If I could give a zero I would. I went and swapped out two pairs of shoes for my kids( bigger sizes) and the shoes I wanted they didn’t have the sizes I needed in the store. They ordered them for me right then and there. Fast forward to two weeks later and I still don’t have my shoes. When I called Friday October 8,2021 they told me I needed to call customer service so I did. The store ended up calling me back apologizing because they had my shoes that came in my name on display. I took the apology and told them that I would be in today October 9, 2021 to pick them up. Long story short I went into the store today and they sent my shoes to a completely different store and sold a pair. And refused to give me a refund. I swear I will never do business with them again and I will be speaking to someone higher than the three incompetent managers I spoke with today.

Journeys at Tanger Outlets in North Charleston is a great place to shop for the latest styles in casual clothing and shoes at a good value. I like the selection and discounts that they have here and I have been able to find some really good items here and have been happy with all of my purchases. This is a fun place to shop.

Great customer service. I have always loved this store. The styles of fashion is not what you are going to usually find and that is what I like.

Im not usually one to comment about things, but I did want to take a minute to brag about Kary Phillips, a manager at the Journeys at the Tanger Outlet in Charleston, SC. She has been so helpful and pleasant through out a sticky situation. I had a pair of boots that I bought and loved and they fell apart with in 2 months. I took them back and even though it was over the 30 days I paid a small worn fee and got a new pair shipped to my house. I got those quickly - but then realized right away they were way too small and I couldnt wear them at all. So I went back to see Kary again! It was the same size I returned so there wasnt a mistake on her part at all. She then called about 10 people and they were out of stock. She was on the phone for about half an hour to find these boots for me in a 7.5. Her last resort was to call stores and sweet talk them into shipping a pair to her. She did it. I was just there last night and they are already at the store waiting for me to pick them up. I have never dealt with someone in retail as pleasant and helpful as her. I will forever be a loyal shopper at the Journeys at Tanger.

I dont usually leave reviews but I had a great experience here thanks to Fred. He was so helpful and patient, grabbing multiple styles and sizes until I found the perfect fit. He seemed to really love his job and was very welcoming and kind to everybody who came in the store. Kudos to Fred for being awesome!!

Great store with cool products. The music kinda ruined it for me, though. Nothing but trap rap talking about oral sex and cursing. I get that its suppose to be this hip store, but there is a difference between hip and street trash. I could also tell that it was making the girls working there very uncomfortable.

My daughter wanted to come in to look for shoes for school this year . She liked your store .
