I had replaced the control arms on my truck and the alignment was way off. It took a couple of times to get it right which was no easy task but the general manager Rick was super nice and helpful and he along with his team got it straightened out. They did a great job and they even managed to get me in without a appointment. I am very pleased with the work they did as well as the customer service was excellent too.

My wife turned me on to Firestone a couple of years ago. I love it. Its always a drop off. Rick the manager does a great job.
Roommate brought her car in for inspection and get the brakes done. They fixed brakes and gave her a passing inspection. Then my roommates proceeded to roll off the lot and almost rolled into traffic when her brake pedal hit the floor with near zero response. All of this after they gave her a Passing state inspection.They brought it back in and flushed the brake lines and let her leave, but the brake responsiveness changed from before coming in and were spongy and didnt catch for 3 inches before slowing.She brought it back and was told it would be taken care of first thing in the morning and now we sit here at 4pm, still waiting for a call that the work was complete.

I have had nothing but bad things with this store. I gave the store specific notations for the car like make sure it’s locked at all times, and to make sure not to leave the steering wheel inside the car so no one can steal it or steal anything out of it. I come to pick it up and all my items are missing of a total about $1300 missing of my stuff. So if you want your car broken into or stolen bring it to Firestone where they leave your cars unlocked. The store told me they will not pay for it. Don’t even think they changed the oil because the oil looks and smells dirty.

Purchased 2 brand new tires online. Dropped off car to have two front tires mounted and balanced. Picked up the car and noticed the next day they put them on backwards. The side facing outwards clearing said “this side inwards” and also caused the front tires to not match the back tires with the incorrect side facing outwards. Dropped it off to have them fix their mistake, wasn’t even upset. Some guy in a man bun helped me. We walk out the door to go look at my problem and he says “don’t try and flirt with me I’m going to get it fixed for you”. I didn’t respond. Next comment he says “it’s ok I know I’m gorgeous”. Side note- he’s not gorgeous. Again I didn’t respond. Then then proceeds to ask if I’m married. I am. End of conversation weirdo. Pick up my car, tires are COVERED in lube on the outside and then tell me I need to pay to have my tire plugged because I have a nail. My first thought was that’s probably a lie because my tire sensor would’ve went off so I decline their service and have my husband check it to find there were no nails in none of my tires. Called the manager Victoria to complain and she was very nice. DONT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE. PLEASE.

They are extremely unethical and not just this location this just happens to be the last one I went to! This place tried to convince me I needed $1100 worth of work I did not need! When I took my car to my personal mechanic he informed me there was nothing wrong with the ones I had! Last April they tried to get me to put new struts on my car to which this time when I went there they made no mention if bad struts! I had another location want to charge me $900 for a fuel pump! The part costs $129 and the rest was labor! So I decided to sell the car! I watch the person who purchased my car replace the fuel pump in 15 minutes! Every single time its something new! If you go there and they give you a list of things they recommend you fixing 100% guaranteed a portion of it you dont need!

Same as any garage Ive been to with the exception that the gentleman who helped me at the counter was funny, friendly, and explained things to me so I could understand what car need without a bunch of technobabble.
I called firestone and asked if they could do a state safety inspection on my travel trailer. They said yes they could if I brought it in they would be able to complete it that day. I asked if I needed to keep my vehicle attached to the camper and they said yes and directed me to park the camper in front of the store on the access road. I made arrangements to get picked up and loaded the camper and drove it to firestone. There was a steady moderate rain and the temperature was 38 degrees at the time. I dropped the camper off where I was directed, verified the location with the shop and rode home with my arranged ride. Approximately 1.5 hours later Firestone called and said they could not do the inspection because they could not jack up the camper because it was on the access road and could not inspect the brakes and I needed to pick it up, it was still raining and cold. They did not attempt to bring the camper into their parking lot or their stalls to do the inspection but rather didnt do it because it was cold and rainy. No explanation on why they told me to bring it down, park it where it was or even suggest that it would be a problem inspecting the camper.
This review is not really directed at this location in particular, but more at the corporate level. I made an appointment online to have an alignment done, the next day bright and early. It was around noon when i made the appointment so plenty of time to call it there were any issues.. Woke up early to go drop it off and got a call saying they wouldnt be able to get to it, and the online appointments are more of a request for an appointment. Why have this option available if it doesnt actually do anything? I ended up having to drop off the vehicle until the next morning. Also was not offered the print off from the alignment machine. I hope they really did a proper alignment not just a tow and go.
Steer clear of this location. Made an appointment for a brake change, dropped my car off early( I know that doesnt mean my car was worked on early, just a fact), and didnt hear anything from them until I decided to call at 5:30pm. Was told by the receptionist that cant seem to find other words to say other than ummm that they dont have my brake pads in stock and they had to order them from the dealer and my car would be done by the best day. Fast forward to the next day at 2:30pm. Still no phone call so I decided to call them again for an update. I was told that the brake pads wont be there until the end of the week. I told them I needed my car so I asked them to put it back together. I was told I had to prepay for the services, which is understandable due to them ordering parts. Its now Friday at 5pm. When I picked my car up I didnt even make it down the road before there were noises coming from the brand new brakes I just paid for. We will see what they say this time.....
They were really helpful. But initially the price it was going to cost was way higher than other shops. I recommend getting a second opinion before making a final decision on something thats gonna cost in the thousands.
Made an appointment for 9am. Got there 8:55 and they had the wrong service listed. Corrected and said it should take a few hours. Come back at 11:20 and asked if it was done. The dude lied and said he’s just finishing it up(my car was in the parking lot and had not moved). Had to call him on his bs 3 hours after my appointment time to be told that they were still working on a car from yesterday. Lies, poor service, overpriced labor and they won’t use parts you bought yourself. Don’t go here
I asked them to take a look at my tires during an oil change because I had a slow leak. They said everything checked out good, a few days later I found the nail.. Im sure they didnt check anything out.
I am submitting this complaint because my car was brought in for a oil change tire change an and alignment before moving to MD. Supposedly 4.5q of oil where placed in my car oil pressure light goes on we set appointment to see them again get told we they cant do anything about the engine code and light take it to deanship we make an appointment with MD dealer . We move to MD and the car barely makes it, take it to dealership they call be back 2 hours later, hey you had 3.5q of oil missing and there are no leaks. hmmmm Firestone just did an oil change a week ago and look at my car. Now Firestone doesnt want to respond to my submitted claim, no one calls me and everytime I call them they send an email out. 3ish week passed and im still here without a car and my wife cant get to work.
I give this establishment 5 STARS!! I had a flat tire when I walked outside my home, had to call a tow and JUST BARELY made it before close; although they were definitely closing up shop. Instead turning me and my little girl away, they went ahead and serviced my car. Not only were they looking out but they were EXTREMELY kind and empathetic to my situation. Thank you to the staff there at FIRESTONE.

Came by 08Jun20 around 2pm with the intent to purchase four new tires for my car. I waited by the counter about 15 minutes before being greeted even though 4 employees walked by me. Several people came in and out of their office and my “greeting” was a knock through the window telling me to wait by a man on the phone even though the other two people were just standing there. After a total of 30 mins I decided to walk out. I get it might have been a busy day but good customer service goes a long way.
Husband had an appointment and told them multiple times he just wanted the breaks done. He showed up after work for the appointment and they made him wait an hour just to take the car in, then another hour to look at the car. On top of the wait they tried to say it would be almost 900$ to change brake pads and rotors on a Toyota. That was the price AFTER the military discount. Coming from a family of mechanics, I knew right away they tried to play my husband. That job shouldnt be more than 500$ generously. Extremely unhappy with the service all around and with how they treat military members. Will never go back here.
Brought my car in after getting back from deployment. There was a nail in one of my tires that needed to be plugged. I bought them from a Firestone, so they repaired it within a few hours for free. That part was good. My battery was also dead though. They wanted $170+ for a battery I could get/install for $100, so I just wanted to do the swap myself. I was able to jump it (twice) with a cheap little $20, powerbank-sized jumper, before taking it in, yet after servicing it, they couldn’t start it up again. After an hour of them trying, and a rejected offer for me to jump it myself, I finally just gave in and had them change the battery. The staff was courteous enough, and they gave me a discount for the inconvenience, but it still ended up costing me $50 more than it should have. Maybe they are a little incompetent, or maybe they are pushed to make sales. I don’t know. But either way, I’m out $50.
Had an appointment for 4pm to get tires installed. Car was sitting on the lift until 5:30pm and didnt get finished until 6:20pm. Only reason for 2 stars is because the gentleman at desk in the lobby was great with helping me.
The employee Chris was very polite, answered all of our questions that we had thoroughly and was very patient with us in all of our question asking. He is very knowledgeable and is the reason we will be returning to this Firestone. (along with the good work that was performed on our vehicle)

Scheduled an appointment online to have brakes looked at, confirmation email said they would call if appointment was NOT available, went at our scheduled time and they claim they missed seeing that appointment and could not even look at the brakes pads today. Completely ridiculous. Why have an online appointment maker if you can’t keep appointments that we’re scheduled.
Got some work done all wheels changed then got an alignment that was recommended done now I have to turn the steering wheel to the left to drive straight. Signed up for credit card for the free oil change might as well since its being worked on, checked the oil still dirty.
Tire got screwed, I called 20 minutes before closing, and they got me in and out quickly .
The employees said that the state inspection are first come first serve the guy said it will not be done till Saturday its only Thursday and I came there before they open nobody is in line the guy said its a lot off people is ahead on me thats BS this firestone should be close they suck on service
Honest and hard working men, and maybe women work here. Havent seen one but if there was one I bet she would be as hard working as the men. They are very helpful with someone like me who doesnt know about cars. Theyve explained a lot of things about cars I didnt know about.

Every time I go to this firestone, the workers are always so rude and trying to get you to pay the most money possible. I went here again today because there the closest and there employee rick was just extremely rude and not helpful at all.

I dropped my car off Friday night for a state inspection and Justin was very polite and professional and advised me up front that they could do it but it would not be ready until Tuesday because of the number of cars that was on front of me. I was happy that he was upfront with telling me that and by his and the managers politeness towards me I decided to leave my car there. I got a call today from Justin saying my car was ready which was a day earlier than what was promised and that really made me day. I will be back soon to get my brakes done and I definitely recommend this location. Thanks guys and Happy Holiday’s to you all
You can trust your car to the guys at this Firestone! They look out for you in every way at check your cars mileage maintenance requirements to suggest what will keep your car current and in great running condition. You can roll up if you have a minor problem, headlight, tire pressure, wipers, and they will expedite your needs and sometimes do it as a courtesy. The Service Managers are forever positive despite that they handle many clients everyday. Which is no wonder because this Firestone is the best!
Great Place!! Extremely Friendly Staff that goes Above and Beyond!! I go here anytime I need work done on My truck and its always a pleasure to deal with them... I happened to get a flat tire right outside the shop. I pulled in and asked could they patch or change my tire and they refused. They said they are about to close. Mind you its 4:15 on a Tuesday. Im so disgusted with this place!

I made an appointment last night and had no trouble doing alignment today. Service was fast, in and out in 40 minutes. I couldnt even get my homework done cause usually your at places like this for 3 hours; like tread quarters, Wal-Mart, etc. Friendly staff, 5 stars all around!
The manager was busy but was able to accommodate us when our car had to be towed there. He explained all the options and didnt make us feel stupid for not taking all the options. The store was clean, bright and comfortable.
In the middle of a huge snow storm I ended up with a gigantic piece of a tool in my tire which required me to replace the tire. I called Firestone and even though we still had snow and ice on some roads they helped get me connected with a tow to the facility and were able to get my tires replaced within a business day. They communicated with me through the entire process so I always knew what was going on. While I wasnt super happy that I had to shell out for new tires the staff at this location was understanding and did what they could to ease the pain. Mike, who I believe is the manager, creates a very welcoming environment for all his customers. Ill definitely continue using Firestone for service.
Showed up at 10.30 for an alignment (no previous appointment) I was out by 12.30. Pretty fast considering I was in line.
Chuck the manager has reached out and resolved the issue, glad the management team cares about its customers. I would gladly give them another shot at servicing my vehicle due to the management this store has.By far one of the worst shops I’ve had the experience of dealing with. I brought in one of my wheels to get a new tire put on after I had blowout and then had the other 3 replaced when I brought the vehicle in the following week. I had called and set an appointment up to do this to make sure it could be done. So I told them that I would only need 3 new tires put on my vehicle and I would also like an alignment done. Long story short they were late to start on my vehicle and called claiming they couldn’t put the tires on until they replaced one of my rotors on the wheel that had a new tire on already. So I said that tire has already been replaced I brought it in last week, and then they continued to work on my vehicle, after trying to run up a service not needed on my vehicle. I arrive around 6pm (closing time) and I had not received a phone call yet. I go inside and ask about the progress and they said we’re fixing to do the alignment. They come out 10 mins later to tell me that they can’t do it due to it having power steering. Almost every vehicle has power steering and I have had my vehicle aligned at this location a few months prior.Knowing that was a lie I decided to bite the bullet and just pay for the tires and leave. A few days later upon inspection of my new tires I noticed that my wheels have the paint removed around the lip, chips around the wheel, and on top of the valve stem cap missing.
The manager Justin was so awesome and helpful. He was very busy and we were complicating as usual but he was very helpful. Even hooked us up with a free oil change !!! Definitely recommend!!
I have used Firestone for many years. I was happy with the service until I went to this particular store. They usually only have one mechanic that cant keep up with service request and causes customers to wait forever. If they hired more mechanics their ratings would improve.
Ended up at this Firestone last minute when my Jeep ended up with the death wobbles. They quickly made room for us in thier schedule which was very helpful since we were leaving town. While we waited we watched as the techs took care of every customer with great care and knowledge. The manager adjusted prices and helped a gentleman pay for the work that was done when it turned out to be more expensive than the customer was prepared for. They were very considerate and thoughtful to all thier customers . I highly recommend this establishment.
A few years ago, I brought 2 tires from the military highway location, had them mounted and balanced here as well. The reason why I give them 1 star is because I changed all tires and none of them had the TPMS sensors. They charged me for 2 of them. They arent cheap either. Also, you cant exactly check if they installed them until you take the tire off.Be aware of this little scam.

Tried getting my inspection done at this location after I was referred from the dealership I purchased my car at, seeing as they work closely together. EVERY time I went to get in line, sometimes 7AM when they open, sometimes 2PM on a weekday, some other times in between, they were NEVER able to take my car, or offered to have me leave it until the next day?! Who can just leave their car until the next day, or even leave it for the whole day? That is my mode of transportation, and the way I get to and from my 9-5 career that I commute across two cities to and from every week day, and work weekends unfortunately from 8AM-3PM, leaving me very little time to try and get my car inspected. I would suggest you take your car somewhere else, they seem to have a pretty full customer fan base, and they will take their REGULARS (yes he used this wordage for a reason why my car would be put behind theirs) ahead of anyone, no matter your circumstance, apparently. I wonder what you have to do to become a REGULAR if you can never seem to have your car serviced here? Good luck......
I was a loyal customer here for years and after todays experience I will never return again. I paid for a full synthetic $80 oil change. When I got in my car i noticed they had left it on “trip” and didn’t even bother resetting it back to 0. Nor did they put it back on the odometer screen. I asked why and was given the excuse “the car probably didn’t take” and “I could bring it back if I wanted” why should I have to drive all the way back when you could’ve done your job right the first time? I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.
NOT A Good place to go if you are looking for HONESTY. Went in with a brake issue. They told me I need 2 calipers and 2 brake lines. Turned out all i needed was a brake booster solenoid.I was in a bind and needed my car that day and they tried to take advantage of my situation.

Had to get my truck towed here at 4:30 on a monday understandable they couldnt get my starter and replace it same day, I show up 2pm on Tuesday after most of the day my truck sitting in the parking lot, and called several times to confirm, physically went to the shop to wait for them to work, 3 hours go by after working on 7 or 8 other vehicle walk ins, before getting to mine just for the part they received to be defective, now there is not enough time to get a new starter today on Tuesday, have to come back tomorrow hopefully 2 days wont be wasted

This place is a joke. Dropped off our car as our AC was broken. Was told itd be looked at that day. Call 40 minutes before closing and was told their AC guy wasnt in. Okay why have us drop it off? They tell us they will check it out the following day. We call the next day after they had been open for a few hours and asked of they had a chance to look at it. We were told their power was out so they wouldnt be able to get to it that day. We asked if we could come pick up our car as my husband needed it for work. We were told yes. So my husband Ubers there to get our car AND THERE IS NO ONE THERE. After we were told it was okay for us to come grab our car! We will be taking our service else where.
Arrived this morning at 7AM to have my daughters car safety inspected. My wife and I are visiting from North Carolina to welcome our daughter back from her 10 month deployment to the Arabian Gulf with the TRUMAN carrier battle group. I was cheerfully greeted by service manager Blake Zuskin, checked in, offered coffee and wifi while I waited for the car. Although the building is aged, the interior is clean with hot coffee for those to get their morning started. The staff is very professional and skilled in their craft.There are no reservations in bringing our cars here to get the care they need in the future

Excellent service. Chuck is Awesome with a capital A! My engine was running hot with a number of things wrong with it. Lets just say I will never go to my side mechanic again. I am no mechanic but when i tell you I know the work was done right, i know it because my car has NEVER driven this good. Thanks to this firestone team. I will always come to this location, even if I move across town.
I have used Firestone for a few years and while they may be good for tire rotations and batteries do not ever use them for anything major. The timing belt in my car broke on a Saturday with everything closed and I wound up getting my car towed to Firestone, big mistake. They took 3 days, and charged me over $800 to replace the timing belt and I had to beg them to also replace the water pump, and the tension and idler pulleys while they were in there which is recommended when the timing belt is replaced. Worse when I got the car back they said they saw an oil leak (never called me) and commented that your oil pump is going out. Sure enough 2 days later my car is pouring oil out all over the ground. When I called Firestone about it all they would say was well we wrote it on the ticket. I had to wait 2 days to get my car to another shop to get it fixed properly which it finally was but I will never use Firestone again and recommend others stay away as well unless you need your tires rotated or windows cleaned but other than that avoid them.
Fast turn around times while I wait, coffee in lobby, great honest service advisors and technicians I would most definitely recommend family and friends to stop in and check them out

I used to have firestone work on all of my vehicles, but that is no more. Last time I brought in my wifes car for a tire rotation, they stripped one of the studs and I have to pay to have it snapped off and replaced. It was a careless error that could have easily been avoided. This is not my first issue with Firestone technicians.I recommend you go somewhere else. Firestone tends to create more issues with vehicles.

The staff is helpful but will not honor advertised discounts. The work performed is over-priced and mediocre at best. Damage was done to my vehicles wheels during a routine tire change.

Always take care of my needs. Only issue is they will keep my car ALL day if I drop off in the morning with no appointment, a bit annoying.
