I visited this place a few weeks ago and was very disappointed.The staff woman was very annoyed by me who was clumsy about how to use it after COVID-19, and responded unkindly.Actually I needed something more product to buy, but I didnt want to talk to her anymore, and I went straight to the Saddle Brook branch.The staff at Saddle Brook were very friendly and tried to help me. I will never go back here!!

Please don’t shop here. License needed even to buy gloves. Like do you think I’m that stupid that I don’t know how to use gloves? Like I need to go to a school to even buy basic stuff like a comb? This place is a huge joke, manager is NEVER there, HR doesn’t answer phone calls. You need a license to even contact Customer service about how the store is ran when emailing them online. Please SHUT THIS STORE DOWN! There’s other cosmo profs that are ran better. The location is trash, the selection makes me sick. I rather order everything online. Either that or get a whole new staff AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The reason why this place isn’t making money because they are so ignorant and limiting the shopping to people with licenses. I could understand if I’m buying bleach and a toner but for gloves? Why? Again. THRASHY STORE!

Amazing place for salon professionals. Knowledgeable and always kind and helpful staff.

They dont carry Moroccan or Redken which makes it their downfall. Large turnover of employees, which I think is due to the manager. The manager is not the friendlist and makes the shopping experience quite unpleasant so I make it a point to drive all the way to Saddle Brook or another location because I do not like to be given a hard time to spend my money. Hopefully this will improve as this is the nearest shop to me and they carry the main brand I use in my salon. Please get rid of that manager! Shes so rude and obnoxious!

I asked for wax, and they said I need a certificate or something to buy wax, so I couldnt buy it. (Is the firts time a hear something like that). it is sold in all the beauty supply in north bergen and west ny.
