I am highly disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for YEARS. I purchased some orajet inkjet printable adhesive but I needed Jbss printable sheets for T-shirt’s. I ordered 31 sheets of the wrong paper and I was not asking for a refund but simply an exchange for the same amount of paper which was the exact same price. I had just ordered it yesterday. They denied me of an exchange and I had to pay $61.00 a second time. When I asked to speak to a manager the representative acted as if he went in the back to speak with a manager but came back a few seconds later to say the manager wasn’t in. When I asked for a contact number he gave me the store number all for me to call and that same person answers claiming the manager wasn’t in. I think this is TERRIBLE customer service and complete rip off of my money. I will not be spending another penny in this store. And I have referred a lot of people to this establishment. I will be sure to spread this news. These days customer service is everything.

I first found Clean Cut when they were on Bonney Rd. and they have grown A LOT since then. Their selection keeps getting better, and the employees are very helpful. Its nice to have a local store where the owner listens to suggestions and helps if he can. Thank you!

Everyone here is always so helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products! If you need help finding the right product for your project these guys are the ones to ask. They carry so many different colors in stock or you can order online and shipping is ultra-fast! A little hard to see from the road but definitely a Hidden Gem!

Perfect for when you have a deadline and need more supplies! Instead of paying way too much at Michaels. Staff is always nice and very helpful and reward system is a plus.

I was recommended this place while I was standing in the Cricut isle at Michaels, and I am so thankful for that. The prices are great and the product is top notch. The variety of colors and options in both 651 vinyl and heat transfer vinyl is amazing, very likely to have what you’re looking for. I had so many questions as I’m new to this and the sweet woman up front (with pink in her hair) was so kind and patient, I felt like I was being a pain and she was so happy to help me. Will be back for sure!

Went here yesterday for the first time. They had the best prices in the area that I could find. I picked up some HTV for a first time project and had some questions. The staff were extreemly helpful and full of knowledge. This has now become my go to for my supplies!

I have been doing a lot of business here and absolutely enjoyed coming in looking at new material and talking with the girls that work there. Today I went to exchange ONE large sheet of holographic vinyl for another color, same size and same type of vinyl and couldnt! It was an exchange not a return as the receipt does state no return! Im always giving my business and always referring friends to this company but if I cant make an exchange because of a simple mistake of buying the wrong color then I wont be coming back to do business. As I might add you honor teachers and military giving a whopping 5% discount, how pathetic! We do so much for the community and thats what we get! Loosing business is crazy over one simple swap of color for a color that I just bought two days ago! Ill buy online instead!

Just leaving out the store the check out girl was so rude and unconcerned . If this is a business that need better front people . I spinner the wheel and it landed on scrap bag which I have a friend that won the same prize before . So I told the girl. I wouldn’t be able to do nothing with transfer paper that she gave me cause she doesn’t have anymore scrap bags so I asked if there’s something else I can get instead she says no unfortunately this is all I have which is understandable but literally nothing else she could of did which is beyond me. so I left out and came back in and said I can’t dp nothing she try to give me tips on using it and I will never use it as I said cause I don’t use the htv. So I just left basically I spent more money just to spin a wheel and excotedabot a bag you didn’t have.my friend received a bag before and had all different type of things in it . Now I’m stuck with something that’s going to collect dust. Next month I will order all of my things in bulk so I will never have to come back and shop here again . I will have a better vendor and don’t have to deal with that. Little things big things they all matters . And her nonchalant attitude wasn’t nessary

At the advice of an employee, I purchased several sheets of the Easyweed Stretch HTV for some t-shirts that I am making. I also purchased regular HTV. The regular HTV cut out as it is supposed to. The stretch did not cut out at all and I wasted an entire piece. When I called the store to enquire about this, I was told the directions and blade recommendation are on their website. Well, I have looked and clicked on every link at the bottom of the website; there seems to be no such link. The person I spoke with on the phone was not helpful at all. Did not know what she was talking about and the only thing she could tell me is that there are no refunds or exchanges. So now I am stuck with junk and out my money. I will never recommend anyone shop here and I will never be back. Worst business practices ever.

I was looking to have some decals made up for my vehicle, but didnt want to order online because I didnt want to 3-7 days and pay for S&H. Come to find out this place was 5 minutes down the street from me. I went in, at th last minute, and the lady came out to my car to help take measurements, match up the colors, and to get an idea of what i was looking for. In about 20 she had the design and had them printed and cut and ready to go. All the other local shops were telling me they could have it done in about 3 days, but Clean Cut Graphics did it in about 20 minutes.......and they all came out great. Defenitely a hidden gem!!!! Awseome customer service!!! I wouldve given 10 stars, but this thing maxes out at 5 stars!!!!
