Today I showed up for a scheduled maintenance on my aunts vehicle. The service that I received from Bill, a customer service technician was extremely personable and professional. After receiving the excellent service of Bill, I was then introduced to Nick our literally, friendly mechanic. Nick, just like Bill, was extremely warm, customer oriented, intelligent and great at his training. It was an honor to work with these highly skilled individuals. I pray that God blesses them, as they blessed my aunt today. Oh...and I should mention, as I was pulling off the property, Nick, the highly skilled mechanic, noticed that one of my aunts tail lights was out and he stopped me from leaving so that he could fix it! What a young man he is. Ford Autonation is blessed to have him.

I went to 5 different car dealerships. This was the first and only one that I felt would get me a fair deal. I bought my car from here and it was as stress free as it could be. I bought my 2017 Ford Escape here at the beginning of the year. We took our first long road trip to SC to visit family (us and our two cats who love to travel). Great ride, quiet and comfortable. Not one issue which we loved! The car was a great purchase for us and holds a lot of stuff. Only regret is that I couldnt afford a newer car with Sync 3 (no fault of the dealer at all). Now were looking forward to our next road trip in the Escape. Oh and we camp in the car too, with a tent attached to the back. Very comfortable to sleep in!

This place had the vehicle we were after, if the used car market wasnt so crazy I definitely would have walked out of this dealership and gone elsewhere. We drove over an hour to look at a Ford flex that we seen on their website for $8,716. When we got there the windshield said $13,991. And we asked the salesman if that was the one for $8,716 that they had online and he told us yes. He goes to get the keys and comes back and said his manager said the price online is incorrect and there mistake. When we showed them the price on their website they told us it was incorrect and the car is $13,991 and absolutely would not honor the website price. They didn’t even care what we had to say. He wasn’t even willing to negotiate even though they were in the wrong. And we were willing to purchase the vehicle for the online price. That is why we drove an hour to get there.

AutoNation Ford North Canton has serviced my F-150 to the highest standards since I purchased the truck in 2013. The staff is professional and courteous and the techs complete the service and repairs property and within a timely manor. The old adage of paying too much at the dealer isn’t true here, ever dollar is well spent and I trust their work. Almost 112,000 miles and running strong due to proper preventative maintenance.

Edit: originally gave 5 stars. The process to buy my truck was great. I recently refinanced and had to try and get their finance team to assist with my purchase protections. Left a voicemail and never got a call back. Spoke to the operator who tried to transfer me but one of the finance members said they were too busy. I had to call corporate to get it done as I have yet to get a call back (about 3 weeks ago). Corporate then tells me that I could’ve called my dealership to handle….Also, I went in for a car wash earlier this year. The garage was empty and so I stepped in. The guy at the desk didn’t even acknowledge me. Luckily for me after quite a bit, the guy who takes the car to the wash came back and helped.

Dwayne Jones did a great job helping me with my purchase.I had been looking for a car for about month. When I checked competitors websites for vehicle availability, it was a tedious process and I usually gave up. Your availability check was outstanding! I clicked beneath the car I was interested in, entered minimal information and submitted my request. Within 10 minutes Dwayne responded and replied the vehicle was in stock. I said Id be there in about an hour. When I arrived, the car was waiting at the front door for me to test drive. Outstanding job guys!

Matt Hartman is a fantastic salesman. I really appreciate all his help in the purchase of our 2016 Ford Explorer. I would definitely recommend him to a family member or friend. The only thing that I was disappointed with was what they gave me for my 2009 Ford Flex. Especially after seeing what they were asking for it when they put it up for sale. It’s my fault for letting it go at what they gave me.

After a bad 1st experience with their service department, Ive come to have great service ever since. David who has taken care of me ever since then has always gone above and beyond to try and get me my truck back to me as soon as possible. Im only giving this a 4 star because of how I was looked at by an actual technician when I asked a question and he told me his answer and when I came back with a reason as to why I was asking he just gave me a dirty look. Other then that David gets a 5 star from me and I will definitely be going back to him from now on.

I had an issue with a door sensor on my Transit van. I did have to take the van in three times to to have them resolve the issue, which was frustrating, however Ford did make the situation right and I commend them for that. They did go out of their way to provide good service. Ill continue to have my Transit serviced here in the future.

Working in sales myself, my job is often compared to buying a car. Normally I would agree with the comment, however, AutoNation Ford @ North Canton is the exception to the rule. I traveled far and wide and visited multiple dealerships, with the hopes that the price I was seeing online, was the price I would pay for an SUV.. Six Dealerships and 400 miles later, AutoNation was the only dealership that was upfront with the cost and there was no haggling that needed to be done. Ashley and her team were efficient, easy going, and pleasant to work with. And, they delivered my car direct to me at no extra cost. Recently purchased a 2013 Boss 302 from this dealership and had a great experience. AJ was my salesman and he did everything he could to accommodate me and address my concerns. I drove 8 hours to pick up the car and they made sure most of the paper work was all lined up before I got there. It only took about 45 minutes to complete the paper work. The only issue I had on the test drive was that the cars alignment was off so they took care of it and had the alignment finished before I even finished signing for the car. I cant recommend these guys enough and especially my salesman AJ.

The overall service of the car itself was fantastic, they did a great job and I felt my car was well taken care of (they went out of their way to put air in my tires too). However the people inside the building were very rude. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone, Two people were on the phone and the other two were talking with each other. The girl in the front left (Mandy?) who was on the phone asked the gentleman on the front right (tall, didnt catch his name) to help us which he ignored and did not/ We stood there for 10min like this until this gentleman finally helped us, he asked me who was helping me and when I said I didnt know he got attitudey with me and said that we only take care of our own cases so if I dont have your car then idk who does so he finally looked it up in the computer and found my paperwork, I asked him a question about my car where he again got snippy and said he cant answer any questions because it wasnt his case, and the original girl on the phone (I think Mandy) would have to answer them, she paused her call to answer my questions (which wasnt much other than her saying I dont have an answer a lot), and when I told her I was probably going to trade in my vehicle because I didnt want to fuss with the service issues It had she said thats fine and got back on her call. Didnt offer to set me up with a sales person or anything, just let me leave. So I took my business to a different dealer. When I went to leave my keys were left in the ignition of a completely empty unwatched garage. Anyone could have walked up and taken my car, everyone elses keys were inside the building with their paperwork, why werent mine? Overall I just felt very unhappy with the desk people of the service department and wouldnt recommend anyone to come here until they replace them, they were rude and unhelpful. Which was disappointing because I felt the mechanics did a fine job with my car.

AutoNation Ford North Canton employs incompetent and/or untrained staff in their Service Department. They are quick to attempt to oversell additional services, to line their pockets. My latest service encounter took 8 days to install a new battery, alternator and belt. Calls placed to the service advisor (and service manager) usually went to voicemail, and were not returned in a timely manner. Some were not returned in the same day, some not at all. The managers at this dealership have plenty of reasons (excuses) for their incompetence. Blaming subordinates appears to be the standard. I suggest anyone contemplating using the dealership for service, or for purchasing a vehicle, carefully do online research to see what the majority of consumers are saying. I will not be utilizing this dealer for service any longer, nor will I consider them when shopping for a new vehicle.

I went there thursday to have my brakes checked.they said i needed rear brake pads and rotors for 519.00 dollars.i came home after saying no.i called 3 different places.one place said 301.00. second place said 350.00.third place said 268.00 so that is where i am going.alsoi bought the car one year ago .i was told it was checked out and there were no issues.only put under 2000 miles on it.so the brakes were not checked out.

Thursday we were getting an oil change. Tyler came up and asked us if we were happy with our truck or if we’d like to trade up. The manager, Brian looked at it and gave us an excellent price on our truck and we came in on Friday to look at a truck. The process was so smooth and comfortable we decided to go ahead and buy the new one. The prices were reasonable and hassle free. Then we went to the finance department where Jake was amazing. He showed us all the options for payments and he walked us through everything and didn’t pressure us to buy anything we didn’t need. We were very lucky to give 5 stars to anyone, but all three deserve 5 stars. The finish was Tyler went to the truck with us and showed us all the new features in the 2021.

The service director indicated that I had dry rot on my tire. I went back a few days later and it was said to me that I had dry rot on all 4 of my tires. Then I went to a Goodyear store in Belden Village and he indicated that he didnt see any dry rot on my tires. I went to a second authorized Goodyear store. He said I had some microfine ozone crack in my tire. I asked if it warranted 4 new tires. His answer to me was no. The service director at Auto Nation gave me a coupon authorizing each new tire I would get (at an authorized Goodyear store)for $98 each. I appreciated that but I DONT NEED 4 NEW TIRES. The old tires (which I bought at Auto Nation over 4 years ago) only have about 25,000 miles on them since their purchase.I appreciate the service on the front and back shocks that Auto Nation performed on my Ford F150. However I dont appreciate being prompted to buy something when I didnt need it.

Had a branch fall on my truck the auto body shop did a great job making my Ford F-350! Look good as new so I thought I bring it back to the service department to change my light and fix my squeaky break the said I didn’t need new brakes or rotors and they could just spray a solution on them to stop the squeak 250 later still squeaking and never change the bulb luckily the body shop guy took it back and swapped the bulb before I left call in and no one ever got back to me

They were very busy and said they would try to have my service completed by 3:00 pm (I was already expecting to not wait and had a ride ready) and offered me a ride back to work. They called before 3:00 pm let me know they were running a little behind and would I like to be picked up when my vehicle was finished? Called when it was completed, was greeted by one person to check out while another went to get my truck and brought to me.

I recently purchased a used Hyundai Kona from a different dealership, but it was AutoNation who ended up buying my trade in 2010 Honda Civic even though I didnt buy a car from them! Honestly, they treated me like a queen and even gave me a courtesy car ride back to my home about 30 minutes away! : ) I like my Hyundai, but the positive experience I had and the kind treatment I received at AutoNation North Canton has me thinking that perhaps I should have purchased a Ford!

Very disappointed in the service with this place. We started to have car trouble on our LEASE so we scheduled an appointment to have it looked at not only did I stand right in front of the desk unattended for a few minutes while a worker was just texting on his phone, I had to initiate the contact until he realized I was even in front of him. Then as I’m going through the drop off process with him about 4 workers at a desk directly behind him started to argue right in front of all the customers and no one said anything they just continued to argue the entire 15 minutes I was there. So as we dropped the car off we not only didn’t receive a loaner vehicle we have been over a week with no updates, no phone calls, nothing about the status of the car. We have had to make the calls to get the information on it. And every time we do we are told they will look into the status of the car and the loaner and call us back and we have not received a single call back! This has happened at least 2 times to me and 3 to my husband. So in 5 different calls that WE had to initiate, we have never gotten a single answer, nor a call back to find out the information. We are still waiting on a loner and an eta on our vehicle. This service is absolutely ridiculous and with having a lease (that is only a year an a half old with apparently transmission problems) I can’t imagine at this point that we’d buy the car out at the end or ever lease through them again.

A few weeks ago I went in to purchase a car, I first looked at a Buick that turned out to have been in an unreported crash. The general manager pushed paperwork before I had even taken it to my mechanic. He told me he would not turn the paper work in until I had taken to my mechanic, but wanted me to sign so my co-signer didn’t have to come in another night to sign paperwork. I come to find out later he had turned in the paperwork because it was the end of the month! Then I looked at a second car that was in service when the General manager once again pushed paper work. I had soon found out after 2 weeks of owning the car it had chips in the back windshield (hidden by tint), the front bumper had cracked, paint had started to rust on the bumper, headlight was chipped in the corner, and the inside of the doors had rust underneath the paneling. When I brought it to the general managers attention he told me I could pay for it myself and that it was too expensive for him to fix. These are things they would’ve fixed in service if they had looked into the car. He had my sign papers before I could even test drive the car! The salesman was great, but the general manager was a totally rude person. This is not the first time the general manager has had totally horrible customer service with my family.That was the second car they had pushed signing with and they came out as bad cars. The manager refuses to help and I have contacted corporate several times. I suggest you spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Autonation Ford in north canton has lost a life long customer over less than $1000 in body work that should’ve been taken care of before the car was sold.

AutoNation made the purchase of my new Ford Ranger stress-free. From the first visit until the final visit to sign the papers, they held true to their word. I was not hassled like other dealerships have done in the past and everything they told me to expect during the buying process was true. We worked one different options that included different vehicles, in the end their final monthly payment was lower than their final quote.From a brief stint selling cars, I know most dealerships would have made the payment match, even if it meant adding on extras or hiding totals some where. I had an appointment at 12:15 for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 10 minutes early to sign in. I was greeted right away and told to wait, which is what I did. The service desk personnel were busy but eventually signed me in. Oh my waited until 2 o’clock before my car was given back to me. I have never waited that long for an oil change in my life. The next time I will go to a different Ford dealer.

After an issue stemming from taking my F-150 there for service a few months back, the General Manager reached out to me personally. He asked that I contact him directly the next time I needed service and he would make the bad experience I previously had right. I worked directly through him the next time I needed service and he took care of me. He seemed genuine in resolving my previous issues and ensuring my next experience there was a great one. So when we first set up an appointment for the recall on the roof rack I told the service advisor we would need a car to use while our Explorer was there. She checked and said no problem so she reserved a car for us. Later in the week we checked back to confirm the date and time and talked to a different service advisor and we were told no go on the free loaner and would have to pay to use a car. It wasnt costly but its just strange they changed policy a week later. When we got our Explorer back I noticed glue residue on both sides close to the roof rack. Sloppy or lazy whatever you want to call it it should have been cleaned off.

Took my vehicle in for service while waiting I was looking at other vehicles knowing I wanted a new car in the next few months when I got a message asking if I’d be interested in getting my car appraised I say yes and spoke with Tyler we looked and went on a few test drives before I came to a conclusion on getting an eco sport. The visit to AutoNation Ford North Canton was my first service visit/experience, since I purchased my truck on June 6, 2020. My service experience was just as exceptional as my buying experience.I came in for my first oil change since my purchase and for some reason my 8:00AM appointment wasn’t in the system. However, I was still able to receive my oil change and tire rotation with no problem and in a timely manner, even though there were other 8AM appointments.To make my experience even better, I walked out of there not paying a penny for the service, which was definitely unexpected.Once again, exceptional experience!!!

Tyler was the best car host ! He had no hesitation in letting us see however many cars we wanted . The repairs were completed correctly, both a recall repair and additional work I requested. However, I was disappointed in the overall experience. The dealership seems to be too large to provide a customer service experience of other smaller dealerships Ive used in the past. I had to wait a long time after pulling my vehicle into the service area even though there were no other vehicles waiting at that time. Took my vehicle in on Monday and I was expecting it to be ready the next day, but had to call near the end of day Tuesday only to find out it wouldnt be ready until Wednesday morning. I was promised a call by 8am on Wednesday for a status but ended up having to call at 11am to find out my vehicle was just being finished up. I had to call the dealership a total of three times, each of which I waited on hold for at least 7 minutes before I was helped. Maybe this was a one off experience, but I will likely continue to travel a longer distance to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere as in the past.
