This place is awesome! Perfect Autumn vibes, staff are very interactive and kind. I got the Caramel Creamy Latte small 😋 for $5.50 and The Big Kahuna for $9.99. Sandwich was not good in my opinion 🤷🏽‍♂️ but it was also cold and I didnt eat it until I got back to my dorm. But the Latte was amazing and ill definitely be going back for more!

The coffee is powerful but tasty. I like the theme of the place. The sandwich was tasty, quick, and the price was fair. I think the boss was being kinda moody towards the barista. Did an order through GrubHub and ended up getting Avolox Combo. Then I also got a Honey Cinnamon Latte with toffee nut flavoring, I ordered a small cause I was worried I wouldnt like it, but it was amazing and totally regretting not getting the bigger size.The Avolox was also amazing.Will definitely be ordering/coming here again.

Its a small coffee shop located on the lively Colley Avenue. The little patio would be nice for a date or quick break.I got the Pulp Fiction juice. I almost caved and bought a smoothie bowl. But, I opted for the juice to get my feet wet. I was expecting more kick from the ginger. Its a wonderful drink; however, I felt the pineapple was the strongest part of it. I think Im going to purchase the glass bottle to get the 10% discount on future purchases. If Im to frequent any of the locations, it would be a wise investment.

A bit of a wait, but the drinks were totally worth it! This place reminds me of a trendy NYC coffee store. They have a lot of drinks variety and offers bakery items and food such as sandwiches as well. I had the Cocoamocha and the White Chocolate Toffee drinks, they’re delicious! There’s not a lot of seatings, but once COVID is over this would be a great and cozy place to hang out!

Don’t let the name box you in... it’s not in Town Center and there’s so much more than juice here!Their bowls are NEXT LEVEL. I got the Thai Market bowl. Cucumber keeps it fresh and light... And that chili garlic mango just makes it.My friends got the Pacific Rim bowl, which they also loved. I’ll probably never try it because Thai Market is my new go-to lunch. 👍🏼

I have been a fan since this location opened. The drinks are amazing but Im concerned about the slow decline in quality of the food. Is anyone doing quality control at all? Does the food meet the same standards as when this place first opened? As a loyal customer, please do better.

The usual menu of espresso drinks is available, but the nitro brew selection is what truly stands out (my favorite is the brown sugar vanilla latte). The juice blends are delicious and not overly sweetened.The food menu consists primarily of well-crafted, healthy but reasonably filling meals with vegetarian options. The warm bowls are heavily spiced with a diverse assortment of flavor profiles, and take some time to prepare, but are worth the wait.The owner and staff members are accommodating and knowledgeable about their menu, and the care they put into their work shows. Town Center Cold Pressed is a perfect spot for a revitalizing drink after working out, or to spend time with friends over a meal that leaves you satisfied but not full to bursting.

Ordered a nitro cold brew and an oatmeal bowl. The wait was reasonable but when I opened my bag there was an order mixup in the kitchen. The man at the front register quickly apologized and remedied the issue. Great coffee, food, and service!

This is my go to place for My Favorite Latte. The Staff are always accommodating, efficient and treat you like family. My favorite is a turmeric maple cinnamon latte with 2 shots of espresso and pistachio milk. It is definitely a Great way to start up your day, excite your neurons and Leaving with a smile because the staff is so friendly makes it worth the trip every time... Thank You Ladies❤️

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The menu here is exciting and refreshing with options you cant find anywhere else. Everything Ive tried has been excellent and well made.When my friends and I stopped by on a rainy day, Gabe was an excellent host and had a real passion for the drinks he was making. Ive never met a barista who could create such fun flavour palettes and he did so with ease, while educating us on the techniques he was using along the way.This is definitely my new go-to!

What a refreshing twist on such a boring beverage. Ive never been a real coffee drinker, but always found myself in a coffee shop meeting or hanging with friends. I happened to just walk into this Cold Pressed because it looked so inviting, little did I know what it was all about. From the minute I walked in I was memorized, from the beautiful food bowls, the speciality nitrogen based coffee drinks, to the fact that they dont even carry decaf just for the fact that they dont want to be labeled as just another coffee shop. I can appreciate that, and I appreciate this establishment. I absolutely did not give this place the justice or explanation that any one of their fine baristas could, do yourself a favor and stop in for yourself to see what things are all about.

I’ve been in search for the best Acai Bowl in Virginia. I recently moved from Florida so its been hard to find the clean eating places I am used to. Immediately upon walking into Town Center Cold Pressed I could feel an ambiance about the place. Everything on their menu is clean and made to order. Even the locals spoke highly of this establishment! I couldn’t be happier with my bowl and I will be back to try more!

Count me impressed. This little shop goes beyond my expectations to be honest. The food is presented beautifully, but even better is the taste. The atmosphere of the shop is very relaxed and they offer free WiFi to their customers. Their menu is a little pricey compared to your average Dunkin Donuts, but what you are paying for is undeniably quality which makes it worth it in my opinion. For all those students out there, dont forget to ask for the student discount they offer. It makes things a little easier. They boast a wide variety of foods, juices, smoothies, and coffee. What Ive experienced so far has run on the sweet side flavor wise (as opposed to savory or salty), but the menu is really creative with their recipes. For a small shop, their are fairly quick with busting out drinks, but if you are ordering food it may take a little while, particularly when they are busy. Its worth the wait though, so if you have some time I definitely recommend coming in and enjoying the atmosphere for an hour or two. If you are busy, they do do to-go orders and you are absolutely able to call ahead which makes life easier if you dont have a lot of time on your hands.They are on Colley Avenue which is a pretty busy street, so parking can be a bit of a problem at times. Dont worry too much though, because theres a fairly large amount of parking opportunities on the avenue and side streets. I also find that the pavement is pretty smooth and catered to wheels, so people who have issues walking shouldnt have too much trouble (though the store is small so there really isnt much space inside for something like a wheel chair to turn or maneuver). That said, they have a quaint little outside area that people should take advantage of in nice weather.Im in love with their Dont worry Be happy bowl, which for an oatmeal bowl comes across as surprisingly light and refreshing. The Cocomocha coffee is deliciously sweet as well, but to be honest, the real gem of my experiences in this shop are their smuices. In that wonderful halfway point between a smoothie and a juice, these puppies are smooth and creamy while maintaining a fresh crisp taste because of the way they make them. The Energy Rejuvenator is an 11/10 and they are happy to bend the recipes for you picky people (like myself) or if you have allergies.I also recommend the Turkish Delight bowl, though I ate it to quickly to get a photo. Its really got a homey flavor that I would order over and over again on lazy winter morning. I really like their use of Cardamom which gives it a really unique taste.

Loved it the first time so kept giving them chances but after 3 bad experiences in a row we stopped going. All 3 bad times we brought friends so it was embarrassing. They really need better training. Too many new employees who know nothing about food or customer service and don’t even know their own menu. Also, serving a raw egg is just never ok and shaming your customers for not eating it, after they waited 45 minutes for you to prepare a raw egg is unacceptable

My first visit to this establishment and it wont be my last. The barista was beyond hospitable as well as the cashier. The staff is very friendly and inviting. My juice was very refreshing and had a natural sweetness from the apples and pineapples. The activated charcoal waffle was cooked perfectly. They accompany it with a sriracha maple syrup that was perfect with the chicken and egg. I can appreciate a health food establishment that does everything right. I highly recommend a visit.

Picked up my usual a large mocha with extra shots of espresso and let me tell you, I’ve neck tasted a better coffee. The gentleman who made it (I think his name is Gabe) took a couple of minutes to make it with passion and i felt like he was making art. Furthermore, i was welcomed with smiles from the whole crew who we’re doing their job with commitment in order not to waste anybody’s time. I made my decision yo make this spot my regular and every sip i take of this beautiful beverage tells me that. Thank you so much guys :)

If there is one thing I hate, its putting myself in new places especially on my own. I placed an online order, went and picked up breakfast and stopped by to get my order. Not only were the two ladies at the counter extremely gorgeous but they were both very welcoming and friendly. They told me about scanning/checking in on the app to earn points when I stop in to get my order (which I had no idea!). This is the first time I have stopped in to order something for myself and it was DELISH. The brown sugar vanilla latte with oat milk was sooooo good! Omg I wish I could have it every day! While it was a little pricey for a large, the atmosphere makes up for it! I cant wait to stop back again and try new items! Thanks for making me feel welcome, it was nice visiting somewhere new that wasnt so overwhelming!

A group of friends and I stopped in for coffee on a rainy day. We in no way planned to stay for 2 hours but we did. Both the staff and the menu are exceptional.

I come here for the ice water. You just can’t beat it. They never skimp you on water, and the ice cubes are the perfect size.

If I was rating TCCP on their amaaaazing smoothie bowls, milks, or lattes alone, it’d be an easy five stars. I don’t enjoy much of the menu beyond these items, but those three things keep me coming back!

By far one of the best areas to get fresh juice, smoothies, smucices, (juice smoothies) and oatmeal bowl.

Trust the process, trust the staff! I came in this morning and Gabe crafted me an excellent drink after noticing that I was still sweating from a workout. I knew I wanted to toss in some whey protein and recommended me the After Workout, tossing in some other fruit that made plain old almond milk taste WAY more refreshing. If you ever get a recommendation from the staff here, take it! Their taste is excellent and I’d highly recommend coming here if you’re in the mood for a casual smoothie or need a quick recovery from a workout, like me!

I love TCCP: they make such wonderful coffee! The food is good too--Im a huge fan of the Lox-zilla bagel. The staff is cheerful & very pleasant, which is the reason I keep going; from the first every time Ive been there theyve just been wonderful: friendly, helpful & even when busy, always take time to explain what theyre doing if youre interested in whatever drink they are preparing. Before the rona when we were allowed to sit @ the bar you could learn just by watching the barristas make various drinks & ask them about what they were doing.My only issues are problems for management, not something the staff can fix: their app sucks. Its so bad I only use the app for ordering pick-up & even then sometimes theres a problem & I just have to go in-person. The owners resisted adding sugar & various artificial sweeteners to this location, despite there being a full condiment section in the Town Centre location, but one of the barristas added it on her own which I truly appreciated (see what I mean about wonderful service?) & guaranteed Id come back as long as I live in Norfolk! Thanks yall!

This place is fantastic!!! I had a latte and Spanish Harlem bagel for breakfast and I couldnt have had a smoother latte. The bagel toasts were perfectly made too, with a unique combo of tastes and a nice soft bagel to bite into. Ivan the manager is so passionate about the business and really bringing Third Wave coffee and healthy eating to Norfolk. Next item on the menu to try: Tumeric Maple Cinnamon Latte with Pistachio Milk! 😍

The juice is delicious and they dont add ice (which I prefer) and they honestly fill your cup up to the brim (which I love) so you 100% get everything you pay for. Plus again the juice there is just delicious.

We went there to take advantage of the free coffee they were giving out for veterans day. I had a black iced coffee with a little bit of milk and it was delicious! The coffee was not not too bitter and had great flavor. The restaurant has a nice sitting area, and has a relaxing environment that is very inviting. I hear great things about their food but didnt try any on this trip. If youre interested in wholesome, organic foods and delicious coffee I would recommend this to you. The food is a little pricey though 👍.

Drinks are amazing, staffs attitudes could be a bit better & they could crack a smile once in a while. I’ve gotten the same girl all the times I’ve been & her attitude is horrible. She’s so stiff & vague.Lighten up.

Food and coffee are great. However it always takes forever, even if you get just coffee. Staff do not seem to be concerned with speed. And its super tight and narrow to sit and walk inside.

My first visit was today. The first juice I purchased, drop the beat, was good. The “Warm Bowl” was nasty - straight nasty. The Thai Market. Picture this: two small, nice slices of avocado perched atop and in and a half of sweetened shredded coconut. I couldn’t believe it. I just kept digging shredded coconut out of the bowl and piling it up. Enough for a full sheet of 7-layer bars I suppose. The “charred chicken” was way over seasoned and looked terrible, not tasty. The base was supposed to be “roasted potatoes” but it look more like lumpy melted butter. I think the bowl only fit the 3 small lumps because of the generous amount of sweetened shredded coconut. This coconut does not even appear in their menu photo. I could not eat 3/4 of the bowl because it was nearly all coconut with a small side of gross chicken. So I bought another juice. It was just okay and way too sweet, no nuance, just a sugar punch in the face. It was called Pulp Fiction but just tasted like sweetened pineapple juice. The guy who served me was nice, as a plus. Though the register was not being worked the first 5 minutes after I arrived, no one was on shift apparently. I’ll never eat their non-juice offerings again. Maybe I will try the “drop the beat” again.

Everything is natural and a lot of the items are homemade (my personal favorite is the pistachio milk latte..they make the pistachio milk in house and fuse it with agave.)The staff are amazingly friendly.Ask about their Latte foam printer!

Try the açaí bowl. You will thank me later, its like healthy ice cream. The coffee is great as well as all the juices. Check out this healthy option for a meal and you wont be disappointed.

Just got back to the states. Have been looking for a place like this. Very unique. Authentic. Good concept. Everything Ive tried has been delicious I have been into the juices but the field of green cold pressed juice is great. The warm bowls have unique blends that wake up the taste buds I can add this to my unique culinary experiences. The crew is everything. They definitely add to the experience. My suggestion? TRY EVERYTHING!

The barista Ivan made me his specialty drink and it was amazing. I trusted this man and was not let down. Not to mention the incredible marital advice he gave me. Not joking. The man was wise beyond his years. Coffee was banging as well.

My first time here and it was an awesome experience. After much contemplation, I decided to go with the pistachio mylk and the country roads warm bowl and added a poached egg to it. Needless to say, neither drink nor bowl lasted very long. U will definitely be back!!!!

Although I was not there for myself, I really enjoyed the staff there. The barista that made the caramochanut coffee for an order I was picking up this am, was really nice and sweet. She gave me a wonderful conversation as she did her craft and still made me feel welcomed during this social distancing. Love the atmosphere, the service and the location of this cafe. I cant say that Im in love of their food and coffee yet since I just tried the Iced Mocha, which is really good, but Im looking forward to try other drinks and their food.The Iced mocha: I always like my coffee less sweet but I forgot to ask for it this time but its not oversweet like some cafe who dont know how to make real coffee. I always think that even though you didnt ask for less sweet, a cup of good coffee shouldnt be too sweet anyways, and they delivered that.It was around 4:45-5 when I visit this place, and it was kinda crowded. The atmosphere is very nice here, people enjoying their coffee, chatting, eating etc.Its located the center of Town Center so its very convenient. There are some parking spots in front of the store too.

Just walked in moments ago. No staff was up front. Stood at the counter for 4 minutes and called Hello loudly a few times. Super chill place. Really comfy chairs. The guy who was working was very friendly and knowledgable of the menu. I ordered the Pistachio which is a superfood latte made with: pistachio, Himalayan sea salt, cinnamon, and almond milk. It was wonderful. They have really nice wall photos. Would definitely go back.

Quality coffee.

Waited about 45 mins for a waffle and two smoothies with no other customers. The service was very polite I just think they probably forgot about me. The waffle tasted okay, but I probably wouldnt order again. The vibe is trendy and a little hipster, perfect for the ghent area. Willing to give it another try when in the area again.

I have visited this location 3-5 times and generally had positive experiences. My main issue is that they advertise cold press juices, but they arent fresh compared to the organic food stores or health food store cold press juices ive experienced.Cold pressed juices have the advantage of extremely high nutritional value when a juicer is used right before serving. I find that places that serve cold press juice immediately after juicing offer a higher quality product nutritionally, than a place that pre-juices everything. The nutritional value diminishes in the hours that pass after initial juicing and I have no idea of knowing how recent the juice was made.There was also no music playing in the shop, and the vibe was pretty stiff.

Normally this place is okay. But at the time on Colley Avenue there was a marathon going on which gave me a bad experience. I couldnt get out of Colley Avenue Ghent area just because of that reason and the customer had to wait almost an hour and a half before they got the order. But overall they get four stars.

Not celiac/gluten-intolerant friendly. This place was highly recommended to me by a friend. When I went in, I inquired about gluten free menu options. I was informed about their gluten free bagel. I asked which would be the best option, double checked the items on the bagel were also gluten free, and ordered. When the manager brought over the food, I even asked a second time if the bagel was gluten free. He told me it was a gluten-free everything bagel, just like you ordered. I took a bite and became even more suspicious. It just didnt taste right. When I went back up front, I asked for a third time about the bagel and was finally told it wasnt gluten free. They offered to make me a new bagel but by the time it came out, I had to rush home to deal with the effects of the first bagel. The experience left me embarrassed, sick, and uncomfortable. Itll probably be at least a few days before I feel normal again. As much as I appreciate the refund and free drink coupon, I dont feel comfortable returning and wouldnt recommend it for those who struggle with gluten troubles.

Had to edit review because although first experience was great, second and third were not good at all. Very inexperienced and unknowledgeable staff who made many many mistakes with very simple food. Served us a completely raw egg and tried to convince us that’s how a poached egg is supposed to be. We’re both cooks with restaurant experience, no that’s just a raw egg.

Bottled, refrigerated juices combined like a cocktail shaken with ice and strained. While they may have been juiced on the premises at some point they tasted flat and overly sweet. Disappointing to anyone looking for fresh juice made in front of them. For $6.99 per juice there’s no significant difference between this and something pulled from a supermarket.

They managed to get 2 stars because the location appeared clean and the flavor of the juice was good. Maybe Im used to the Green Cat or Heritage Cafe or juicing my own product. This is like watery....I heard ice in his shaker and I dont know if they just blend juices over ice like cocktails or if they actually juice fruits and veggies....so confused. The thickness or weight of fresh juice just isnt there...they were busy, but I found the cashier to be completely unfriendly and borderline rude. I paid $8 for a cup of watery juice. Not at all what I was expecting. Parking is limited but free.

First thought: this place is so small. But within 5 mins there, I forgot about that. Excellent customer service! Ivan and the other woman working there were so nice and we had conversations like we’ve been friends forever!the food was also delicious. I had the country roads and my friend had the Tex mex and we both cleaned our bowls! In fact, my friend returned the next morning to get a smuice and said that was good too. Only thing: service isn’t the fastest. Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry. It’s perfect for a leisure meal or if you have work to do and want to be in a cafe setting.

I had a fantastic experience in Norfolk! The barista / manager mixed me the best banana avocado chai latte for my birthday three weeks ago! I paired it with a Tex Mex bowl and the presentation was to die for. Let me just say the Avacado slices on top were a hit and the dish itself was oozing with flavor. If you go ask for Ivan, hell not only mix you a drink according to your taste pallet but hell explain the benefits of each ingredient.
