I have purchased 3 cakes here. They do an amazing job. This was their first green drip cake I had in mind for a Halloween Baby shower. Everyone loved the cake and said they will definitely be using Walmart in the future. Tastes so good and they where so friendly Siham Laaguiby & Pamela Welton. This is related to the pharmacy. I have only used the pharmacy once for prescription pick up until today. I went for a flu shot. They were courteous, professional & efficient. Jeff administered my vaccine & I hardly felt it nor is my arm very sore. Kudos to all working the VERY busy pharmacy. Now I know just where to get any needed vaccines. Thanks a bunch & you are very much appreciated.
Lots of conference rooms and a beautiful shrub garden with a nice pond with a fountain in the middle.Only expect housekeeping on Mon-Wed if you request it, and then it may still be optional for them. Check the room for big beetle bugs, but dont worry about feeding them as they probably have food on the floor from the previous tenets.Great hotel if you have dogs as they have three separate fenced in dog play areas. Big dogs are allowed. Their loud barking can be your wake up call if you are lucky enough to have one as a neighbor.Theres a nice childrens playground 50 yards away from the dog play areas, but close enough to watch your dog and your kids at the same time.
Register 16 card reader has been broken for months, they still try and use it with 25 other registers available. The prices on the shelf do not match the prices in their system, and even though WalMart price matches when I showed them a price on their own site they didnt believe me and werent going to match the price...... Avoid this place at alllllll costs.
This store was nice,good customer service skills,but they need more mobility scooter.
This store is so busy I can never get parking close to an entrance. Theyre always packed and theres always a waiting line. It doesnt matter when or what time you go.

One of the worst restaurant experience ever !!! Got there at 5p.m party of 6 sat down we loved the environment the set up was kool but we were seated right where you can see the kitchen which was dirty !!! Waited 2 hrs literally watching all this good looking food be served not to mention people being served before us then when they where minutes to closing at u they brought out our food every meat was over cooked burnt the grease had burnt out you could smell it soon as they brought it outtt !!! Mac bad been scrapped from the bottom of the pannn everything was horrible. We asked to speak to the manager his demeanour was the icing on the cake he LITERALLY did not care at alllll !!!!!!!!! I told him we wanted nothing but the 2 drinks that my aunt ordered form the bar bc they where fine !! He did nothing for inconvenience didnt say anything about the food bc he knew it was trash !!!!! I was livid bc it was a special occasion and we drove far to come there & support Black business !!!!! He should be shamed of himself how he acted ...PERIOD

Short handed and in the self check out I was having a problem with splitting my debit card so ask the cashier overseeing the check out to help me well she had no idea and walked away so then I was looking for someone to help and this unprofessional same cashier that walked off said I was being rude and would not help me then another cashier came over and fixed the problem in a min. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT WALMART AGAIN you know when your doing the job checking myself out I do not feel if I need help I should feel like Im bothering the employee getting paid at work
They do not pay their employees properly. The employees are in return very rude and careless of their job and customers. They also have a dead mans clause in their application. Meaning they own rights to all you possess when you die and your family will have to fight them for it!!!
This is not the cleanest walmart in the area, but its close and convenient. Be sure to check the expiration dates on every food item you purchase here. I got cheese that had mold on it but the dates were fine.

Very poor customer service experience in the electronics department. Tried to buy xbox controller and headset, but service person told me that she didnt think that they had any in store, and asked if I could stand aside so that she could check out customer behind me in the line. I know that the items were in store (Just needed to have service person to get items from locked display cabinets). Went across the street and made purchase at Target. Paid a few dollars more, but worth it in quality service and time.
Bargain prices for great stuff! Have to keep an eye out for deals and specials. One stop shop for home needs

They really need to upstairs customer service when they see more than 3 ppl in line.. there is no way a huge establishment like this should have ppl waiting in line more than 15 minutes to return an item.
Endless lines at checkout. People just abandoned their carts and left. Rotten apples and opened spinach containers. I stopped for convenience sake because I was passing by. Ill never make that mistake again.
I went during mid day restocking and vacationers rush. So isles were jammed and register was a long wait.Store was clean, organized and staff was helpful - I could not find distilled water and was walked right to it.
They need to teach their sales associates or the people who are working in certain departments how to communicate with the customer. Our associate could care less if we were standing there waiting or not.
Great in availability of all products I need it. They truly need to hire more people because it was so crowded with three cashiers. Plus, the lines for self-checkout were extremely long. But, I still loved it!
The dressing rooms were completely closed and there wasnt a staff member in sight anywhere throughout the store apart from the check-out aisles.
I appreciate the cashiers coming to work, but Id rather they didnt if they are going to take 35 minutes to ring out 4 customers.
Their gas station on Tidewater Dr is the only place to go for regular gas. I know of no other place that offers gasoline at a cheaper price. Thats a fact. On average, I save about $0.20 a gallon over the average price in Norfolk area... Everytime. Now you know.
I love the convenience of curbside pick up. The employees Ive encountered has provided great customer service.
I just needed to buy gift cards and the cashiers said only customer service can do that. I waited 30 minutes in that line. The customer service people were like what? Never heard of that.. Somebody in management needs to get their act together.
Have my favorite ice cream bars. (Mexico) They are so good with a lot of real fruit and flavor.
This place has just gone from bad to worst. Before I even walked in I found a GFCI outlet without a weatherproof box outside. The freezers aren’t clean at all — they weren’t the last time I came here. Some of the freezer aisles are blocked. There’s litter everywhere in the parking lot and it hasn’t been cleaned. The store overall isn’t that clean at all. There aren’t any carts inside. This store really needs to hire better management and associates, and a lot of building maintenance and cleaning needs to be done. In fact, it would be even better if they just renovated this place completely. Never visit this store.. I’d highly advise to go to any other Walmart instead.
Just another trip to the local Walmart for supplies and such. Found what I needed without any issues, plenty of stock as well. The store was clean and well maintained and theres more than enough parking.Only complaint I have is that there never seems to be enough cashiers to handle the flow of customer traffic.The self check out area was fast though! And the employee that was handling the 10 self check out stations was ON POINT! She made sure the line kept moving and she did it with a smile and a great attitude!
I placed a delivery order online and the driver delivered it to a completely different address. Tried calling the store but no one picked up. Horrible customer service. If your looking for a reliability, this Walmart is not it.
It was my favorite place to go. Shelves picked over. I have OTC Benefits, but they dont seem to stay stacked up.

Most of the associates Ive dealt with are nice, but lately they have been enforcing a strict policy of 20 items or less in self checkout. My daughter was asked to separate our cart to two different check out stations or we couldnt check out. This is ridiculous considering it wouldnt have changed the number of item we had to scan, and the sign for twenty items is not posted outside the scanning area. This makes it incredibly hard to see when the line is over 30 ft long from the entrance because there were only 3 regular cashiers open. The whole point of self checkout is to save the store money in staffing costs, so why one Labor Day weekend are there only 3 registers open? This is why even though we live less than a 5 minute drive away I usually drive 20 minutes across town to another Walmart and the difference is night and day. This location obviously needs a change in management. I spent over 30 minutes in line for 10 minutes worth of shopping. If not for the associates normally being nice enough it would be a 1 star.
I called Tidewater Dr. store & Janaf. I needed info from the electronics department. Neither store would answer the phone!! Theres 30 minutes Ill never get back!
This store was great when we moved here almost 3 years ago. Felt safer, easy to navigate. Customer service has really dropped out though and theres rarely carts available because the cart pushers cant be bothered to do the job theyre paid for. If you need a cart, get one from a corral walking in or youll wind up going back out to get one anyway. The cashiers move at a glacial pace until lines are backed halfway into softlines and a manager has to come in and throw a fit.Shelves are usually half stocked and its clear presentation or ease of access isnt emphasized at this location. Store manager is rude as well. Very frustrating location now. They cant manage to keep self check machines running properly to accepting all payment forms either. They definitely dont set the standard for efficiency. Disappointed to see how this store has gone downhill.

I have been to many Walmart Supper Stores in different areas and I found the shelves pretty well stock just no Manicotti Shells which was the main reason for going to Walmart. I will go back next week and I hope to have better luck. Other than that Im very satisfied with Walmart and all their employees.
Its Wal-Mart. Another Wal-Mart Supercenter. Theres groceries and home goods, clothes, shoes, toys, gardening supplies, grilling supplies, etc... Everything every Wal-Mart Supercenter has with the same employee attitude; maybe were around, maybe were not! It is usually pretty well stocked on pretty much every item though, I like this store for availability of products.
Had to wait 45minutes before checking out my groceries. Went to the self checkout but was told only 20 items or less to use them. And if I try to use the self checkout, with more than 20 items it would stop scanning or that main office would stop it from scanning manually. So I guess I suppose to wait 2hour at a human ran checkout, and have my frozen groceries un-thaw, while waiting? Eventually they open another register, not my best experience with Walmart 👎👎

I brought some Pepperidge Farm Thin and Crispy dark chocolate chip cookies. I havent eaten them in years but these cookies was soon delicious I love crispy stuff and these was great. I hope they make some with pecans or walnuts added to the crispy dark chocolate chips cookies

Most incompetent employees Ive ever dealt with in my life! Waited over 30 minutes at the counter for ammo for literally nobody to show up after being called 3 times by another employee. Go to register to price match and the cashier said I dont know how to do that. I choose to just leave as I knew how waiting for a manager would go.
Yesterday, I did my grocery pick-up, nothing wrong with the service except this highly offense fly that came with order... Whomever made the flyer is not properly educated on what Memorial Day is... I have attached a photo so you can see what actually means... In addition, salute to our soldier, is highly offense to the other Branch of the Military... Soldier refers to the army only, this is a mix military town... Memorial day is about the people that have given the ultimate sacrifice for their country. Just reminder you have a memorial for a person that has passed away....that means theyre dead and its in their memory, its not a barbecue day or grilling day.

They need to bring back there tripple chocolate pods. They need to put some people up at the register. Everytime you get in line the one employee standing there tells you card only. Lines are always long. Two cash out may have a cashier other than that rest of the employees are acting like they are busy.

Went to this location today. I was trying to buy some parfumes but when i press the calling button, nobody came. Asked employee who was around she told me to go to customer service. Went to customer service, they closed. Asked a lady who looks like a manager, she said they short staff so customer service.closed. Asked her is someone has the key to open parfume shelf, she said someone supposed to be there. Nobody has key except that person.Went back to parfume shelf pressing plenty of times calling button. And nobody came. Wasted 30mins there and I did not get what I need to buy. So dissapointed with this location.

Wal Mart in janaf, you know what to expect yet somehow end up surprised every time. As far as Walmarts go, I have generally had good experiences at this one.
Although it wasnt too crowded things took forever but staff was very slow. I had to wait for about 30 minutes for someone to unlock the propane tank cage minutes thats after standing in the line for about 10 minute to pay.
I ordered new tires on July 12th. The earliest appointment they had was July 25th at 7:00 AM. I showed up at 7:00 for my appointment only to be told through a locked door, we dont open until 9:00. How do you schedule an appointment two hours before you open? I went inside and picked up my tires, you will get no more money from me Wal-Mart.

I utilize pick up services it was pouring rain I backed my car to the door that employees use to come out and load your groceries. Very professional and efficient.
Found everything I needed. Staff was distant and hard to find. Patrons were very friendly and kind. The store was maintaining one door usage and staff that I seen had their masks on.
I hate going to this Walmart shelves need to be stocked.. Only 2 cashiers working registers on a Saturday!!!!. Ridiculous. Especially since its a huge store.. Put some of these Managers on a register!..

It was WALMART. Typically very crowded and long lines. Unfortunately these days there are not very many other places to shop. And whats up with self-checkouts not taking cash???? And then only having 1 or 2 lanes where you can pay cash with a wait time of 30 minutes PLUS to check out. WHY DO I TORTURE myself?

The only reason I give it 1 star is not because of anything inside. The outside parking lot in unacceptable. The amount of trash all thru out was beyond out of control. It was an eye sore. I didnt even want to go inside. Nevermind the fact that all the shopping carts were piled up all over the place. Even in parking spots. Smh. As you were. Please do better.

I was just there at the Tidewater Drive location on Sunday looking for a certain Lance snacks white cheddar cheese box that a co-worker gave me the other day. When I was just about to give up, I saw the box that I was looking for. I didnt have enough money to buy it, but I will return to get it on Friday. Despite the location always being crowded, they have some surprisingly low prices.
Walmart is definitely my favorite place to pick up possibly anything I may need. My only complaint is that you guys have more lines open and always have both side of your self check out open. Other than that I love shopping here. Prices are great and you can find everything you need.
The quality of this store seems to just get worse everytime I go there. Its crazy how jacked up the garden center was. If Id thought of it I wouldve taken pictures. SMH
Went In here with my boyfriend and we witnessed two kids, maybe 10-14 popping fireworks inside the Walmart, told employees and they did nothing until the two boys eventually set the piñata display ON FIRE. I only go here out of necessity because of the craziness that goes on here and the lax attitudes of some of the people working here.
More registers open and more associates on duty since last year. Much appreciated.

Nice thing about a SuperCenter is that its not very different, if at all, from the ones at other locations from even out-of-state! Large parking space. Usually staffed sufficiently, so that theres someone to help out if you need it in the shopping aisles. Spacious parking lot. Good location at Military Circle, close to many other shopping points and eateries.
Its in a convenient location, usually have what I need, and are fairly priced. I would not recommend it if you are handicapped or need a electric shopping cart to ride for those of you who have trouble walking long distance or standing in line. Their lines can be long and a long wait and they only have one or two working electric handicap carts and its next to impossible to get one unless you get there very early as soon as they open or at one of their slowest times. They also have bad customer service I would not recommend this place.
One frustration in foods: Many price tabs missing. Didnt buy bacon after all because couldnt see prices. Only 2 checkout lanes open?? Many staff more focused on cell phones.
