Interesting place, with some history and they have a pretty good self guide set up. However, the volunteers working there are very nice too.

Came into the cafe and was greeted by a bright eyed Isaiah. He was making the drinks so quickly and yet still managed to make a conversation with me about my day! And an immaculate white mocha as well. Made my day. Will come back for sure!

Employees are nice. Everyone had a nice attitude. However, long wait on the Drive Thru (there were only 4 cars ahead of me) Decaf tasted like water.

Been stock in the parking lot because their truck unloads blocking customer vehicles in the front of the store on a Saturday at 8pm I’m sure there’s a better time to do this where it does not change other people’s plans and you have to sit for over 30 mins …

Not a flagship location. Though only customer took 17 minutes to get a cup of tea . I side tables not clean and outside tables ( which is where we all want to be these days) were not only filthy, but garbage from prior guests all over floor. Staff, which I counted as 5 people seemed more interested in looking at some sort if rug being sold from behind counter. Too many other options in Charleston!

Like any other Starbucks, inside international plaza, its shop in shop kind of concept. Small with mall seating arrangements. Staff is good. Not too much of rush. We had mics, cappuccino and latte. Good as always

Although I was visiting from NC I was kind of dis appointed with this place. They Did not have what I was in need of. The refresher drink was good but not the coffee. Maybe its just me but I like my coffee the way I like it and it didnt work for me when it came to my coffee.

Food and drinks were prepared quickly and accurately. Absolutley fantastic vibe today! Will take the extra time to drive to this Starbucks when I am in the North Charleston area.

This seems to be a solid, 4 star rated standard Starbucks location, as far as consistency in service, barista efficiency, items available & store appearance goes.There was a particularly cheerful male employee who stood out among the rest. He had a very enthusiastic disposition and kept the atmosphere quite lively.

Always a nice place to hang out, meet friends, do interviews, etc. Did I mention delicious coffee?

I drove another 10 minutes from the Starbucks by me (on Rivers) because the closer location is ALWAYS packed in the drive thru and takes so long to get to the window. This Tanger Outlet location is still busy but moves so fast and the employees are friendly.

It was great!! There was a man doing his work on his laptop enjoying the great atmasphere, they still have a large selection of danishes an pastries to choose from the employees are quick to serve with smiles and if youre not sure what you want, its not a problem, they will assist you with picking out a drink for you

The wait time in the lobby was ridiculous long. From my understanding their isnt a priority between lobby orders and delivery orders. Delivery orders was being made but no one to pick them up and lobby guest are waiting. My suggestion wouldbe do not fix the delivery orders until the driver arrives and streamline an associate for those orders, this will keep a flow in the lobby area going and the delivery orders will be fresh for those customers and it will not impact the drivers and your rating on those apps.

By far my favorite Starbucks in the Lowcountry!! It is my halfway point from home to work, so I stop every morning. The staff knows my name and my order. On the off chance an order was done incorrectly, they fix it with no attitude or excuse. Their smiles are contagious, and when it is early in the morning, and you (me) are not a morning person having a pleasant smile, and charismatic demeanor can mean so much and help set the mood for the entire day! Kayla & Johnathon are always on top of it as well as the whole staff! The drive-thru can have long wait times, but that is pretty much any Starbucks, especially when you go at peak hours! You shouldnt expect to go and be out in 5 minutes when there are ten cars ahead of you! The drinks take some time to make, especially when they are customized out of the wazoo, so expectations should be realistic when you arrive and see a long line of cars! I would prefer to have a slightly longer wait and superb customer service than go somewhere with an in-out drive-thru and cold and rude employees!

Fast service, considering it was a busy Saturday. I do not recommend this location for dine-in during busy hours.

My girlfriend and I got our wires crossed as to where she had placed our mobile order and I went to the wrong location. A gentleman who worked at this store noticed that I had been waiting for what he considered was a long time. When we realized my mistake, he took the time to make my drinks, despite having not ordered from this location, and did not charge me additionally. They were really busy, people were going in and out from inside and through the drive-up, still he took the time to help me. Even with all that’s going on with the virus, he still took the time. It was a very kind thing.

I love starbucks but dang they just keep ripping people off! Used to order the venti doubleshot on ice since it came with 5shots of espresso and then I get told by the barista that they changed the name and recipe to shaken espresso and it now comes with 4shots in the venti. What a way to make you pay more, thanks.

Fast, well staffed and great drinks

The coffee is outstanding, as always. My order is always correct and consistently fantastic. The only downside (and Im being really picky) is that this particular Starbucks can be a little slow sometimes.

I am tired of getting my drinks here and they are made wrong. If I ask for an extra shot of espresso and it taste like milk then you messed it up. If someone says they don’t want whip cream then don’t add milk to fill up the cup. If someone wants light ice then don’t fill it up with milk because that’s what it tastes like and ruins the drink.

This was the worst Starbucks Ive ever went to. The drive-through line was wrapped around the building so I chose to go inside. I do not frequent Starbucks so I do not use the app. And apparently they care only about online orders versus people right in front of their face. Stood there for over 10 minutes for 2 coffees before asking somebody for my drinks he seemed frustrated and said sorry I had a lot of online orders.

This Starbucks is so hit or miss. Sometimes theyre pleasant and fast and other times, Im waiting forever for a beverage or they get the order wrong. Really disappointed after getting the wrong order this last time and being told I couldnt get sugar free cold foam when I could.

Sometimes they are closed when their hours say they are opened. As far as other starbucks drive thru goes they are slow

The Caramel Frappuccino and Egg White Turkey Bacon muffin was delicious! I gave 4 stars only because all the bacon and cheese had run off my sandwich and stuck to inside of the bag, so i had an egg white muffin, 1/4 of it with cheese. Otherwise, customer service was great! The drive-thru was slow but they were pretty busy.

Im someone with a medical condition NOT capable of wearing a mask. I told the employee this and still denied service because I did not have a mask. Dear Corporate, can you please educate your employees on respecting your customers that may have special needs. For the record I was on vacation and walked to the store so I couldnt use the drive-thru.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Theyve been perpetually closed about 5 days a week for the past 3 weeks or so. Dont even bother trying to go there cuz theyre probably not open.

Even with a large volume of customers they provided my order in a small amount of time with no error.

The Starbucks on International Boulevard in North Charleston is a well managed Starbucks location that does everything you want and expect from a Starbucks. The staff here is very efficient and works very hard to get your order ready quickly and correctly. This is a easy location to access and get in and out when you need Starbucks and are on the move.

This store closes early whenever they want. They never follow the hours listed online or on their Starbucks app. Very inconvenient. Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Corporate needs to get this store in line.

This particular location is so inconsistent with its hours. I have been able to place orders on the mobile app only to find out that the store was closed or they were not ready to open despite the posted 8:00am opening time. Twice Ive been burned by this location which is two times too many. Go elsewhere!

The only reason they dont have one star is because of my past experience with them. I recent switched to an earlier shift and have quickly found out that these people are not morning people. I was told they open at 5:30 ( I have work at 6). I waited for a few minutes in drive through before driving around. The guy at the window told me itd be a few minutes longer, to just pull back around. So I pulled back around and waited 15 minutes before I just called them. The MANAGER (Lexie I believe was her name), was incredibly rude and snapped at me saying they dont open till 6...then adjust your online hours?? I was a little shocked and asked why they didnt tell me at the window when I asked a worker. She immediately got defensive and said well we just got here before I could even say anything further, she hung up on me. I am not a rude person, and this might only be one review by one person. But this starbucks has lost my business. The amount of coldness and shrill coming from a manager was completely out of line. And if any other customers have experienced their attitude, Im sure theres plenty more.

I get so frustrated with this specific starbucks. Its on my way to work and I stop here once or twice a week. Its always overwhelmed with people so I know to have patience and empathy for the baristas working—they legitimately need more staff it seems. Where I get frustrated is my order is wrong 50% of the time though and days like today when only their drive thru is open, that means having to wait in line twice to get the actual drink I ordered.

For the 5th time in a two week period, its after 7am and theyre not open. Saw someone inside and tried calling, didnt answer the phone. They never came to the window or took my order at the drive through. I come to this one because its close to my job. After today, Im done with this store. Yall need to get it together

The guy at the window was very personable and made the visit so nice. He should be at the drive thru window all the time. His customer service skills were 100% what other companies need.

The folks working at this location are super friendly and helpful. I like Starbucks anyway but Ive met a couple employees from this location and theyre super kind people too.

The staff here is amazing, friendly and very very hard working. But who ever is in charge of making sure items are in stock is not on top of their game. I understand they’re having a busy weekend but a Starbucks shouldn’t run out of cold brew on Saturday morning. And their online ordering was turned off or broke over the weekend.

Been here multiple times and everytime they don’t make their drinks the same at all and usually have to wait in line for over 35 minutes. If you want starbucks I would recommend going to the starbucks down the road at The Tanger outlet mall. I never write reviews but the drinks never taste the same and I don’t want others to waste their time at this one. *I get the same drink every visit*

A little setback this morning because the hours on google do not match the actual hours now. The new hours (paper) picture was taken around 0514 july 6th after I did a google search showing that this one would be open by the time I got on this side if town 😅. I double checked it when I got to work just to make sure and its still showing it as open. Aside from this brief inconvenience the staff here are really sweet and quick. So make sure you take a peek at the hours before going really early😅

Quick service and delicious coffee!

Waited in line at the drive through on a Sunday and Google says they are open but they are not. A closed sign was posted on the drive through window but not the sign where you order so me and many others were waiting in line unknowingly. Next time put up two signs.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. Their outdoor seating area is so nice to study at in the springtime/summer weather! Their drinks are always amazing, and their staff is awesome!

Worst Starbucks in the Charleston area. Counter people are so rude and do not listen to anything. When you ask for something to be done they catch an attitude and say we don’t do that. I asked for a drink to be double blended and they refused said they do not do that.

This Starbucks will randomly close for no reason and with no way of knowing before you drive all the way there. 4 times now I’ve checked the Starbucks app, google, Apple Maps and all say they are open, yet you pull up and the sign says closed.Not sure the full details on why they randomly close, but management at the very least needs to figure out how to notify closures and not waste people’s time.

This star bucks was not to my level of expectations. I ordered a matcha green tea latte with soy milk light ice. Not shaken please note this is stated differently from store to store). But traditional shaken as well as a butter croissant. I proceeded to tell her that the drink wAs made as I requested. COURTNEY immediately started rebuttaling by stating I saw him make it...she failed to listen they made it again, but it was incorrect...soon after the manager intervened..he acknowledgment that he did know what was going on but offered to rectify the situation by offering the drink free of charge. I told him thanks but I will drive to the other location. COMING FROM THE ATLANTA MARKET..I AM NEVER QUESTIONED LIKE THIS. However, I did have a good experience with the manager. HOWEVER,I would offer customer service training for COURTNEY...my situation could have been resolved if she listened. I wanted to give a one star but the manager was polite.. and in the past I have had a good experience.

Pretty upsetting to have be in a location that sells drinks at this capacity yet doesnt have their restrooms open. Then, to top that off, 3 out of the 4 drinks that we purchased were made wrong/didnt taste right and we are extreme Starbucks goers!

I was in a hurry, so I ordered Starbucks off the app, to pick up as soon as I got there!! Do you think I get to do that?!? Nope 👎🏼 inside closed!! I have to wait in-line with all the Karen’s that don’t order ahead... and yes I was late!?!?If the inside isn’t open can you at the very least ask everyone to order ahead. Or turn order ahead off!!
