Sallys not pricey, they have really good staff and are nice. They have good products and stuff.

Small store with lots of inventory.

Okay so the store manager Nelly charged the membership without my permission. After looking through my receipt, I asked why is there $5 fee and told me it’s for the membership and that way it will gives me more discount. I told her I never gave my information for the membership registration, wanted to hear more information. From then, she was getting angry at me, gave me refund and charged me for the whole amount. I told her that I want to get the membership for more discount, just wanted to get more info. She then gave me the membership and then didn’t apply discount. I asked her to apply 20% coupon (she did it for me in the first transaction) and from there, she was smiling and saying “no”. I was frustrated and confused about what she was doing. Anyway,she finally honored the price and started speaking spanish (sound like verbal abuse) to me and I find that offensive. I didn’t want any trouble, came home and reading through similar reviews and my final conclusion of what she did is that she is stealing money from us and the Sally by making fake membership transaction. She also ripped my first transaction receipt (probably discarding her thief transaction).I hope the cooperation is reading these reviews, fire her and sue her for what she stole from regular customers.

Everthing you need to create beauty is there. The staff is great and friendly. Love it!!!

Beware of this store!I have been extremely disappointed by the dishonesty of the woman in charge of the cash register. This woman practically forces her customers to join Sallys card program. To join this program, customers have topay $5.00 and this woman neglects to inform her customers about this charge. If you do not read your receipt this charge will go unnoticed. After complaining to the woman about not being informed of the terms and services (which are the rights of all consumers) she resorted to insult us and call us uneducated. It is very disappointing that she did not inform us about the charge given that we would not have minded paying the charge if we had been informed. Please do yourself a favor and visit another Sallys Beauty Supply with more educated and honest staff.

So apprarently this store manager has a set of rules that differ from company policy. I bought a She Moisture curl enhancing smoothie which I have never purchased before.This stuff was horrible and as stated on their receipt I went in for an exchange. The young lady who helped me advised me that I should not make any exchanges when the store manager is there because I will not be allowed to do so bc I had returned something in the past. I advised her to take a closer looking ok at the receipt and notice that this was the first time the returned item was purchased. She then said yes I know but just be careful with her (store manager) as she will not allow you to make any exchanges. Hopefully someone from Sallys corporate reads this and clears up the miscommunication.

Worst store manager that needs to quit asap! Been to this store twice. They were both terrible experiences. First, the manager I believe also in carge of register scammed me into buying sally beauty store card and not registered them into the system. Later i found out at the another Sally Beauty store that my card was never registered.Second time, I went to return something and treated less as a customer. Told by the same women that if i can wait till she can assist all the other people at the line that came after me. When i refused, she agreed to return my items first in a most unpleasent way of possible.I am so dissappointed at this store because I actually enjoy shopping from Sally Beauty. Other Sally Beauty stores around has better service, less miserable people and ask if they can help you!!!Id say not shooping from this location is a safe bet.

Avoid this place!!! The lady that took my order was extremely rude. I asked her if I could return an item . Her response was: yeah you can return it but pls not to this store.I couldn’t believe it so I decided to pay and leave .
