in and was out getting them. 15 minutes later...shelfs where not well stocked. Had to wait on the walmart personal shoppers to move just to get down the rows. The check out is unreal. 3 lanes open one of which was for small orders. Others backed up into main row. Went to self check out. 4 registers down at one end as many or more at other end. Most employees seam to only speak spanish when you ask a question.

For the most part Walmarts a good store but trying to find an actual Lane that you can go through with a person there is getting harder to find most of them now they want you to go to the self checkout lane

I only shop here for pick up orders. Its the typical kind of Walmart experience but with many homeless/transients hanging out, possibly living in the parking lot. Do not like to go here alone, just dont feel safe

No mobility scooters for elderly. they are all used up 24/7 and they hoard the out of order ones, they never get fixed. i can never go here with my grandfather because they always turn us away because they don’t offer as much accessibility as they should.

Saturday October 22nd went to Wally world Christmas 🎄 decorations everywhere love going to Wally world I was in and out but love to always see what they have North Fort Myers 🌞Florida

Pretty well clean no problem with store.

They have a clean and quiet mothers room for nursing moms in the back of the store. It was great when our little one was fussing and needed to eat.

Bad service, hard to find an employee who actually does their job. I waited at the sporting goods section for 30 minutes after asking just about every employee if they can have someone come to open a locked cage. Finally someone came and actually did their job. Besides this some employees act like they don’t know what your talking about or they just say that they will call someone for you. I wouldn’t recommend this Walmart. But the employees in the electronics section are very helpful and do a great job.

Needed binoculars locked behind glass. Cannot find ANYONE WHO WORKS HERE and is willing to help. One lady had a Walmart vest on and told me she doesnt work there. Another said she was going on break. Would give it zero stars if that were an option.

Dont use they bathrooms up front they are usually really nasty and have trash all over the floors. So if it was me I would use the one in the back. Also good luck finding someone that speaks English or knows what you are looking for or even understand the words that are coming out your mouth

Today iI had 3 cases of 24 pack 16 oz. Bud in my cart clearly marked 19.99 in the aisle. At scan and go it rang up 21.47.I ask the girl and she said she had to get a manager. After 15 min. the manager told me she could only change the price on one case and I would have to pay 21.47 for the other two. This happened last month to me, but the clerk easily change to the right price. WATCH YOUR PRICES!!!!

Store Associate, Mimi, was amazing! She packed everything nice and tight, so nothing shifted in-transit! We love Walmart’s curbside service! We hope they continue this service indefinitely!

If I could give it a minus 1 I would. When on a Sunday early afternoon and ther were no shopping carts. So I walked up to a female employee which was talking to another female employee taking about everything except work. So I asked her, is there someone bring in carts? Her reply was there is only 1 person doing that today. So ask her, if she could call the manager? Her reply was, if you wanted to speak to customer service theres the department. I explained, if I go ever ther I will lose my place in line for the cartsBy this time there about 10 people, mostly elderly waiting and I saw about 5 customer go find there own cart. Really Walmart? I waited about 15 minutes, no cart person ever showed up. A nice person gave there cart as they were leaving. After about 20 minutes of shopping. As I was leaving, guess what NO CARTS STILL!

Would be nice if there was more cahiers. When you have a large amount of items and are not as skilled at finding the bar codes it can prolong how long it takes to check out.

Extremely poor customer service. Dont ever try to get a hold of anybody on the phone. Trying to get a hold of the electronics department and listen to the phone ring for 25 minutes. Call customer service and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Also very limited stock in the store when it comes to the groceries. I hate to say it but its one of the worst Walmarts Ive been in.

Today I did not buy a bike at Walmart for the simple fact that they did not have any mens bikes... So, I did find one at a local pawn shop but they did not have any locks... So, I rode to Walmart to get a lock... But not wanting to leave my bike unattended without a lock I asked Heather & her associate at the front door if they could watch my bike for as long as it takes to run in & get a lock... They said no... Offered to get a manager... I then met Tony & Candace & again I was told no... There are 4 employees assigned at the door due to this coronavirus and of course the two managers were too busy to hang out for the 8 minutes it took me to run in the store & purchase the lock... What the heck ever happened to going the extra mile for a customer... We get so big and its the heck with the little guy... And I saw Tony strolling in the store when I found (paid) someone to watch my bike for those 8 minutes... 8 minutes he or Candace could have done some PR at the front door while helping out a customer... Youre the cheapest, with the best variety place around... Ill still shop here, but every time I do & any one who asks will know of my experience...

I love going to Wal-Mart but most of the people dont speak English. I ask a worker to help me with something I couldnt find and she said, no speak English. If she can say that much, she can learn to speak English. Wal-Mart need to have some kind of school they can go to, to learn how to speak English. Wal-Mart is not like the Wal-Mart I use to go too. The cashiers scan like mosses, I were in a 20 items and the cashier scan so slow, the customer service manager is not doing her or his job. I use to work at Wal-Mart back in Ga. I were a customer service manager and I were train to walk and see if the cashiers needs any help and teach them how to speed up in their scanning. I dont see the customer service manager doing that. I still go there to pick up the things I need and go.

This store iss a regular stop for my family as it is the closest (get just about all the items you could need in one stop) and the customer service is usually very good.

I was looking online at Walmart for a 2 gallon dispenser found at a Walmart near me went here and the store staff was very helpful and found it easily and got out as easy.

At closing time its quiet you can get in and out in half hour with a full buggy

Unable to find anyone to help me in any department. When I finally found a Walmart employee I was told it wasnt their department or they went to ask a manager and 20 or more minutes later they still hadnt returned.Sale and none sale identical items on same rack. Very confusing when items were the same but my smaller size was not on sale.Lots of merchandise in beauty department were opened and used as a tester or product totally missing.Not a very pleasant experience and it will be a while before I personally visit Walmart again

The store is very dirty and majority of the grocery area has an awful odor. I tried paying for my groceries with my 2 week old debit card. The machine said the card was expired or canceled. An employee took my card and vigorously swiped my card. My card worked everywhere prior to this experience, but wouldnt work anywhere afterward. He destroyed the chip on my card. Ill just spend the extra money at Pulix and Target in the future and Ill stay out of this store.

Horrible experience. Only four registers open with all registers and self checkout lines packed. Employees appearing to just wander instead of opening up additional registers to alleviate the stress of the four cashiers and the many customers waiting to checkout. Ridiculous

Wonderful day at Walmart they had every thing I went to get.

Not stocked enough on womens tank tops, shelves practically bare.Need more items for plus sized women, there isnt signs saying just my size or fit.Also need more employees in self checkout area, felt bad for the young man working on a busy Sunday afternoon.But he was very polite and kept a smile on his face.Customers were very rude, I think they all needed was a snickers bar 🤣I love Walmart wish they can make rude customers leave.Oh the male greeter was very nice and cheerful.Not employees fault for unpleasant visit, it was definitely the customers, hope they at least treated the staff there with respect they deserve.

Im so frustrated with this store. Its constantly and yes i mean out of a 100% maybe 2% get what I came for. They never have good and fun dog treats or any rawhides what so ever and rarely get my friskies 50 shreds chicken and ocean mix can food from here. Its sad because i spend $180 in dog treats alone a week and had to turn to buying my dog treats and winn Dixie or family dollar down the road and now because so many people have no options but the same stores i use had to start spending my money at tractor supply. Went as far as purchasing these items thru gop and was denied service there too and had to wait five days for money to be replaced to my credit card

Getting a shopping cart is always an issue. Other than that its usually a good experience.

Must wear mask not because of covid but because you might catch something worse. One of the dirtiest walmarts anywhere. Last visit found doritos in freezer and heard dogs barking in the next aisle. Playing hard-core rap on outside speakers when walking in. Ill drive further and pay more elsewhere.

Typical Walmart. Drone in, grabngo. Not my favorite place to be but they do have a large selection for basically everything.

TL;DR i went in for tires, was disrespected, lied to, and told i needed things. i did get tired though.I went in for tires, thats it. I easily got talked into mounting and balancing with a warrantee which is fine even though I have a shop I trust. The worst part is having to go back 5 times because the tires dont hold air. I was told the rims were not clean so I did my best and after the 6th time it still leaked, probably because using bead sealer is optional. Unfortunately, they took my paper proving my warrantee like every other time I was in and when I went back in they said it didnt exist. Not only was master mechanic pete there to mansplain to me that theyre carry-ins and somehow dont fit even though the wheels are aftermarket and tire sizes are by choice and yes it clearly fit, but also, they tried to tell me my wheel bearings were gone, which I had replaced a month ago. To top it all off, when i went to take my wheel off, I found they cross-threaded my lug bolts and now i need to not only get new drums which hold the nut and are ruined, but also lugs! Thanks everyone! I thought the extra $80 on top of 200 for tires I paid would be enough. Now I have to spend another 100 if im lucky on drums and lugs. Im 16 I have a 1974 VW Beetle, which they stalled 5 times getting it in and out of the area. I know my stuff and I put a lot of work time and what little money I have into my car. It was my mistake to go to walmart for any work done but I thought i could be at least treated well. My mistake. My suggestion, get your tires here, then go to yogis on hancock, they wont mess up, and they know their stuff. Conveniently one of the employees has a beetle too. Maybe one day when im bored ill make a phone call seeing what lame kind of compensation I can have for such terrible work.

On vacation went to pick up a few forgotten items and a few food items.. Very busy store,, low on merchandise.

End of the line for me and Walmart. Could be the swarmy rent a cop that told me I could not pick up my handicapped wife in front of the store, could have been that Walmart got rid of all the human checkers and half the population of north Fort Myers will never ever understand scanning, but the real kicker was the dozen donuts that came home with two live flies in the package. I will pay a bit more at Publix but won’t have to put up with Walmart hassles. That will be well work it. Human check out people and people that will carry her groceries to her car.

I always have a good experience over at this Walmart. Ive come to know some of the associates they can recognize me and my children, and are happy to say hi.

Today I had a pleasant surprise. I went to Walmart for the very first time in a long time. I haven’t really shopped at Walmart in general a lot in a few years because it had gotten to where there was never any staff and people were just rude. I saw online that they have the best deal on camp chairs so I decided to bite the bullet and go to the Walmart in North Fort Myers. I encountered several friendly staff members stocking and was pointed to the correct spot for the chairs I was looking for. I then stopped in to itechy phone repair and was helped by a very polite gentleman on a phone repair. As I was leaving I realized I couldn’t remember where I parked and I must have had a very puzzled look on my face because a black gentleman-(I only bring up that he was black so that hopefully he gets some kind of kudos from Walmart for being so awesome and I’m hoping this will help them identify him), who was collecting carts asked me if I had lost my car. He chuckled that he does this himself often and offered help but just then I found my car. Great shopping experience here today. They have really stepped up their game!
