We came in yesterday, 09/03/21 to look for a civic sport. Chad immediately greeted us with a smile and invited us in to look through his inventory. This is a pleasant surprise, since we called Hendrick Honda earlier and got the exact opposite treatment. The sales reps at Hendrick were rude and acted like they didn’t want our business. Stokes Honda looked out for us when Hendrick wouldn’t even give us a chance. They will definitely cross our mind when buying a future vehicle.

The purpose of my visit today, November 2, 2021 was to pick up some bulbs for my HVAC Control knobs. I reassembled my car 😆 and when I got back home I used some blankets and made my car darker to see if the bulbs worked. I think they did, but I am not positive about the fan speed knob, I thought that was iluminated. I shall have to do some research on whether that is actually lit. I might after all need a new control console, time will tell.I trust that when/if I replace my car or get a work car, they will be as knowledgeable and proficient.

In 1998, my wife and I purchased our first Honda and have never looked back. in 2007, we went to Stokes and purchased our second Honda. 2 months ago, we upgraded from our Civic to a new CR-V at Stokes Honda.Why Honda? 25 years of experience. They are they best cars on the market. Not only in terms of quality, but comfort and styling. You cannot beat a car that can go 250,000 miles before it is starting to get worn in.Why Stokes? That is easy, the people. They are the best. Recently, my wife had to take her 2008 Civic in for routine maintenance. While she was there, she sat comfortably among the sales staff, and never felt pressured to look at a new car. They were happy to talk with her, and she never felt that pressure to trade up. Additionally, when she asked for a water which they did not have, Chad (the sales person of our new CR-V) gave her his water from his personal lunch box.Auto sales often elicit a bad taste in ones mouth. We have never felt that way with Stokes and that is why we have purchased our last two new cars from there. Their approach to friendly service is not innovative. It is the standard that has been there since we bought our first Honda.If you go there, I strongly suggest you ask for Chad. You will not be disappointed or frustrated. WE most definitely were not!

I recently bought a used 2015 Honda Odyssey online and wanted it checked over by the dealership. They offered a free multi-point inspection that was just what I was looking for. I made an appointment and everything was way beyond my expectations. Its a new, clean facility. The employees were all stellar! Nice comfy waiting area. They even gave my daughter a little Stokes Honda teddy bear.Unfortunately, there was a problem with my service. I ended up spending 2 hours there without getting my questions answered about my van. I called that afternoon to let the manager, Heather, know and she rolled out the red carpet for me to make it up to me. She sent someone to my house to pick up my vehicle, gave me a rental car for the day, and did a super thorough inspection for me. When they determined that I needed 2 new tires, she gave me a discount and didnt even charge for labor. Remember, this was all to make up for botching a free service to begin with.Stokes Honda Service Department is very serious about giving the customer the best possible experience. Im looking forward to taking my van there in the future.

My family and I had a great experience with Joe Stephens and his team at Stokes Honda. Joe communicated via text with me which was very convenient. The whole team was kind and accommodating even though their business is under construction and they are most likely uncomfortable. I test drove the car with Joe and he was so patient and explained every feature to me. I will absolutely be going back and Im excited for their new building because they deserve the new space! Wonderful experience speaking with Tracy Alexis this morning as we were waiting to have maintenance on the car. She took time to discuss the new Hondas with us. She was very friendly, professional, and went out of her way to answer our questions. Stokes has always been a great place to have our car serviced. Love the large waiting space and space to work on computers as we waited for our car. I can appreciate the coffee and water dispensers for those who like that but would like to see the return of the soda dispenser for those with other tastes. This removal of the soda machine was a total disappointment and hope you reconsider reinstalling them into your service waiting area for those who still like that sort of drink. I hope that the Honda Management would take this into consideration. Thanks again.

Service department needs to retrain there service advisors. How to communicate to their customers. especially Mr Mclntosh.. Mr Mclntosh has no clue what his doing always asking a mechanic what the serivce details. unbelievable. He give you recommendations without pricing. Doesn’t walk you to the car to collect the floor mat and clear seat covers. Please retrain the kid can’t believe his been there for a while.

I called to get price on part and confirm part number. I got 1/2 of my answer but parts guy wouldn’t give me the part number to confirm. I understand why but given we purchased the car at this dealer and have done almost all maintenance I cannot fathom how a dealership treats customers that have invested $25k plus into vehicles. Such a bad business practice and selfish way to treat customers. Keep in mind on hondaparts.com all can be confirmed via VIN and it saves $, not a ton but I was set on finding the $40 part elsewhere, even if it was the wrong one. Find a good dealer who cares more about your safety on the road rather than make an extra $20. Upset I had to even give 1 star.

Sharon was very friendly throughout the car buying experience. She even allowed me to text her personal cell. More importantly Yoni was a top notch finance man! He found me an even better deal than I had when I first went with my own lender and really had my best interest at heart. They are a perfect team through your car buying experience!

Many thanks to the Service Department for taking great care of my family and I while my Honda Accord needed service while we were in SC for vacation. I have never experienced something like this while on vacation and it is very frustrating and maddening! The Service Department took care of us quickly and fairly, thanks to their work we were able to travel home 700 miles safely with a permanent repair!

Ms. McCoy was very kind and helpful when I bought my car, as well as Ric with no K! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because when I attempted to negotiate, I was held astray for 15 minutes when I made an offer. “I’ll see what I can do”, and then he came back without changing a thing, or considering my offer whatsoever. When challenged on that he became short tempered and stiff, unlike the experience I received from everyone else in the store. Rodney I believe was his name. Otherwise, very pleasant and smooth experience

The stokes service center was massive the service reps were friendly and accommodating, they had me checked in in a matter of minutes. Having to wait was very comfortable, the waiting room was really nice and clean. I’ve bought 3 cars from Stokes and never regretted it on bit.

I give Stokes Honda five stars because of the service we received from our salesperson, Chad. He took the needed time with us and was our advocate through the process.On another note, their service department is the best. I had a breakdown in my Civic last Wednesday and had to have my car towed. Even though I just came to the area, I had it towed to Stokes. It was 5:00 p.m. when I called them to tell them it was coming and what the issue was. By 7:00 p.m., Jonathan from the service department called to tell me they received the car and would fix it first thing the next morning. By 9:10 a.m. the next day, Jonathan called and told me it was ready. I was thinking because I had never had the car to that dealership, I would owe a lot of money to them and my first born. I was pleasantly surprised when my bill was very reasonable. Thank you Stokes for having such great people working for you!

Service department does a great job of making the experience worth the time. Did observe many HONDA workers park cars in the HANDICAP parking area. These folks used the cars to pick up employees and to make trips to the gas station to get drinks. HANDICAP parking is close to thee door for the handicap not the lazy. And last time i checked parking in a handicap spot is AGAINST THE LAW construction or not.

Its too bad I cannot give them a good review. After buying a new car online, they did not want to honor the sale price. After calling the TOP management they finally relented but, they were so disrespectful to my wife and me, I did not want to do business with them. Harassing text and phone calls plus trying to get more money after the deal was enough for us. Stay away.

We have been considering a new car for about a month but we weren’t sure what make we wanted. We decided to head out and check out Stokes Honda and another dealership with a different make in the area. We visited Stokes first and we were greeted by Sharon McCoy. We hate hate hate pushy salespeople. Sharon was not at all pushy. We let her know what we were doing and that we would be going up the road, too. She totally understood and answered all of our questions about the two models we were interested in at Honda - the Odyssey and the Pilot. We have 3 bigger dogs and needed room for their crates. Both models had plenty of room, but we liked that the Odyssey was a lower height so that as they get older, they don’t have to work so hard to hop in. We left and went down the road and went back to Stokes within 10 minutes. Sharon had us test drive the van we picked out and once we decided we wanted it, got to work on getting our trade in appraised. Once we agreed on the value, she started working with financial services to get our financing set up and sent the Odyssey to be cleaned up for us. She made sure to go over all of the features of the Odyssey so that we knew had to operate everything and she got my cell phone synced up via Bluetooth.The whole experience was easy. We are incredibly happy with our new vehicle and we are incredibly happy with everyone we worked with at Stokes. We will be going back when it’s time for a new car, and we will absolutely work with Sharon again! She made the experience a true pleasure!

I purchased a new car in June and the dealership registered the car with the DMV using an incorrect VIN. My temporary plate has expired and I’m making my second visit to the dealership to get this mess corrected. It would be nice if they cared enough to return a phone call answer an email and offer an apology. This is my third and last car from Stokes.

While the staff is generally courteous here, my experience is that the service work is lazy and Im tired of it. On EVERY occasion that Ive had the oil changed, they make an absolute mess. The car was literally smoking on the way home from my service appointment today because they spilled oil all over the engine and didnt clean it up. Ive had to tighten the oil filter myself before when I got home because it was dripping. When you pay a premium for a service as simple as this, I expect better quality. This is the state they left my engine in after an oil change today. Whats worse is, its not the first time.

Our initial sales rep was fantastic, he quickly found a car to get us in and was really helpful. It took a turn for the worst when his manager came over and told us, after we agreed to the asking price and we’re signing paperwork that it would be 5,000$ more than what we were being told. They tried calling us back to say they’d honor the original price but the whole situation left a bad taste in our mouths. The manager we dealt with is the reason car salespeople get a bad rep. Their ad says don’t make a $1,000 mistake, probably because they want you to make a $5,000 mistake.

Complete joke. My girlfriend bought a car from these guys a while back, now with 93k miles it came across a rough idle issue with no check engine codes. We took it there today and the “master mechanic” says that there’s a code but they can’t read it - therefore they couldn’t diagnose it. I’ve been working on cars for 4+ years and can say with sure confidence that they are just lazy and didn’t want to diagnose it. These guys pick and choose what they want to help you with, and their master mechanic should be fired. Please avoid at all cost if you value your time.

Love my car but the people in the service part (not all just a few) sometimes have no clue what they are doing and ive even been forgotten about and waited 2 n a half hrs on my car when it was done within 45 minutes of my arrival.
