5 Stars! Second time using KAR Automotive. Rick and his team did an exceptional job from their customer service to the final product. Brought my car in at 10AM to be looked at on the lift for exhaust work and Rick let me know what we could do to accomplish my goal. Let them know Id be heading out of town in the following 2 days and they were able to get me in that day and do exactly as I wanted! Bravo. Dont take your car anywhere else for exhaust work or anything else they offer. My exhaust looks 100x cleaner than the work I had done on it before.

These guys were so helpful. The dealership wanted to replace everything with new parts, but in no time at all they repaired the existing exhaust. On a 3 year old car, it saved us a lot. (Time, aggravation and money) I had my three kids with me, and there was a nice clean waiting area.

Service was excellent! Went in to get a cat back exhaust put on and I was pleased with the results!

Carmine and Rick are thoughtful, creative, and provided a clean custom exhaust system through their approach to the craft. I appreciated their open mindedness and their communication process of talking through the unique (challenging) issue I presented over the phone Wednesday evening. I dropped off the vehicle (true import/right side drive - KAR never heard of model) Thursday morning and it was done by 1:00 pm that day! Although, they never worked on this type of vehicle, parts are not readily available in the US, and I was asking if they could improve and enlarger (pipe diameter) the exhaust system to alleviate high pressure with a black and white photo concept, they tackled the challenge and knocked it out of the park! I believe theyre very reasonable, time sensitive, and creative experts. Really good stuff and many thanks to Carmine and Rick...I would highly recommend!

Awesome shop! I couldnt be happier, I drive a 2006 Toyota carolla 116000 miles on it. Went to conicelli they said the part would be 1200, that doesnt even include labor, but they told me to go here.I thought my car was done the repair would be half the value of my car. KAR Automotive gave me two quotes 150 to fix the pipe but if other things needed to be replaced I would have to take it to a specialist or 300 fixed like new. I am so happy I went here! They did it in an hour too.

The owner is friendly and the office is clean. They have the machine to do inspections on older cars.

Top notch mechanics

Not a good place to bring your car completely put on faulty inspection stickers safety inspection failed and I could have gotten into a severe accident. This wasnt brought to my attention
