Bad business! I purchased a car from here and he never told me that all 4 of my tires were bad. I had a blow out on the highway with my 2yr old son in the car. Thank God it wasnt too bad. When it was almost time for me to get my tag, he never put in the paperwork for my tag. I went to the tag office to get my tag & they said they’re still waiting on the paperwork from Adrian. My tag expired a week after that & he still didn’t send in the paperwork. I had to get another paper tag. All in all I would say they would sell you any kind of car just to get paid.

Hands down the best dealership in norcross and Duluth area. My husband purchased a Ford Expedition from them in immaculate condition financing was a easy process and they made us comfortable with the entire process! They made sure all our questions were answered and when we found some Minor things that the truck needs to get repaired they offered to repair it. Adrian his wife and Rodolfo are honest and take good care of their cars. They keep their word and that’s something hard to find at dealerships. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and we will be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.

All the reviews have to be fake. Adrian and his wife are crooks pure crooks. They will harass u hold your car for weeks after u have paid for it, they will lie, they won’t put paperwork in to get your tag, and the car will have major repairs needed in about a month. The fact they allow these businesses to keep doing this to people is beyond sad.

Be careful when dealing with these people. Never paid my loan off on car I traded in (so had to keep paying my car payment that I didn’t have anymore), put expired temporary tag on the new car, and didn’t receive title for a while. Got everything situated after couple months past and constantly being on them!

Stephanie made the car buying an easy and painless process. Straight forward and to the point. It is a used car so it has a few minor things that need work but they are going to fix all the issues which I am very grateful for. I am very happy with my car and the customer service here.

We went here to look for a vehicle we found on the internet .. Both Adrian and Stephanie were absolutely wonderful with us.. We were treated with very professional very helpful very courteous service.. . They stayed after they were closed to help us.. Their knowledge of cars in general was great we had been shopping recently and they knew precisely the prices and what was fair value and their cars were very fair and price...We highly recommend this place and we definitely will return to buy a car.. Unfortunately the car we were looking for they didnt have - because they already sold it.. ;-) unlucky for us.. We live 200 miles away and by the time we drove here, it sold. . We should have called maybe.. we didnt But, they still took time for us and if they get what we want and need.. - We will definitely come here again :-)..

We purchased a vehicle from Ticos in December of 2018. OVER ONE YEAR LATER, we still do not have the title. Adrian claims the state is holidng many of his titles (probably for a reason....), yet the Department of Revenue tells us they are holding our title due to Ticos not providing the documentation on the sale of the vehicle. We have filed a complaint with the Secretary of State and have hired an attorney to take legal action. This has gone on for too long and our patience is gone. Not to mention the vehicle is the worst vehicle we have ever purchased. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Today I came across this dealership online and once we called it was such a beautiful connection. They were very welcoming, warm greeting, and even offered to pick me up at my house which was more than 30 minutes away from the location. It was God sent. For some they might think this dealer is horrible but I cant agree because my personal experience was mind blowing. Adrian and his wife were amazing. I got a bigger car for my family it was all stress free and nothing like other dealers I been through.! I dealt with Adrian and Stephanie during the purchase of a 06 F-250. They were amazing to deal with overall and easy to work with on price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased my car in November 2018 and I still do not have my title and here it is March 2019. I have called countless times to get this resolved only to be told that their lean holder will not release the title. Now I am in default of my car loan because my lean holder does not have the title and my payments have gone way up. The only solution they gave was to give me a dealership tag to put on my car. God forbid anything happen. I am tired of asking and pleading with Adrian and getting the same excuses which is I dont know what the hold up is and why they will not release it. I have yet to receive a valid explanation. I had my lean holder call them to see what they could do and he gave them the same excuse. I suspect mishandling of titles here. I have filed a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General and hopefully by next week this does not have to escalate.I have found in my research that it has become the norm for independent car dealers to hand out dealer tags as their so called hands are tied. Lesson learned. I find this very unprofessional and very inconsiderate not to mention it is a felony and misdemeanor to go this long without providing a title. Again, hopefully by next week, this does have to escalate.

First time getting a car from a dealer and I could sincerely say I was very pleased with the customer care they provide. Very friendly answer all questions and my main thing is they work with you wether is for ur down payment or any paper work and getting approved to finance.. I’ll recommend them anytime..

I was in a situation after my daughter’s car was totaled and needed a vehicle relatively quick. Adrian and Stephanie were a pleasure to work with and took care of business.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Tico Auto Sales. To avoid writing a lengthy review, I will only say that everything that happened during the sales process (and even months later) was dishonest and so bizarre. I regret not going with my gut feeling from the start.

I really thought these were good people very nice, I was fooled I bought a 2011 Bmw from them as soon as I drove off the lot within 2 miles the car blew up they sent son to were the car had broken down and offered my money back or to send it to Bmw to be repaired, I figured since car was under warranty and they were going to send it to Bmw to be fixed I’d keep it would’ve have been better for me in the long run at least I thought great mechanics were going to fix it and it would be like New. After a couple days I call Adrain to find out what happened to the car and to find out which Bmw dealer had the car to no Answer I started calling every Bmw dealer in the area and found Tico had an account with Gwinnett Bmw but my car was never there or at any other Bmw, come find out it was never taken to Bmw like I was told so I gave them the benefit of doubt they could fix it needless to say every time I went to the car lot to check on car no mechanic was around or never there I was told he only worked 4 hours a day, needless to say 3 months later being without a vehicle could not go work at new job I had gotten because I didn’t have a car, was only offered something to drive once I asked 2 months later, so I was going to try swap out my Bmw loan with a Mercedes they had I asked if I could keep the car for a couple of days to make sure it had no issues I was told they couldn’t give me a car to drive because of insurance reasons, finally I had contacted a lawyer he said get my money back and get the to cancel out the loan with financing company I had gotten my down payment back from Tico and was told they were going to deal with financing company needless to say I’m still paying on the car to save my credit they had not taken care of financing!!!!!! I’m screwed!!! No car paying 479 a month for NOTHING!!!!!! I just hired the attorney I have spoken to so if anyone needs a lawyer that specializes is this type of thing email me [email protected] story short they seem to be very nice people when you’re looking and buying something but once the deal is done If you have any kind of issues you are SH.. out of luck !!! And going to be a long battle!!! Please have what ever you’re looking at checked out my a certified mechanic!! My mistake I didn’t!!! every time I had been there which is like 7-8 times they always had new cars in a ton of detailers there cleaning cars but no one checking them out mechanical wise!! Be safe your money your credit they do not give a damn about your credit whatsoever!!!!!

Absolutely love what I bought! got a mustang within my budget. Adrian gave me a chance to test drive and inspect it. negotiated a deal and paid it off in 4 months. No significant issues with what I bought. The engine bay was almost too clean which i was nervous about but everything runs perfectly. They dont have anything for sale for less than about 5k and if you have a good down payment, theyll work with you. Bought my car for 6k, put $4500 down and paid the rest off with no interest in 4 months. Hopefully youll get a good deal too. made sure i checked the brakes, tires, spare, a/c, and changes when i shifted gears. a/c didnt work which was how i negotiated and was more than satisfied with the final price. I drive from conyers to norcross everyday and its a great daily driver. For any car buyers out there, for a good deal i suggest having minimum $3000-$3500 as a down payment, and know exactly what you want. Not just something that runs, know the Make/Model car you want, and use kbb to check the price of the year with mileage you want to stay under and see what combination you can afford. I wanted a Mustang 05-07 with 100k-125k miles for around $3500 and got an 05 with 90k miles. yeah it cost more but i got a better sense of reliability with the number of miles on it. considering my last car had over 235k miles worth about $3000 when totaled, something with such low miles (to me) was well worth it!

Extremely bad service towards potential buyers. U can feel it in the atmosphere. Bad attitude, plus not willing to help customers at all.

They have poor service they sell you a car then they put trackers in your car!! That you pay for after that fact of the matter they avoid fixing things on your car I owned my vehicle for 4 months and they won’t even try to help me it has a check engine light going off even though I paid 14k for the thing

This dealer seems excellent to me since I found my car at a very good price, my car has been very good, the staff is friendly and very reliable. Before buying my car I was looking at other dealers and I could not find the car as I wanted it, the people did not seem so friendly and I did not feel welcome and the salesmen had no professional ethics. Here I found everything I was looking for and at the price that fit my budget. I recommend Tico Auto Sales 100 percent.
