Mr Burk...is this best sell rep

Yikes!!! Came to drop off a payment and to schedule a delivery. A guy greeted me after a full minute of hesitation. Finally he asked how can I help you. I told him my reasons and he says in an aggressive tone...Who is helping you? I stated the rep I had been in contact with. He gets on the phone and tells her that I requested to see her🤷. She says she was on a call assisting another client and could he assist me... He states NO, I will take the call with the client instead. He hangs up the phone and utters something under his breath. The rep came to help me. Overall, she was nice. Customer Service is horrible... I only gave two stars because the encounter at the end. Wow spent over $18,000 dollars to be treated like this.
