Had a wonderful experience, Candice the manager was working alone and dealt very well with long lines. She had a positive attitude, greated everyone and apologized for the wait. Super hospitable and sweet. The service was cheap and worked right away. Very happy overall.

This is a wonderful location. The sales rep named Tiffany who works at this location is amazing I highly recommend her. I walked in there ready to leave metro completely and she showed me all the reasons why I should not leave the company. I ended up getting another phone for 2 times cheaper than cricket or boost offered me. I know which location I’m sticking with from now on. If you need help with any problem small or big I suggest you take it to Tiffany up at metro. I see why they call her the phone doctor. She surley knows what she is doing.

The clerks are so rude and unprofessional. They dont know how to conduct business without profanity or disrespecting customers presence. Needs new management and crew.

Had a service with them but couldnt remember my #. Phone was shattered. They said they couldnt look up my info any other way, so I had to get new number, pay new activation and reset up all my info. Found out later from a friend of a friend they just had no idea what they were doing.

I brought a phone from this location, I had the phone 2weeks and then it malfunctioned, they took my phone stated they would issue me a warranty phone in 7-10 business days.but is now 2 1/2 weeks later. Since then they have given me the run around as well as been very unpleasant especially the young man there, He is so lost but thinks he knows all the answers which are resulting in me not having a phone. Sad to say this is not 5 star service.

I had wonderful customer service at LP Communication. All the locations Ive been to always have great customee serivce and take the time to explain everything to me.

MetroPCS has blown up in charleston, and all of the stores look nice and fresh.
