Ordered 4 gallons of Klentzone 3 on May 25. So far I have been double charged for the order, received only 1 gallon and can’t get replies to emails I have sent. Spoke to customer service twice and they were no help. Both times hey we’re going to check and call me back

This store fraudulently made 3 charges in the exact same amount to my card over the course two days. Never been to GA. Never even heard of them until I checked with my credit card company and got their information.

Be careful what you buy, they will try to sell you something else. Bought some stuff sent it back and they wouldnt give me a refund after almost a month. UPS said that they delivered my stuff but granquartz sales rep. said they received nothing. Their product packaging is horrible, so some stuff may be damaged, and dont expect that they will give you a refund or replacement or pay for return shipping. For a refund you will have to make about 20-30 phone calls and they still will tell you that they cant help you and that they dont know whats going on or they never received your stuff that was sent back.

Outstanding service and pricing. Saved my Friday project as the big box stores and local hardware joint fail to stock or dont even know what the the EZ Dishwasher Bracket is. Fair price as well. If I was doing another project I would come here first for all my tile working tools!Thanks again,JDP
