There chillers are amazing! Everytime I come to Charleston, I always try to get a coffee or chiller, the flavors I have tried have been so good! There are times I dont know what to get, so I would ask the staff what they would recommend, they are so friendly and helpful. If I lived closed by, pretty sure Id be there almost everyday! The picture attached is the White Chocolate Caramel Cookie Chiller, one of my faves.

Today is my niece Jessicas birthday! She loves Gloria Jeans Mint Bomb Chiller. In honor of her, I decided to stop in and get one. Shes in another state, so I guess I have to drink this one. The staff are friendly here and fun to talk to.

I’m almost 40 and this place has been around since I was a teenager And prior to all the big chain coffee shops. They serve up some of the best tasting coffee known to the local area!

I love the sweet tea!! Its just the right amount of sweetness! I always get their mini cupcakes for my kids and they love it! Never had their coffee but one day Ill try it and give it a review! Its always clean looking and the staff is pretty quick and friendly!!

Gloria Jeans Coffees in Northwoods Mall in North Charleston is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. I really like the location of this shop as it is in the middle of everything and it is cool to be able to see the entire mall crowd pass by while enjoying a well made beverage. This is also a great location to have a business meeting or get some work done as there are usually spaces available during most parts of the day. This place is popular, but the line seems to move fast and they prepare your order relatively quickly. I have enjoyed coming here throughout the years and they have always been consistent in their quality.

Just a great place to enjoy any kind of coffee the way you like it, awesome great taste.

If I didnt have to drive to the mall every time I wanted gloria jeans, Id have it more than once a day. I live in Summerville and still drive up at least every other day for their chillers.You guys, thats 25 min drive there, and 25 mins back... for an iced coffee. Lol. If that doesnt tell you how good this place is, I dont know what will!!

Great coffee

I go here at least 3 times a week. Since I work in the mall. Employees are super friendly. Angie, Alex and Kristina are awesome. So is everyone else but cant remember their names. Very quick service and fantastic coffee. Southern pecan pie is my favorite flavor. Highly recommend this coffee.

This is one of our favorite coffee shops and a special treat whenever we are near the mall. The service is always quick and friendly. The chillers are the way to go. Try the Mint Chocolate Bomb.The only downside about Gloria Jeans is that it is located in the mall.

Upon walking into this coffee shop I was warmly greeted by the barista who asked how she could help me, I explained this was my first visit to their shop and I would just need a moment to look over the menu. The barista kindly went over the menu and explained the options, but told me she could basically make anything I wanted. I placed my order, then looked around the shop at the cute merchandise as my drink was being made. Not more than a minute or two and my drink was done and handed to me with a smile and a thank you. I ordered a “limited time” flavored chiller and it was delicious! Customer service was great and I liked all the options of both the drinks and merchandise. I will certainly make a stop back the next time I visit the mall.

You find, after long hours searching the back alleys of Northwood, the fabled potion shop of Gloria Jeans! The air has a distinct and welcoming aroma and the staff greet you with a warm and friendly manner. One cannot deny the mastery with which this alchemist practice their trade, for the potions and elixirs they sell will have you feeling at your peak soon after you quaff their magical contents!

Our barista needs an attitude adjustment, shes not a happy girl today, maybe its because its the day after Christmas and she had to work. Well little girl, you should be happy, at least you have a job. THIS IS ADULT LIFE. You DID made a good drink though!

The drinks are amazing delicious! Customer service not, the manager has anger issues, I feel for the employees that have to put up with her, and I wasnt the only client rolling her eyes on amazement at her attitude. I buy drinks there every time I visit the mall, which is a lot of times. The past couple of months, I noticed the grouchy manager that obviously has no patience and enjoyment to run a busy coffe shop, she doesnt say thanks and acts like her poopoo dont stink . Sorry but cant stand crappy service when you are taking my hard earned money!

Yummy liquid treats filled with caffiene. be advised this place is packed on weekends so it can take a little bit to get your order but well worth it. the prices are better than Starbucks but more than tradition mom and pops but again, worth it. staff if friendly and a great place to pick up cute custom mugs, shakers and other merch you would see in a coffee shop

Very rude customer service experience via the phone. I was laughed at and felt extremely uncomfortable .would not recommend this place for anyone who doesnt want to be made to feel bad about themselves or who doesnt want to way over pay for terrible coffee.

Ordered a chai tea latte. Watched the barista make it. I ordered a large. It was 99% milk, 1% refrigeratorated chai tea latte mix. Does not taste good at all. Can’t evem drink it. Waste of money. I’m so, so disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Nobody acknowledged me for almost two minutes when I walked in the store, when we were the only ones in the store. When someone finally helped us they were quite rude and acted like they didnt care to help me. On to the coffee... it was so watered down and disgusting I couldnt drink it or I wouldve been sick. Would NOT recommend this coffee shop to anyone.

First time going in there the cashier was very rude and impatient. It was only me and my cousin in there had an attitude when asked questions about the coffee. Horrible service will never go back again. They dont even deserve a full star.
