I cant recommend this company enough! Top Tier installed gutters on our house when we moved in 4 years ago. They have performed perfectly. About a year ago, we had one gutter start to come down as a result of wind load. We called and had someone out the next day to fix the problem. Today, the front gutter over our porch fell off. I called and we had someone at the house in less than an hour. Turns out that while the gutter was installed correctly, the underlying fascia was not installed correctly by our home builder. Top Tier will be fixing the problem as soon as the weather clears! Bottom line: they do outstanding work, are extremely responsive and professional, and provide clear updates and explanations for everything they do!

We looked at every company in the Charleston area. Many were cheaper. But we just didnt feel comfortable with them. This is the company to hire if you want your gutters done correctly. They showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and when they left you wouldnt even know they were there. Completely cleaned up after themselves. The gutters work absolutely perfectly. Made an appointment for 2 days from the date I called. The gentleman that came out was extremely nice and explained everything perfectly to me. I know way more about gutters than I ever thought I would... but love the fact that he broke down the process and what everything does so I could fully understand what to expect. I met with a few other companies to get a quote and none of them took the time to explain anything to me and were quite unprofessional, to be frank. Top Tier treats potential customers the way they should be treated and if I were an employer that is how I would expect my employees to treat customers. I booked with them that day and have full confidence in them installing the gutters on my home. I will update my review once the process is completed within the next four to six weeks.

We hired Top Tier to replace the gutters and soffit on our entire home. Shannon, the sales person, was knowledgeable and friendly. The crew showed up on time, did good quality work, and did it at a fair price. They even fixed things that were not part of our agreement - making my home look nicer! I would certainly hire them again.

These guys were amazing to work with. Shannon explained everything perfectly, and came out a couple times, including waiting through an appointment I had with another company and then helping me understand how that company (a national chain) was going to rip me off. Top Tier saved me money, they have a great product, and have great people. Joey and Harley did the install and were kind and patient with my questions. I even spoke with the owner, Corey, by phone at one point, and he was also just a fantastic person to work with.

I had my double doors replaced, but was not made aware that i was purchasing a left hand door and a right hand door that was being modified to make double doors. I had top tier to install gutters on my 1956 brick ranch style home. I live on a hill so anything to divert water from running under the house was desperately needed. Before the consolation with top tier, I met with another company. It wouldve cost about twice as much for that company to just do the front and back of the house than top tier to do the whole thing. I couldnt be more pleased with the results. They were accommodating, friendly and professional the whole way through. The seamless gutters look great and function just as well. Definitely recommended.

Had a great estimate visit, agreed to price, was promised general liability and workers compensation insurance certificates, but they could not produce workers comp certificate, so no work. Their contract states that they have workers comp insurance.

Highly recommend and will definitely refer to family, friends and clients. We all live in the lowcountry- If your home suffers from crawlspace moisture problems or your are on slab in a low lying area you should try to shed as much storm water away from the home as possible. After a good bit of research their gutter product is top of the line. Install time was approx 10-11 days from approval. Steve and Joey did a great job on the install- 1 day total approximately ...in the rain...and hooked up to my rain barrels. Shannon and Cory visited the job site to check on things and you can tell they are heavily invested. If you are considering anything Leaf ‘guardy’ give them a call and support a local business.

We hired Top Tier Home Improvement to install the LeafLock Gutter System on the front and back of our house. The look has added value to our home and they are functioning well so far. All company representatives were easy to work with, helpful and friendly. These gutters are more expensive than the typical gutters, but if you have a lot of trees/falling leaves...and you want something that is going to last, I recommend LeafLock gutters and Top Tier to install them.
