Had a fantastic experience tonight (Friday, 7pm) with no wait time at all, and exceptional customer service. I was there to see Alex, who is extremely engaging and experienced, but I also had the pleasure of talking with Zackery and Malik. All three guys were joyful, kind, and showed hospitality plus from the moment I open the door and throughout the visit. I asked a million and two questions - even popping back in after the transaction was complete - but they were always happy to help, and never made me feel rushed in the least. If youre looking for a Verizon store, I highly recommend this Centre Pointe Drive location!

I had the pleasure to visit this store three times in the last week. the first time was to order a jetpack (mifi 8800l) for internet for my business. The second time was to pick up the jetpack. The third time was to handle a complicated phone situation for our three business lines. Each visit was enjoyable. I experienced almost no wait time and the customer service was excellent each time. The third visit, however, was a real testament to this establishments focus on customer service. I went in with three active business lines, two working phones, three old non-working phones, and a business phone number that needed to be ported to one of the business lines. After analyzing my accounts, plans, phones and Verizons promotions Alex was able to get me a large credit for the two broken up phones that I was honestly going to just throw in the garbage. After applying this credit I was able to get two new phones and end up with a LOWER monthly bill than I came in with. On the technical side, Alex handled moving a business number to an existing phone, putting the existing phones number onto one of the new phones, and putting the third existing number onto the second new phone. The real kicker though was when Alex worked on getting my number ported from a third party to my business line after I had already made my purchase and left the store. thats service AFTER the sale. It would have been easy to make excuses and not even try to port the number after I left. Instead, he kept me in the loop through texts and phone calls while he worked through the process. I highly recommend these folks. They know how business gets done.

I got a phone with the double screen. Went online submit the form Never got my other screen. Make matters worse i called customer service and its gonna take an additional 3 to 6weeks for my screen to come in. Then when I called down to the store to speak the manager the sales rep hang up on me. Poor damm customer service at the store. This company will never get my money again and I will make sure the good people I know will not walk in that building

Went here for a phone upgrade because I was not about to wait 30 minutes outside at the Rivers Avenue store. Tassia was friendly, professional and she knew her products and what she was doing. She handled my upgrade and everything with no issues at all. This is now my go-to store if I need anything.

Today I had the good fortune to walk into the Verizon Store on Centre Pointe Dr. and to be assisted by Blake. With more than 8 years with Verizon, I have only gone to a Verizon corporate store twice...and regretted it. This Verizon Authorized Retailer has been my store of choice and I have absolutely nothing poor to say about them. There is little to no wait. Every associate is pleasant and down to earth. Every associate takes the time to briefly review my plan and become familiar with who we are as a customer. Every associate takes the time to be genuine and insure the purchase is going to be what we want and need. I have never had to bring anything back since they get it right the first time. Kudos and keep up the great work.

Cory is awsome! A very valuable member! Even after leaving the store, needed help & he answered the c# he gave me, & was glad & happy to help. He needs a raise, thats how good he is! Also all the bearded guys were great. Mr. Hart the following day was equally as nice & quick to help! Seems like a great team! Cory however was over the moon great! Thanks man for everything! Don’t ever go here or to Verizon period! I have a business account and decided to upgrade two lines. Sat all night on Christmas Eve to get two phones. The sales person told me I had to upgrade or add a line so I did. Every line on my account is unlimited the sales person knows the two new lines were supposed to be unlimited has even admitted to that. I had a house fire in October and even though I have updated my address has yet to send my bill to the right place but when I finally realized that my bill was over $2000 I called immediately I went into Verizon this location which is the reason why my bill is so high because the man who didn’t help me but has caused a two month long headache added two new lines on the account didn’t put them as unlimited it was his fault. Anyways when I went in the same location that caused it told me they didn’t know why it was so high because they couldn’t see anything that they’re not owned by Verizon their owned by a separate retailer. So then went to Rivers Ave. the two sales people in that store told me how I should never go to a location like this one because they always mess up people’s accounts And then can’t see anything to be able to fix it. They assured me to call Verizon’s business customer service line and that they would surely help me because it was not my fault it was the sales person at Verizon’s fault their own employee. The first day I called Dominique promised me that she would get it done she would fight for me and she would get the extra charges off of there. I foolishly listen to her because she was very assuring but the next day she called me back to tell me she fought for me but it was hard to convince because they were only going to take away some of the extra fees that they knew it was their own employees fault but they were still gonna make me the customer pay for his mistake. I never understood what was so hard and why she had to fight so hard to begin with when I did nothing wrong all I tried to do was upgrade my phone so they can make more money off of me on top of my already extremely large bill I pay every month. I got a text from the sales person that help me at the store can’t remember his name he assured me it would be handled it hasn’t been handled. Y’all have caused my bill to go up $1600 on top of the already high Bill I already pay and then only credit at $800 back so she said she was crediting all but 200 that was a lie you’ll only gave me half of that I have $800 left on my bill that I should not have because of your employee and y’all refused to do anything to fix it! Even though y’all know and have admitted the account was supposed to be to unlimited account just like the other five that are on there. I have asked and recorded phone conversations to see the contract I signed that day there’s no way it was for anything other than unlimited because he knows it was supposed to be unlimited accounts why would I buy my Son an iPhone And not make it anything less than unlimited that would be wasting money. What y’all have done is so wrong I’m a loyal customer to Verizon y’all have admittedly made a mistake y’all should fix it I have no problem paying my high phone bill with all the lines that are on it but I should not have to pay $800 of someone else’s mistake your employees mistakeY’all train your customer service people to just talk a bunch of nonsense and they don’t help and then when you find out that they’re not helping you they argue with you and they don’t let you talk to anyone and they laugh like it’s funny I have three kids now everyone’s out of work and I have $800 extra on my phone bill y’all should be ashamed of yourselves! Oh yeah and Dominique says that I should switch my plan so it’ll save me money when yet I log on to Verizon and it already shows me how my bill is $50 more she just wanted to get a commission and didn’t care at all about the real problem. I plan on telling everybody I can possibly tell reviewing every possible review site.

I had to go to Verizon in order to switch devices. My husband had cracked the screen on his LG 5 And we were switching to a Samsung phone. Josh immediately greeted us and began the process, but t after he realized he wasn’t making any money off us his demeanor changed. He didn’t want to help us backup the phone and didn’t offer internet connectivity. When he stepped away I asked Billy a question and he rectified the treatment we received from Josh. Josh even asked us to move, when I asked why, he stated because he needed to make money, even though there were no customers in the store. Ultimately he left us to go get food even though lunch hour was over. Billy graciously finished us up by putting the Sims card back in the new device. Josh needs to learn customer service is more important than money!

Love this store and its location, the people working there have always been helpful and friendly to me. In fact the last time I was in there was to just buy a new charger but while I was checking out they noticed a better plan was available and saved me $10 a month on my bill with the same service!

I rate this store 1 star because their employee sold my wife and I phones with false information. He told us our phones were $300 off for a promotion. He went though how much it would cost per month and it looked like a great deal. Well suprise, we get our first bill and the promotional rate for our phone is not there. So we call Verizon and they said there was no promotion for that phone. Verizon also refused to fix the issue and blamed it on the store of course. Ive since called the store and spoke to the guy who sold us the phone. All they have done is string me along and have done nothing to rectify this issue. So if you go here, do not trust anything they say. Our bill is now about $40-50 more then we were told. And no one cares. So much for taking care of your customers.

I had gone to the store on Sam Rittenburg and the salesperson there was extremely rude and was unprofessional. She was so interested in helping me that she handed me a piece of paper and told me to go home and think about it. Great job guys!

I came here in tears with the loss of my father being here to take care of my dads affairs from out if town. My phone got water damage and I didnt have much money on me.
