This is the worst computer repair service I have ever encountered. They use defective and remanufacturered parts. However, they present them as new. My laptop is in worst shape than when I initially took it there. Cheaper is not better. Please do your research on this business. I wish I had!

Not the service or place it use to be. When Servie and Ginnie was working here this place was the best for computers and service new or used. Now, they sell used computers with an invalid windows license. All computers come with a windows license, these guys now userheir company license and when it expires they try to charge you to fix the problem it only needs a valid license or registration number. They wanted to totally reset my system and possibly loose data. Dishonest!

Be AWARE, these guys are crooks, worst computer repair ever. when I got my hp laptop back, he replaced my motherboard with broken one.. the S/N on the bottom cover doesnt match the MB S/N.The good reviews you see on Google are FAKE,,, check yelp reviews.

Fixed a cracked laptop screen. Looked at some other places which said they were going to charge me $200 for labor + cost of screen AND they didnt have screens in stock so I had to wait 5 to 7 business days. The guy here not only had my screen in stock but literally took less than 5 minutes and it was less than half the price other places were going to charge me.They also seemed to have a nice selection of computers and laptops (I think used?)

Not the best customer service or sales force. I would recommend the Marietta location as they are hands down the number one location for ginstar. This location for this review is much more expensive and not a lot of foot traffic going in.

I was in there to get and older motherboard and that worked fine, but being a computer tech I overheard a conversation where the tech was informing a customer that it was ok that the windows update wasnt completed all the way on his XP laptop was normal and could be ignored. Then they argued with the customer when the customer insisted they were wrong. As a computer tech that has been in IT for over 10 years, I know ginstar was misinforming the customer.
