First time there. I was buying a Kenmore washer for my daughter. Small store. We went and picked 7p her washer a few days later. Had it right out in a few minutes and they loaded it up for us. Thank you for being so kind.

Poor Service. We were in a bind and needed a new washer and wanted to get a dryer as well. Went in and the store was experiencing an outage in their POS system( couldnt make sales). We left our information and the information on the machines we wanted with the sales associates. The associates told us they would call us to complete the order. I called the second day we hadnt heard from them and they were still down. It has been six days and NO call back. Unfortunately for them we decided to take our business elsewhere are are able to get a set within 4 days of picking them out.

I ordered a refrigerator May 9th, 2021. it is now currently July 23rd. Still have yet to get it, and there new promised time is July 27th. Ill beleive it when the big truck is in my drive way. At this point it would be a miracle. i have yet to get my order. mind you I paid for expedited shipping, that way it would be here sooner. I normally dont turn to leaving bad reviews although at this time, nothing is getting done. when I call the online store I speak with multiple people including a supervisor who seems to be taking this lightly; as he keeps stating My hands are tyed, there is nothing I can do mam I get that because of covid everything has been back ordered an slow. but you dont promise something, and have me pay for expedited shipping, if it isnt actually going to be a fast delivery. My online info when I put in my info to track my order. Still says ill get it July 12th. Again its July 16th. When I call they keep promising itll be here Friday itll be here Tuesday itll be here Thursday. Im finding that you are unworthy of any more of my service as your a very untrustworthy site to get your appliances. Its not that you cant give me any money back its really that you wont. so thank you again for a extremely stressful expensive long awaiting Mothers gift. you have a very disappointed customer. Im not saying this falls 100% on my coos bay store because I ordered it online. Although Ive been in contact with them. An they are not Gaurenteed at all. As there customer service is also lacking, terrible at calling back. An when I call, and they tell me they basically have no time to sit on the phone all day with a unhappy customer I find that rude.

Took my mother to get a new refrigerator she found one that she liked and the salesman that helped us was professional he gave us our options to buy it . We financed it so we thought told us we just needed to put so much down and we would only have 4 payments to make then it would be paid off. Well that was not the case we made all 4 payments thinking it was paid for in full but it wasnt. He put us on a lease after working with the company that had the lease heard the story and thankfully they believed us. They knocked the bill under half what they said we owed them and wiped our slate clean. Sears will never get our business again. And we will never recommend them as wel

This is the worst service anywhere. I ordered a pedestal for my washer by searching the washers product ID on google. The product came up on sale at sears. I ordered it but didn’t receive a confirmation email or an order number but luckily I copied the sale page on my tablet. The purchase page had requested a phone number and they were to call when I could pick up my order. My credit card had been charged so I called our Sears store in my town but they could not find the order and said they could not find my order with my phone number I needed to call corporate. I did but the wait time was long so I figured they would call when it arrived. Two weeks later it had not so I called both corporate who said it had been delivered and local who said it was not there but they would look around more. They called back and they found it and I went to pick it up. It was unboxed and taped up with stickers and tape and the same lady whom I spoke to on the phone told me I was lucky to get it! I brought it home and it doesn’t fit my washer! It’s the wrong size plus it had a huge scratch on the front that was covered by the clearance sale tag that was on it. Bad experience all around. I’ll never ever buy from there again.

Went there today in hopes of buying a new table saw, left empty-handed... Unfortunately they dont have any on display, theyre all boxed up and unassembled. The sales guy pretty much only knew what was written on the box...I dont want to take it home only to discover its flimsy... Need to be able to see how well its built before I take it home

2 out of 3 employees I dealt with were not helpful, the young lady just walked me over to the washer/dryer area then walked away and one of the old guys was straight up rude. I said Im interested in one of these Samsung washer and dryer combos, he slowly looked up from his computer and stared at me for a few seconds and said which one, I said Im not sure what its called and he just sighed and pinched his nose. The other guy I dealt with was nice and helpful despite being busy, but everything I wanted was a several week wait time. The real kicker was that I came several days ago and was told there was a sale I should come back for, when I came back the prices had gone up 100 dollars so the sale would seem bigger. Im just going to order online.

Only half of the sales team seems to know whats going on at any given time, at this store. The manager is rude and self-righteous, giving me canned responses as to why things cant be done. After being told I would be called back on availabilities and delivery, I never once got a call even after calling again and showing up and waiting in person. Never got an answer to anything. Not worth the time and money this store consumes to try and do business with them. Over priced and terrible customer service.

Paid for and waited for a new in box treadmill. Was called that it had finally arrived. Had it picked up and delivered and it was the floor model! If I had wanted a floor model I would have waited for it to be discounted not paid new in box price. Complaint phone call to store was handled almost rudely. DO NOT SHOP LOCAL!

I bought a stove on 09/01 and they delivered it on 09/08 and I tried to bake a chicken tonight and the temp was stuck on 250 degrees. No matter what the temp was set to, it wont go above 250. Called the 800 number and was told the store will have to replace it. They dont open until tomorrow so dinner is shot. I really hope they bring me an oven tomorrow that works. So very disappointed.
