Seamless and friendly service. I went in not knowing if I was able to find what I was looking for to take home same day. But to my surprise I did and the transaction couldn’t have been any more pleasant. Usually some furniture stores or so want to upsell immediately or try to convince you to get something else if they don’t have what you are looking for. I’m glad I didn’t experience that here. :) great sale, great customer service!

Service was great. Sales Rep Samuel was professional, knowledgeable, honest and guided me to a product that I’m sure will suit my needs. I was able to negotiate a very fair price for a quality product and Sam was even quite generous regarding the inclusion of a very nice adjustable base and reduced delivery charge. The delivery guys were great as well. Took away everything, set up was quick and they even vacuumed the rug. Very friendly too. Grabbed a nap the day it was delivered and woke up feeling great. I can feel my back thanking me already! Excellent job Mattress Firm!

The sales person wasnt pushy, answered questions and gave us a good deal sticking with the tag price that was lower than one enforced by Tempurpedic (I believe accidentally). I just got the delivery. On time and exactly as I expected. The delivery guys were quick, careful and also moved my old mattress to basement as well.

Just moved here from Florida, needed a new mattress and went to a few different stores in the area. After leaving ashleys furniture empty handed we decided to check out Mattress Firm where we met Jeffrey-- he was so friendly and funny and helped pick out a great mattress for our price point! His customer service skills were exceptional and anytime someone needs a mattress we will definitely refer them to him and this location!

Extremely pleased with the service of Jairo Martinez Jimenez who was extremely helpful and patient while working at the Edgewater NJ store back in Feb 2018 who helped me select a mattress that fits my needs, and now (June 2018) dealing with the return from his new North Bergen branch location. Highly recommend North Bergen store and commend Jairo for exceptional customer service and prompt reply. People like him make retail experience very enjoyable.

My husband bought me a pillow here and was to small for me (because I’m pregnant) so we decided to exchange/ return and it was a problem, they don’t want to. But in any place of the store said that they don’t return accesories... well at the end they give me my money back but with a very unhappy face, never planed to return here

I went to the Food Bazar to pick up some groceries before the storm hits when I saw this Mattress Firm store. It had a big Grand Opening sign and I figured, what the heck why not. My current bed is 9 years old and has gone down hill in the last two! I didnt have big expectations but I was impressed! The store is obviously new and the mattresses were gorgeous. This matress firm is by far the best!!! I was shopping around & truly had no idea of all the features & benefits different mattresses each have! Upon entering the store I was greeted by Jairo Martinez with a welcoming smile & a friendly invite to shop around with his assitance! Ofcourse, I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for except a comfortable matress being most important on the top of my list. I informed him I have scoliosis & have difficulty sleeping at night, he kindly walked me through different matresses that would suit my needs & explained features & benefits of each as I tested them out a bit! Purchasing a new matress is not as simple as purchasing groceries every week but this experience definitely made it appear as such! Jairo helped me out sooo much in choosing a matress & it was by far a great investment! Thank you sooo much Jairo for your impeccable & exceptional customer service !!!!

We bought a mattress with discount, to make that discount they tell us that there is no return and we accept it because we never imagined that the mattress would be damaged in less than a week! Now the mattress has a large lump in the middle and we pay a total of 689 with the base, it is very dishonest of you I don’t save money I lost my money
