Scheduled an online delivery and was met with issue after issue. After solving the issue they delivered a broken washer and dryer which they immediately took back to exchange. They did 3 other deliveries and never came back called. I had to call and scheduled another drop off and they “missed” that. Then they said it’d be 3 more days. I called back and was met with an attitude and yelling from the “store manager” Daniel (who obviously had no experience with customer service). Then was told they wouldn’t be doing business with me because I told him he was Extremely unprofessional. Needless to say I will be contacting their corporate office.

Friendly folks, greeted us when we walked in. The Store Manager took the time to explain the differences and prices which help us in our TV buying decision. Got an 85 Q-LED for a little more than Walmarts 75 and it was new and in stock.

I was surprised and disappointed to learn that the application form, required to rent anything, asked for 3 references. This wasn’t a job application, but to rent a video game console.It shouldn’t be easier to rent a car than it is to rent a $200 game system, unfortunately it is. RAC has some work to do to make it easy to rent, I don’t want to involve other people in my simple transactions.

Have been a customer for a lot time have always had great service

I am purchasing a house full of funiture from this location and have found them to be nothing but friendly and very professional.

So we were put in a really hard place financially and were forced to file bankruptcy, we included rent a center in the bankruptcy, as soon as the person I spoke to on the phone heard that, he blew up on me, yelling at me telling me he was going to come to my place of residence every day. Told me he doesnt care about a bankruptcy. If he had let me finish. I would have told him we didnt utilize a lawyers services but a paralegals help on filing with the courts. And we were told to inform everyone that they can no longer call us or come to our house but can set a time up to give them their property back. My review is for professionalism of a business conduct. This place is poor in that virtue apparently. So now we will see them in court.**update**I called them back to try and civilly talk to someone, and the store manager Daniel started making threats to me. So I hung up on him.. go to Aarons people.. stay away from rent a center.

Amazing customer service always so polite,and helpful, my washer broke and they came the same day and brought me a loaner washer had it fixed in a week :) .if your looking for amazing warrantys u have to go there !!

Was working 16 hours a day for whatever reason I couldnt figure out how to make the on line payment they tried to strong arm rob me for a payment at work in front of my employees and customers
