After moving my son to NYC Memorial Day weekend, my Ram Pro Master 3500, Diesel Van died in the Lincoln Tunnel. The transit authority got me out and to the side of the road. I called Travelers road side assistance which was a total waste of time. I spent 30 minutes on the phone giving them all of the information and after waiting awhile it turned out that none of the approved towing companies were available. I was stranded on a Sunday afternoon, and no one is open until Tuesday. Google search turned up Bergen Diesel and he had good reviews, which is saying something in the auto repair business. I called and was surprised to get an answer. We spoke and he said he knew where I was and could be there in 20 minutes. Abraham showed up as promised, loaded up the Van and dropped me off at a secure location. He stayed in touch with me and had the Van ready by noon on Tuesday, which exceeded my expectations. I was a 15 hour drive from Home and really could have been overcharged, but Abraham was very reasonable. He went above and beyond and took great care of me and my vehicle. I wish I knew someone like that where I live! Abraham is a Great mechanic and a Great Guy. I am thankful for his help and that I made the right call.

I purchased a brand new rebuilt Ford Powerstroke engine when all the dealers in my local area were on back order.They helped with shipping after I purchased the engine on Tuesday via the phone and on Wednesday morning they delivered the long block to my home where i was able to get my truck back and running within a few days. Abraham even threw in the bracket kit I needed free of charge. Wish he was closer to home but they do offer road side assistance. 100% recommend for anything Ford.

Poor communication. Drove 3.5 hrs to look at a truck he was selling only to find it was sold the day before, (which I verified was still available before going). Abraham offered to pay my tolls and fuel. After 2 days of reaching out to him and hearing several excuses I gave up. He no longer responds to messages.

Where do i start. after taking my ford f550 diesel to 2 mechanic shops, spending almost $4000 dollars to still have my dump truck not running i was about to give up. My local ford dealership was 6 weeks backed up. Someone recommended me to BERGEN diesel after having their 6.0 completely rebuilt, i decided to have my truck towed here.Spoke to the owner Abraham who was able to schedule me in to diagnose the truck. After finding out the other shops were playing a guessing game by changing parts that didn’t even fail, he was able to figure out the problem within a couple hours.In less than 3 days my truck was back on the road. He even did a few things on the house since they were simple fixes to keep me DOT legal and offered a maintenance follow up after i put a few miles on my truck. I’ve finally found myself an honest mechanic. I won’t be going to anyone else besides Abraham. See you for my next service interval. It’s been about 10,000 miles already and not one hiccup.Took my personal f250 in for a lift kit and oil change service and took some pics of some projects going on at the same time here. Thank you for your work! He is a ford specialist that Knows what he is doing.

Abraham is awesome, fair, honest, and you can tell when you first meet him he knows what hes doing. Towed my non-running F250 6.0 in. He could have told me it needed anything, instead he took apart the FICM to swap the power supply, (or swapped in a repaired FICM he keeps in stock, because hes smart like that) and fixed my truck very reasonably. Im sold, hes my man!Looked him up here because I may have the 6.0 head gasket blues and I know whos fixing it if I do........

This place is awesome. I would bring any vehicle to these guys, but if you have a Ford youd be stupid not to. Great work, real friendly, very reasonable pricing. Im not even from the area and considering making trips to have my truck worked on.

Abe has been a reliable source for quality work. His new place is large and fitting for the largest of vehicles. He was able to repair headgaskets on my f350 at a fraction of the price the dealer wanted. Completed the 35 hour job in 2 days! He also saved me money but not replacing parts that werent broken. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their diesel fixed for the best price around.
