If I could give this dump zero stars I would. My mother got out hospital after 17 days. I had a bunch of meds she needs. I drop off prescriptions Sunday afternoon. They fill 3/4 of them. The missing ones Im told were waiting aOn a return call from doctor. They had ALL day Monday to call but they forgot. I call to speak with useless manager and he tells me the pharmacist is standing next to him. Its 4: 50 pm. After 5 minutes on hold I get a different pharmacist and she tells me the other pharmacist went home. He left early and He is the one that was supposed to call doctor. The excuse I got we are short staffed and didnt have time to process the order for my mothers mess. Now its 2 business days and still not had missing prescriptions filled. Its time to call corporate and complain, and tell them they leave early. I deal with a wonderful Walgreens at greenwood and Ballard and never in the 15 years has that ever happened. Do not go to Walgreens at Harlem & Forest preserve drive. Go anywhere else not here.

The lady named Eileen is rude as hell . I went to pick up my order that was shipped to them .. already had an email confirmation that it says it is ready for pick up. She said they dont have them .and they are coming up with all the scenarios possible, instead of looking to it and apologize for the inconvenience. I was trying to show her the order number and the email but she insisted that we did not pay for them.she had the audacity to say she will call police on me. Ridiculous instead of looking to the order and finding out what is going on, she gives you a bad attitude instead. I called customer service and to find out that it was probably lost. Its as simple as that. Eillens customer service attitude is unacceptable.

The pharmacist from this place was rude and said that the one I was asking It only came in 1 g or 2 g but yet the pharmacy that my mom go did have it and another walgreen store. Telling me I don’t know what pharmacy will have a 50g betamethasone dip 0.05%. If one walgreen get that amount. You should too. How about you look it up since you have my mom information. Rude as hell. I wouldn’t even give them a start but I have to, for me to be able to post

Pharmacy staff are rude, dont have information at hand, employees feel agravated and make you feel their frustation!! NOT A GOOD PLACE!! LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING TO LOOSE BUSSINESS, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL !!

So far There’s always a friendly staff everybody there is helpful- The store is clean and people behind the counter at the pharmacy are excellent. They will take the time to explain medication, check for drug interactions totally professional. They would’ve got five stars if they have a drive-through.

The pharmacist was extremely nice, professional and helpful. Despite being busy, he helped me transfer a rx over and filled it very quickly. I really appreciate it! One star removed for the crabby pharmacy tech (?) I guess she is only nice to you and smiles, talks etc if you are polish. She could atleast be decent to others

The pharmacy here is not good. Constant problems. Do yourself a favor and go to Harlem and Foster. Much better and the employees there actually care

Totally awesome experience. Went in did my shopping and not sure of his name but the young man with tattoos engaged in a conversation which I thought was great and which he provided me with several options and suggestions.Like the old saying goes. People with tattoos are much better talking to instead of the people who rather just kick you out of their store.

I hate this place. I am insulin dependent and in order for me to get it I depend on them. And I cannot rely on them EVER having insulin. This is the third time in a row that my insulin is out of stock, so I’m left budgeting my insulin to be able to survive until they get more. Their communication is terrible, their staff is terrible, their overall ethic is terrible. How can anyone work in the healthcare industry and not be able to provide healthcare to the people who depend on them? I can’t wait to switch pharmacies because the amount of inconveniences and attitude I’ve endured is too much for me to excuse.

We live in central Illinois and were near this store today. They were able to call our pharmacy and fill my prescription saving us the time and worry of pushing to be home in town before our local store was closed. So grateful!!

Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. They have done a horrible job at communicating effectively this past month and provided incorrect information to my father in regards to his ulcerative colitis medication. He initially was told that he was too early to received his medication when he return 5 days later he was told there were no refills (when we checked his prescription he had 6 refill until 2020). When he return to request his medication he was told that they did not have it in stock. At this point he has an exacerbation of his colitis thanks to their inability to stock their pharmacy appropriately. Will be transfering prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I’m a person of dark skin color. I was going to the store to get medicine for stomach pain and saw a hat that I was considering to buy. I saw the employees looking at me and felt uncomfortable. Then, I decide not to buy the hat and place it back. I took the medicine and payed for the medicine. Prior to exiting the store another woman approached me asking where the hat was. I had to show her the hat that I grabbed because she didn’t believe me. Overall terrible experience, people should not be treated this way. I would not go back.

The pharmacist is extremely rude !!! I was there for my son’s prescription and after waiting for several hours I was told at the time I tried to pick it up that they don’t have the medicine and the doctor had to change it. It was after hours already, because nobody from the pharmacy contacted me so it was impossible to reach the doctor unless it was emergency. After finally getting in touch with doctor who could change my son’s prescription I approached the pharmacy counter while she( the pharmacist) was talking to another client on Polish and while I was waiting being ignored by her I couldn’t believe my ears when I heard her making fun of me while she was chatting with the client! Unfortunately for her I speak Polish! After confronting her in front of everyone I of course left the store in disbelief that something like this could still happen!!!

Good pharmacy hard working people but Walgreens will not hire any more help so those poor people are struggling with long lines of people waiting for their medication to be filled. Everytime I go there that is a line. But they are very nice and very helpful

I love everything there is about walgreens. This location is clean, helpful and amazing.

I received a flu and pneumonia shot at this location back in October and ended up in the Emergency room with my whole arm swollen and in extreme pain. Diagnosis was cellulitis. Dont ever get your shot at Walgreens, go to a professional doctor.

If you use the pharmacy here triple-check your prescriptions once you receive them! I received the wrong dosage, who knows what other mistakes they got away with. The pharmacy techs always look exhausted and miserable, and one of the pharmacists is just rude. If possible, go across the street and use the CVS at target.

They rarely have anyone who speaks Spanish, and their staff dont try to help people. They are very heavy.
