Wendy was awesome! I called because my door had been hit by the previous owners of my home. She was able to connect me with two vendors in my area that were so helpful! She went above and beyond by verifying the information was accurate and correct and told me to call her back if my issue was not resolved. I work in management and wish I had a dozen employees as helpful and kind as Wendy was!

All i wanted to do was buy product from them and i am threatened with the police! What a nightmare. I have patronized Southeast for many years but had to move my business away from their location. I then found they opened a new location near me. I called and was informed that they have lost my info and they have a new policy in which it could take over a week just to get the price i needed. I stated that i was not happy and they switched me over to the Customer Service Manager - Crista - and thats when it all went down hill. She would not accept the complaint, refused to answer any questions i had and proceeded to talk over my voice repeating the same statement like a robot. I just wanted to do business with them again and i was treated like second class. She then kept hanging up on me unless i fell in line and did not complain, when i refused she threatened to call the police. I have NEVER dealt with such a repugnant woman in my life. She bragged about her 35 years of customer service experience while refusing to provide me with customer service. Very bizarre indeed. The worst experience i have ever had with a supplier that i wanted to give money to for their product.---I have left a message for the owner. Hopefully he will respond better tha those he pays to. I will update after speaking with him.UPDATE - Called owner several times and he didnt even bother to return my calls.

Great company. Great for licensed dealers. Whether your just getting your business started or have been an established business they will meet all of your needs. Customers are always satisfied with their product. Definetley beats home depot or Lowes where just anyone can buy doors direct.

I need two replacement panels. Although the lady was nice on the phone this company does not sell directly to the customer. They will only sell to companies who install them. If you are not into paying extra to buy it third party at a mark up dont bother with their products. Im just replacing the entire garage door with a product I know I can buy myself and any replacement parts I need without the hassle of marked up sales. The doors are thin and cheaply made anyways. The door wont hold a weld and it broke only where the hardware was installed by the professionals 5 years ago when the house was built. Its extremely disappointing they make something so simple extremely complicated for those who use the products.

We work with the fine folks at the Norcross location on a daily basis. We litterally could not be happier with every aspect of this company. Stephanie, and Pedro cordinate our orders, give us quotes, and do so many things for us that we arent sure how they keep it all together so well. Milton, our deivery driver is amazing. He is one of the hardest working, most positive people I know. Everyone in this office feels like family to us. We cant recomend them enough!

McDonough location is worst. Norcross not much better. I have read some of the previous reviews and atleast Im not the only ones threstened with cops. They also threatened to no longer sell to me after myself and my customer got upset with them for losing her door. We were told if we didnt dance around and talk to the 80 year old super sweet we could not buy doors. They lose and constantly mess up your order with no sense of my time and money. Steve, the manager in mcdonough has the personality of a wet paper towel. On top of this they have raised prices on their product several times this year alone AND no longer will price match their competitors. Go anywhere else!!!
