The employees are great! I’ve been to this location two times and both times the employees have been very kind and full of energy! Today I’m getting an oil change and Dave helped me. Absolutely perfect, from start to finish.First, no wait. More than enough staff to accommodate any request. Helpful and courteous staff that were more than willing to go above and beyond to assist.I started this process with a mount and balance at another shop. I was exceptionally sad to feel the telltale shudder of imbalanced tires when I got to highway speeds later that evening.They didnt seem too eager to assist in resolving the problem so I took matters into my own hands. I discovered that Zeigler has a Hunter Road Force balancer, exactly the advanced tech I needed to get this resolved.Twenty minutes later I had a report on three out of balance tires now optimized and mounted on my BMW. I opted for an optional four wheel alignment to seal the smoothness of the ride.I couldnt be happier. They put up with my questions, let me watch, and resolved every issue I had. Very pleased and will be back with anything tire and wheel related.

I put a new rack and pinion in February and had Ziegler do the alignment. I didnt drive it that much until a couple weeks ago and I took it to Akron. I noticed the steering was acting like it did before I put in the new rack. I didnt have time to mess with it right away so I parked it for a while until I had time. After taking the car apart we found that they screwed up the rack we put in by twisting the boots during the alignment. By accidently twisting the inner tie rod. Which caused the boot to rip and tear and the rack to fail. I get accidents happen but its how own up to them is what makes you reliable company. They have refused to own up to their mistake. When speaking to the mechanic that did the alignment and I told him what happened he said Its possible and does happen on occasion though it is rare. I stood out in the garage while he did a new alignment on my car again and we made sure the boots did not twist this time. He seemed like a nice guy and did a good job so far though I didnt catch his name. The sales guy I talked to Josh said Not Possible even though it is and it did happen. I also noticed on Zieglers Facebook page that Josh posted on a review from his personal Facebook profile and seems to be more worried about making fun of customers and coworkers on it than working. I get things are said and jokes are made in the shop. Its whats made public is what makes you professional vs. unprofessional. I suppose when I emailed Sunday they were too busy Monday playing on Facebook to give me a call back on this situation. The pictures that are attached are what happened to the steering rack that I put in back in February.

We Bought 4 tires from Arlington rd Ziegler tire 8 months ago and was told they were rated for 65,000 miles. I currently have put 20,000 miles on tires with rotation of tires every 6,000 miles. My tires are currently bald. I spoke to store manager he said he could sell me exact same tires for $450. I paid $750 originally. I told him why would I waste another penny buying inferior tires from him again. So basically I wasted $750 for tires that were rated for 65,000 miles. And got tires that are bald n unsafe to drive after 8 months and 20,000 miles. Poor service. Poor product. Poor handling of problem. So basically Ziegler tires advertising tires on sale that last 65,000 miles. But actually only last 20,000 miles/8 months. Buyers beware.

I love coming here because I know I won’t have to stress about being taken advantage of being a woman with no car knowledge. Shop management has your best interest in mind. They go out of their way to accommodate you and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Great experience always!

Went to get an oil change done on 7/28 I also needed wipers replaced as well so I figured to just get both done while I was there. Not even a month ago I had my hood repainted/repaired and when I picked my car up I noticed along the edge of the hood right where the wipers are on the car the tech scratched the hood while installing the wipers. I told the manager and he told me the tech installed them correctly and then only offered me a free oil change the next time I needed one and then asked me what I wanted after I explained to him I paid almost $600 to repaint/repair my hood and I told him I wanted the paint job redone and he told me no even after I explained it wasn’t like that the whole day I was driving and that it wasn’t like that when I brought it in... poor customer service and poor management. I will never go there again

I will never take a vehicle there again. Went in for an estimate. At 10:30 I was called and told them I didnt want the repairs done. At 12:45 I came to pick up my vehicle on my lunch break and it was still on the rack. I was then told let us put it back together, give us 30 mins. Guy comes back and say, uh never mind and cashes me out. I watch through the service window as they lower my car. The tech drops my hood and it fails to latch. While drinking a Mountain Dew with his right hand, he takes his left hand and starts pushing on my hood like a gorilla. They pull my car around before I leave, I inspect my hood. I go back into the store and state that I believe that the tech dented my hood. The manager immediately starts getting an attitude with me and says that theres no dent, it could have been there, etc. I say, okay so what if I take it to my guy and he says it is dented? My friend owns the best Paintless Dent Repair Facility in Northeast Ohio by the way! The manager says, well I will take it to my guy! I asked him, whos your guy? He said, blah blah blah body shop. I began to explain to him how a body shop was not the preferred method of dent repair and again he argued with me, got an attitude and told me I was wrong. I left and went straight to another shop, American Tire who looked at my car and said, NO, you dont need $1,080 worth of work! You dont need new shocks and struts, just an alignment! Not only was Ziegler Tire unprofessional and provoking, but they tried to sell me $1,000 of repairs I didnt need.

I want to give Tony and David 5 stars they helped me in a quick pinch. I went down to the Zeigler on 9th nw.where I had bought brand new tires last year. That place is not professional at all. I cAll them and they said if I bring my car down by 4 they could plug my tire. When I get down there he turned me away. I call this location on whipple. Outstanding service. They had my tire plug within 20 mins. Thank you guys. I will be back next year for new tires. Dont go to 9th st nw Zeigler.

Service was friendly and kind when I first came in for a simple problem such as a window fix. Was told it would be between $100-200 for the fix then a day later they called and said it would be $380! So I canceled the fix and they still charged me $52 to take off the door panel. When I went back in to pick up my vehicle the workers were rude. They also told me they couldn’t get the window fully back up. I got home and checked out my vehicle and there was a small crack in the windshield which was not there when I dropped it off. As well as the door handle and clips in the door frame were broken as well. I simply looked up a how to video and did all the work myself as well as fixed problems they created in less than 2 hours and they wanted to charge me $380 to do it! Basically paid $52 for them to break the car even more. Would definitely not recommend their service. Go someplace else or do it yourself.

Im not good with cars and they always explain everything in a way I can understand. Ive been going the for about a year now with everything under the sun. Sometimes theyll see me several times in the same week and they are always just as helpful as they were the first time. Ive never had a bad experience. All of the guys are absolutely fantastic.

These guys are excellent at this location! Most places are sticklers about having appointments in order to work on your vehicles but if they have an opening and its something simple these guys will always try to help out. They are fair priced and have done several things for me free of charge just to make sure Im a happy customer. Great job guys, keep it up!!

Needed an emergency repair for my car. They were able to take me in right away. Kept in touch by phone while repairs were being done. Let us know when the car was ready. Comparably priced to other car repair shops.

-I dropped my car off at 9am to be worked on. I never received a call for the shop to tell me the problem. I had to call in...which I did at 3:11pm - to ask what was wrong. They said I needed rear calipers, pads and rotors and the cost would be $965 (w/ oil change that I asked for). I asked if it could be done by 5pm and they said yes. I also asked for an oil change (at first drop off). So then, I show up at 5:15 and my car isnt done. They get it done around 5:30, no biggie. The guy runs says I owe $1017. I didnt ask questions...The bill actually said $1016.35. PLUS, a different quote from when I called in at 3:11pm. Anyway...I notice a few things: 1) My credit card never got charged 2) the brake fluid cap was not on 3) there was no sticker on my car with the oil change reminder 4) I was still a little stumped why my initial quote price wasnt kept. So, a few days later I go in to be honest...and let them know I wasnt charged. Also I voiced all of the above... and I was told the next day a lady (finance lady) will call me the next day to review. Nope...I was charged the next day. No call or anything. I had to call in..so I called their HQ (I think) and they ended up crediting me $52 back. However...all those things are concerning. A lot of lack of detail.I just saw they (Ziegler) made a comment for me to call in. Um...you have my number if you were really concerned!! (updated remark - 8/15/18)

It’s 420 and they close at 5 so they wouldn’t allow me to get an oil change, even though I called and confirmed they could 10 minutes ago. I also said I’d bring my own oil and filter which was AGAIN fine, but I drove 10 minutes here only to be turned away. Unacceptable, when I worked at a Shop we did work up until the the closing minute. At least don’t have me drive all the way out here, I could have found somewhere else to go. I’d give negative stars if possible.

Have been using this place for few years... the quality of service has seemed to decline the last couple times I have been there.. Bring in for service and always seems have to bring back in for more work.. Due to finding something left undone or not mentioned to me... In reference to my last visit was having issues with the TPMS ( tire pressure monitor system) said the system needed serviced is what my message screen said but was told noo it just needs air..... so he checked air and was good.... so began to tell me system might just need a reboot probably a fluke... Then another associate in the place said with the message and the make of my vehicle the TPS ( tire pressure sensor) needs replaced... soo ok replace them... 10 minutes latter they bring my car around and said it was fixed.... just did a reboot erased the code its fixed... NOT.... The light is back on today and now I have to spend more time in getting my car fixed... also out the money I just spent to have a reset done that did absolutely nothing... Thinking it is time to find a new shop....

Took my car in because of a nail in my tire, was told there was more that was needed done. All of this was fine but after I received my bill there were extra labor charges I was not previously aware of. The person who was working on my car was actually doing a number of different things, such as unloading tires, talking with the woman who delivered them and then did some pull-ups. This was the extra labor that I was being charged for, thankfully after bringing it up my labor charges were dropped. Only after the person checking me out told me that labor isnt free you know. I was disappointed with the service and staff interaction. If the work would have been done consistently it would have been done in the originally agreed upon price.

Had an alignment and tires balanced. Before making the appointment I was clear that my rims were professionally painted and needed extra care. The work was done right but when I got home I noticed that all of the center caps were chipped and/or scratched. I contacted them through email and have not heard anything back. Poor customer service is an understatement.

Dont get your tires from there cuz they they take all day trying to get your tires on your car I waited like 4 hours to get tires on my car and then the guy tried to put cheap tires on my car cuz I was a lady

Bought 4 tires from them two wreeks ago and took it back today for an alignment after some at-home suspension work. I told them I had some rotor noise in the front passengers side which probably happened when I bent the dust shield pressing in the new wheel bearing and asked them to take a look since they would be adjusting that stuff anyway. After the alignment, the tech came walking into the store shaking his head and then they told me they were done. When I asked about the noise they asked the tech and he said the muffler was too loud to even hear anything. All they had to do was drive it 100 yards down the road to hear it... The customer is apparently not a priority there and I was getting ready to do 4 wheels on my truck and minivan there but not anymore...

It’s 5/28/19 had a appointment for 4pm got here at 3:40 and it’s 5:15 now and the only service I wanted was a oil change! For a Chevy express van! Btw I’m the only one waiting and not very happy!

Excellent service and quick turnaround. There were no attempts to add-on unnecessary services and a FREE ride to work after dropping off. This was a first-time visit coming from a much less than stellar competitor in the Belden Village area. I will definitely return.

My regular tire guy is no longer available, so Im looking around for someone new. Ziegler was on my radar.This week, I took my buddy to Ziegler to pick up his car. They charged him 80% above the quoted price for two new tires. While they did put a better grade of tires on, that wasnt what he asked for. Maybe it was an honest mistake ... or maybe not.The representative for Ziegler offered no solution or discount, nor did he seem apologetic. It left a really bad first impression -- Ziegler wont be getting my business.

I went there to have my shocks replaced, along with an oil change. The $25 oil change comes with a tire rotation. I supplied my own replacement shocks. Because my vehicle would already be up on the lift and the tires removed due to the tire rotation, I thought that simply removing my old shocks and replacing them with the self supplied ones would be fairly inexpesive. Imagine my shock and horror when I was presented a bill for $300. Now, this was not my first visit here. I asked why so much?. Their reply was that it was the going rate and that, according to their data, this job is entitled to be charged with 3 hours labor. I was adamant that my vehicle was not worked on for 3 hrs, but they insisted that that was their charge regardless of how long it took. I had been a loyal patron here for over a decade, but after this episode, they shall never receive my business again. You can try to spin it however you want, but the bottom line is that l paid for more time than was used. Lets not include the oil change, as that was a flat $25 charge. It did not take 3 hrs to change my shocks out. Yet, I was charged 3 hrs worth of labor to do so. I know, I was there waiting for it and watched it. I watched it because I have always been very particular about who works on my vehicles. Normally, I only have Conrad work on them. But this was a new vehicle (to me) that I was bringing in. So I did watch. Not 2 1/4 hrs to change the shocks and not 45 min to take an upper radiator hose off and replace it with one that I supplied.

This place is a complete rip off. If you like them finding issues and charging for it go there.

Ziegler handled a problem with a tire that I bought there in a very professional manner, I would like to commend them for that. Free replacement on what I consider to have been a defective manufacture when they could have battled me over it, Im glad they did the right thing, and would recommend them as a place whose business practices are very fair in an industry where fair business practices often arent found

They dont know what an appointment time means. Dropped off our truck for a 1:30 pm appointment. We did change the type of tire we wanted, but was told that would be OK. At 4:15 pm we called to check on the progress and were told it was in the SHOP. We arrive back at 4:51 pm and find our truck in the same spot we left it and NO NEW TIRES. Their respond was WE HAD A BAD DAY.... Our day was spend wasted so WE HAD A BAD ALSO. They have lost our business. Hope anyone that goes there as the time to waste because THEY HAVE BAD DAYS.
