I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to fix their printer. they said it would cost me $120+tax which is almost half of brand new printer price. now I am just wasting my $35 diagnostic fee because I would rather buy a new printer with that much money. serious warning, do not ever go here to fix anything after warranty
