I love that I took all the time I needed and just perused around the store. I am loving that this store has survived C-19. The shelves are stocked full with so much pretty home decor. I purchased my Swiffer Wet Jet for wood floors. I love this machine. The lady at checkout helped me get $5 off my purchase. I am a Halloween freak! I love all things spooky. They have everything to make your Halloween party the talk amongst your friends. Did I mention the store is immaculately clean.

Never know what you may find here.. at good discount pricing. GENERALLY speaking.... Sometimes you may find some items over discount pricing.... But its rare!

Since this store has moved from Princess Anne Rd to its current location the quality has come up quite a bit. The location is a little bigger than the old one so things are not as crammed in like the old store. Things are easy to find and the staff is a friendly as ever.

The cashier Jessica was very helpful. She advised me of things I was not aware of and even saved money in the process. Excellent and professional. So glad to have had her as our cashier. Will definitely be back because of our experience with her.

It was ok. Sometimes I can find everything Im looking for, but sometimes I cant. I still like the store. Not crazy about the new check-out configuration, but Ill get used to that.

Was once my favorite store. One of the Cleanest places to shop, but 2 star for the products. Customer Service is Top shelf but again, need better products. Surprise they havent went out of business... But i will still check in from time to time...

Went to this location to purchase a patio set. My mother and I browsed the store and when we were ready, asked for assistance. We were told someone would be right over. Over 15 mis passed and no-one came to help us. there were to employees at the cash register. one helping a customer, the other standing there just looking. so we decided to walk out and take our money else where. As we walked out the store they just stared at us, did not speak. I hate bad customer service. we ended up going to another location in Chesapeake and the service was absolutely amazing. Ill never return to the Janaf store again

Went in to find and pickup a car vaccum that they had on their website. Asked an employee and bless her heart, she actually went in the back to find it. Took a bit and she had to take my name and number to check later after looking more. Will definitely shop at this location again

Big lots has some okay cheap items and some items where they price up the dollar a little bit. But its a great store. It will never really break your wallet nor your budget.

I love Big Lots,but they are a bit over priced on a lot of their things. But I still like going there cause I can get some good bargains,and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Took forever to get any assistance. Didnt have the mattress on display and told me to go to another store, they had four. When I got there, the other store had zero. Big run-around dealing with Big Lots.

I love going to big lots for home needs, but now there verity has changed since they have gone to broyhill. Not that broyhill is bad, but when they had a verity of curtains now barely any.I will say the employees are very nice.

After going to 3 stores and finally getting to the one I was told to come it. I get to store number 5337 and talk with a team leader name Michelle. She tells me that they only have one item left and that it’s for someone else. I then tell her that I was told to come to this store and she said that’s not her problem. This store is so unorganized and unprofessional!!! I ask to speak with a manager and she said I am the manager. Thanks but no thanks I will no longer shop at any Big Lots!!

Usually pretty good prices on everything from groceries to furniture. You never know what youre going to find there, they even have a seasonal section. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. TJ was definitely the exception, he was very pleasant and professional, and he went above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned. I say this being someone who has worked with the public all my life. The Janaf store is lucky to have TJ there working for them. I will be asking for him next time I go in.

Amazing customer service from the furniture department, the two ladies were covering the 6 different customers without a hint of complaining. Came in like an hour and a half before they closed and they still rocked it. Even hand-trucked it straight to my truck on her own. HUGE props to Melissa and her manager 10/10 give them a raise.

Usually a good place for discounts but lots of empty shelves today and there entire frozen and refrigerated section completely empty :(

The employees were polite. They had a wide variety of items and we were able to find everything we went to buy. We were in town on vacation and needed a few items we forgot at home, including some towels.

I like to shop here, they are better than the Princess Anne location that got shut down last year. They are clean, organized, but a little limited on things. I remember they used to get various clearance rack items, and now they are just a specialty and convenience store.

It was the ONLY place I could find the containers I was looking for. I found those here for less than $5 where as they were $36 online.

Much improved over the original store in Arrowhead. Facility is bright, clean, spacious and well organized. Parking is better. The old spot was just that....old. It was time for a refresh, and this is it.

Big Lots is great for household items. I do like it for cleaning item and not pay the high prices of the grocery store. I did like Big Lots when it was messy better, but its ok neat and clean and renovated. Enjoy Big Lots.

Very Happy!! I return my my 10 ft. x 30 swimming Pool, I had bought weeks ago, even though I threw away the receipt cause I was set on that price $87.99 for the 10 ft. Had no intention to return it until I saw this Awesome deal! so, I was scrolling on the Internet and came across store that was selling a 12 ft.x 30 pool for the same price as the 10 ft. so I could not pass up that deal on the 12 ft. Pool. I Love Big Lots,! Great People!
