Where to start.... Ordered a set of cabinets and waited a month only to find out they were discontinued when I called to check on status. Ordered a new set and received an incomplete order.Received a refund (a month later) for the original order.While the prices are cheap, you regularly have to show up or call to remind them to do basic things like schedule deliveries, check on missing parts of orders, send estimates, plans, etc.Not worth it.

Very nice family owned business. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Did 2 bathrooms with them and was very pleased. They have a large selection of cabinets from a number of different manufacturers. Would definitely use them again.

I called Sterl Kitchen Co. over the phone today and spoke with Tom Jr. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was given misinformation about my cabinet hinges from another company. Tom Jr. explained everything thoroughly and helped me right away. They really know their stuff!!!!

I was looking for a specific cabinet door hinge that most places I called did not have. Sterl identified the correct one and had it in stock. The gentleman that helped me was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend sterl kitchen.

I should have read the reviews on Yelp before ordering from Sterl Kitchen. I paid in full at time of order. TOM Sr. Said the order could be ready in two days. Well, three days went by and no call. I called and spoke with Tom Jr. and he said the manufacturer is closed for the Jewish Holidays and the order should be in by the end of the week. Monday of next week didnt here from Sterl so I called the manufacturer and found out they are closed for a week and half. Any orders processed during that time are not attended to. This is true because I called sterl and Teresa in the office said they are waiting for a process order number. We are now 9 days out from my order at Sterl. still dont know when the manufacturer is going to pick up this order by an email sent from Sterl. STERL is playing the blame game on the manufacturer. I decided to cancel my order. This is not how to run a business.North Bergen, NJ

I had an excellent experience with Sterl Kitchens.We got our cabinetry and countertops from Sterl and both look beautiful in our new kitchen. The quartz was especially impressive, given the unique shape of our space - they cut the stone perfectly and needed only one seam.The prices were reasonable, and everyone we dealt with always did their best to go above and beyond service-wise. Tom Jr ended up being an integral part in not only deciding our counters and cabinets, but helped us decide on the layout of our gut renovated kitchen. After we finished our construction, we noticed that a couple of the cabinets were slightly warped, but it was no problem at all because we received replacements free of charge.Tom Jr, Tom Sr, and Teresa are all very knowledgeable and all of them were nothing but a pleasure to work with.I have nothing but good things to say about Sterlacci family and I would recommend Sterl Kitchens to anyone.
