My husband and I buy all of our computer parts from Compuzone, we always receive quality and amazing parts from them! The workers are extremely knowledgeable and give excellent customer service. We have had to bring in our computers a couple times and they have helped us solve our problems every time. 10/10 recommend Compuzone as the computer store you go to :)

I have had multiple dealings with this company, including fixing some proprietary computers for my alignment machine. They have advised me on the best voip systems and even built computers to run my OEM software to the correct specs. I have never been disappointed in the service I have gotten. The owner works as hard as his crew does as well....

They are brick and mortar scalpers, instead of using their position of having a distributor to help there local communities acquire video cards they have double the price to make fat profits 1200$ For a $400 msrp 3060 is egregious. do not support these people they needs to go out of business. 10-20% mark up sure. Not +100%

I had an older 1080 Ti that a friend sold to me for dirt and I wanted a 3090. For five months I have tried camping websites, to no avail. I entered 23 newegg shuffles and was never selected. I called up Compuzone Inc and they told me of their selection of GPU’s. Which - to be honest, are at competitive prices. Check anywhere, they’re cheaper than Ebay and right on track with r/hardware swap sales and trades. I immediately stopped in and purchased a 3090 and it was excellent. I am grateful for our small computer store and their customer service as well as their commitment to the PCMR. Much love, guys. Here’s my build. I have used Compuzone twice. Both times they have done an excellent job taking care of my laptop - which I reply on for my business and it is like handing over my livelihood! They are a part of Tradebank Charleston, as am I, so their services were all trade/barter and their materials (new battery) are cash. So far they have been amazing, super helpful and thorough in explaining issues. I highly recommend them.

Through out my frustration with my machine over the past months I stumbled upon this computer repair store, Compuzone of North Charleston. They have been the one thing Ive needed in diagnosing the problem with my build and they did so with such patience and kindness youll ever find here in the lowcountry. Theyre customer service has gone above and beyond expectation and Im thoroughly pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Joseph may be one of the best sales rep I have ever dealt with across the board. Very knowledgeable and honest with everything I asked of him. At the risk of getting him in trouble, he actually advised me to hold off on a purchase until the market stabilized instead of pushing me into a less than idea product. Came in asking about 3080, the gentleman walked to the back to talk to his boss to see if they can order it he came back out to tell me they can special order it but it will cost $1559 now for those of you who dont know they only go for 699, the price he told me was scalper pricing which leads me to believe they buy from scalper and do their own mark up but they will try to give a sob story as to why theyre that much but in reality this company is no different then to people scalping I do not recommend. Since I cant counter reply Ill add to previous cool you linked Amazon their one job is to find the products for consumers I can also link websites showing actually sell price but you see that link for Amazon is them showing a 3rd party try again youve been in business 20years cool Ive been in the computer game just as long. To cut the story short your employee said yall had them in a warehouse said nothing about 3rd party when I called yall out on it he tried to back peddle. Noone is gonna buy from yall if yall arent honest with your customers 😉

I did a complete overhaul on my build and they did an excellent job! My computer is beautiful with perfect wire management. Customer service was also 10/10. I would definitely suggest checking them out if you are in the area.

I was having problems with an old computer and brought over had it back in just a few days. The staff that I delt with was extremely helpful and professional. AlL of the staff is really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Here’s the thing, their are a lot of us completely new to the idea of building and working on computers right now, wether it be mining, gaming, ect. These are very fragile instruments we’re attempting to work with and build. I’m not embarrassed (sort of am) to admit I’ve fried 2 motherboards already. Found the shop and worked with Zack and I was pretty straightforward about being new to building PCs and the general technology of PCs. He was extremely sincere, helpful, and patient. Technicians like Zack can only help us if we’re honest about our knowledge base and exactly what in the hell we’ve done to our destroyed computers. I promise you no one here is judge mental or rude, all they wanna do is help you out. They’ve been in business long enough to of heard all of the, “well what had happened was” stories you can possibly imagine.

Got the “Blue Screen of Death” on my 10+ year old laptop. Compuzone was highly recommended by my Facebook group. Took it in and found out the hard drive was bad. I had a lot of stuff on that computer, some worth saving, some not, but with the hard drive being fried, there was no way to go through it. I bought a new laptop, dropped it off at the store, and they were able to transfer all my data to the new one! Great job guys! Great service! Thanks!

The staff here is superb. I went in looking to build a new rig and they guided me through while keeping me apprised of my total throughout every component. They have a really nice selection for both higher end and budget builds. Would highly recommend compuzone for all your desktop builds. Also, heres some pictures.

The costumer service was nice. But we were the only ones in the small store so it was awkward.

After a harrowing experience with a warranty company who I will not name, Compuzone not only was understanding, but also promptly set me up with what I needed; they did not simply treat symptoms, but instead actually listened to my reported issues, fixed them (whilst consulting me at each step) and gave me what I needed in order to file for reimbursement.Despite them being a bit farther from me than I would like, I will absolutely be back here if I have issues down the line. I want to give a huge shoutout to Zach in particular who was a treat to work with.

Recently got into PC building and ran into a little power issue with a new build. Took everything up to the guys at Compuzone on a Saturday morning, explained my problem and they got to work on it right away. In about the time it took for me to go get a cup of coffee, got a call from Compuzone that they had the PC up and running. When I arrived they carefully explained the issue and the fix. Extremely reasonable diagnosis/repair fee and quality workmanship. Will return for all my PC components, repair and especially advice. Four thumbs up! Great work!

Poor Customer Service, Not Knowledgeable, and Very Poor Business Practices. I was given an estimate of $70 to replace the fan on my laptop. Two days later I received a call from a different tech and was told that it would cost $240 for the fan and the labor to install it. I told him I was given a price of $70 when I left it. He said he was sorry I was given that price, but to fix my laptop it would now cost $240.00. I tried to talk to the owner but his only comment was that my computer is not a typical laptop, and because of that, the labor for replacing the fan was $200 instead of $35. I asked why then was I given this price and he said I am very sorry but that my choices are to come pick it up or get it repaired at the price of $240.00. Wouldnt you think the tech would have noticed my computer was not typical when he took in and quoted me that Price!!I will not be going back and certainly would not reccommend them to anyone I know!!!

Scalpers personal shop. I went there in hopes of getting an MSRP CPU (Ryzen 5600x) and possible a graphics card. Called the location to ensure stock was still in, and they confirmed. When I was ready to check out, they were asking over 150$ on top of MSRP for the CPU, and $400+ on the new 3000 series GPUs. When I asked “Is there a reason why you’re charging over MSRP?” They said because “The owners having fun and if people are buying it he’ll keep doing it”. I understand business is business, but I won’t respect or support a business that contributes in the market of scalping, and won’t bother to mention it on the phone so I don’t waste my gas driving down.Edit 2020-12-21: The actual date I went was Monday December 14 at 2:30pm. Its concerning hearing that youre shocked about the employee stating that, he said it was a quote from the owner. Im glad your business is thriving around this time and is able to sell stock almost completely out, I PERSONALLY do not support the idea of selling above what is expected, even if the quantity of items are low. most trusted retailers wouldnt do that to their customers, but its your business. I truly believe you have a great business and I do not doubt that, this review is truly based on my personal experience.

The staff was extremely patient and helpful. I came in looking for computer parts to build my first gaming computer. The employee explained how a lot of things fit together and which items would be incompatible with others and patiently broke down bundles, costs, different items. I ended up walking out with Nvidia GTX1060 video card and power supply.

Website claims they are for the customer and have prices comparable to other retailers etc ..but I went in looking for a GPUs and they were trying to sell it to me for several hundred dollars over retail..will not be giving them my business at all and do not recommend a business that’s trying to get over on its customers..shameful

Horrible, Worse than scalpers. Charging 1,300 for a 3080. MSRP is 700-850 (depending on the brand). You can buy a 3080 from a scalper for less than that. Dont waste your money on these guys.

I recently had an issue where my laptop would not turn on rather my battery was in and fully charged or if I removed the battery and powered the laptop directly with the power cord. I dropped it off Friday night right before closing and received a call before noon on Monday to pick up my laptop. The issues was resolved and covered under their free diagnostics. Great repair shop will return for more business.

The Compuzone crew came through for me today. They were able to salvage data from my old machine and move it to a new one the same day. The day after a hurricane hit the area at that. Great service and very knowledgeable. I was having some serious issues with laptop running slow and they were able to diagnose a malware issue that my own protection software missed. They had it fixed and back up and running in no time at a very reasonable rate. Dont beat you head against the wall when you can take it in to the guys and get professional service fast.

My laptop would not boot up, I was a bit frantic because I had a big project due and could not complete without my computer. After the tech took it apart for a inspection and reassembled it, it booted just fine, they tried in vain to recreate the problem but could not. The charge for this service.. $0I protested, telling them their time was worth something, they refused to take my money....Second visit.I got a usb microphone for Christmas, I installed it per manufacturer instructions, and it wouldnt work. I tried 4 times to get tech support from the manufacturer with no response.Since I followed the instructions and it would not work, I suspected that I my system would not support the mic and that I needed a sound card. So I took it to Compuzone.Sebastian took a look at it, and within three minutes found a setting that needed changing, that was not in the instructions.Once again, the charge for this service .....$0

These guys did a really amazing job getting my computer fixed. I was in crisis mode needing to get an important project finished up when my system crashed. Im not sure what kind of magic they worked but it really saved my butt and at a reasonable price.

These guys are amazing. I was in need of a PS/2 keyboard. Take note! Not a PlayStation 2 keyboard, but and old school PS/2 keyboard. You know before the days of USB.After talking with them for a few moments they let me know they didnt have anything in stock. But going the extra mile they went into the back and dug around to find me a keyboard that would work.10 bucks later i am off and running. And they actually have great gear on the shelf! MoBos, GPUS, RAM, CPUs! Before you click the buy on NewEgg and Amazon, give these guy a look first. Support your local shop.

All three locations provided the necessary components for me to get my GPU up and running which included a pci-e riser and new psu which were a great value compared to amazon listings of the same item! They sell most of everything you may need to build a computer. All of the staff are friendly and are very knowledgeable of what they are talking about. They even offered to put my new PSU in my computer but declined because I know how to setup one but... you may need the help, whenever I need a new cpu and motherboard I will be sure to come here again!

The owners and staff have built 3 custom gaming computers for me, over the last 10 years, and have always done a superb job. Whenever I need to perform tasks that are beyond my capabilities I turn to these experts to get er done.

Attempting to use the compuzone web page is extremely frustrating.. the contacts link does not allow contact (email), nor is there any email link elsewhere.. the web site appears to be in-process of being built.. there is no contact link on the home page, about us, or the contacts link.. i cant imagine a computer store with such a poorly executed web site.. if the site isnt really ready to be used in all aspects, why is it on the internet? am i missing something?
