I had a change in my business that has had me printing drastically less, so Im not near as frequent a customer as in the past. And Ive received calls asking if there was anything I need, have had some trouble with a cartridge or two (and when I do print, I need it to work) and Jeanne has been nothing short of extraordinary in demonstrating my value as a customer and going over and above in fixing any issue I may have. I cant recommend this Cartridge Man highly enough!

Very nice staff; however, my replacement cartridge didnt work. Im going to go back today and exchange it to see if a new one of their replacement cartridges will work in my printer.... If so, then, its worth the visit 👍

Very professional and helpful staff. They do all the recycling in house so you pay a small fraction of what you would in Staples or Wal-Mart for the same exact product. Ill never go anywhere else for printer ink.
