No help whatsoever with a car only had 2 to 3 months with bad transmission. 3 thousand dollars in and was told to pay for them selling a car with a faulty transmission. I was told to pay another down payment for another car, no help even asked to speak directly to manager and never received any contact. To eager to get you in a car but not willing to help. Its illegal to sale a car with a bad transmission. FTC and state filing a compliant.

Went here to purchase another vehicle seen a nice Honda Accord 08 that said 1300 down, but then I did the application and come back I have to put an extra 1200 down. To me it sounds like a rip off I had the money to put down but why when I was treated with such disrespect from the beginning. Here I am walking around the lot in the sun and nobody greeted me until some dude told them I was out there when I know they seen me when I pulled in. Oh well Atlanta Auto Max up the street got my business when they tell you that its this amount down trust and believe thats all you putting down.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I financed a car with them and they repossessed the car even though I made a payment, they could not find my payment on file . Someone took my payment over the phone and they had no record of it . I showed them bank statements etc.They are very unprofessional and unorganized and something is always wrong with there system. They did not want to help me solve the issue, instead they kept asking me to pay the car in full. I don’t recommend buying from them because they will take your money. Also upon buying my car it was a battery in the car that didn’t even fit ( was too small). They just do whatever to the cars and try to sell them. Worst experience ever, they are only nice when trying to make a sale.

The best place to look for your vehicle, as soon as I receive my taxes I will go for another, since I paid one a long time ago. Honestly if you have millions of options to buy a vehicle, this one has to be the number one place, free oil changes, good prices, good STAFF, 30-day engine and transmission warranty, what else can I ask for???? ALSO WITHIN 4 DAYS OF ME HAVING THE CAR IT WAS OVER HEATING, AN THEN THE TRANSMISSION, THEN CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON DAY 10 of me having the car. I still did not even get the Tag and they told me I had to pay $9800 in order to get the car back. And they won’t tell me where the car is I need to get my stuff out of it. So I will be posting bad reviews until they tell me where the car is so I can pick up my things I run a business and this is really messed up to people that really need transportation.

Dont buy from here. Havent had the car 9 months yet had to replace battery, starter then a code for the cylinder. I had to have ok added and they pay for oil. I went to their oil change place and they are having a issue because I paid for the oil because they were closed. We have had major issues with the vehicle and they find any reason to say its wear and tear on the car. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

My last experience with a dealership cost me to loose well over 10k for a junk car that broke down months later.I arrived 10 minutes before they were closing, was greated with kindness by Margarita and the whole crew. The car that I purchased is great. The staff was great....in the beginning. I was acosted by the staff when I wouldnt allow them to check my oil. Mind you, my man is an auto tech and keeps my car in tip top shape. Then when I came to pay my note, a staff member by passed me and opened my car door with my man in the car and attempted to pop my hood. This staff member doesnt even know how to check the oil, because the car was still running when the hood was popped. My man told me to turn off the car, he pulled the stick and showed her that my oil was changed (like I had told them the last time I was there). No one touches under my hood but him. I was thinking about purchasing another car from them, but Ive decided not to. Once this car is paid I wont be giving them anymore of my money nor will I recommend them to the people I know. Such disrespect is not tolerated.

I initially thought they were 5 star service provider, unfortunately enough I was wrong. Since the pandemic I’ve been making payments on my vehicle. I was behind 1 payment and Friday august 7th was due for another payment. I’ve tried to make the payments on their online portal that seems to always have issues. Well on Friday my car was repossessed not by a towing company but a representative. who came an picked my car up. Not only did they charge me my for the 2 payments they charged me 300 for repossession and tow! Which i stated it wasn’t towed I thought my car was being stolen. So instead of 430 and an additional payment I wasn’t expecting to pay 300 as a tow an repossession, not only that my car was in their lot and they couldn’t tell me anything as to where it was mind u I ran back in the house to get something so even the key was still in the car when the took it. Long story short I paid and I my car back today because money wasn’t the issue but your system is. We all have to learn hot to communicate better because the information I got from the young lady was correct but the men send you on a run around. i haven’t in all my life heard of a vehicle being repoed for 1 payment ever. But it’s the 300.00 fee for me. Then hold up they actually have Dekalb county pd written on my window as if they came an took it. But it was the rep from auto man. Illegal is what I call it. But a paper trail is always the best route! See u in court!

1. If you are not a mechanic take one with you to purchase any used vehicle. Most dealerships will do a pre purchase inspection for free so take it to the dealer.2. Make sure you drive the car a couple of times. Take it on freeway. Turn on everything to make sure it works.3. Any repairs they are supposed to do get in writing or make sure its done before any money is exchanged or contracts signed.4. Any verbal warranty get in writing.I was told I would have a 30day warranty on my car. LIES!! I was told later that it was a COURTESY. AC issue I brought it their attention before 30 days was told we cant help.They pull a credit check dont let them lie to you.I just checked the oil & the transmission fluid that was supposed to be changed 3X to see what it looked like and they are both dirty. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I got a truck from them and had it EIGHT days and it cut off in the middle of the street while taking my kids to school!! They sent someone to pick up my truck and had it since noon that day and by the time they closed they still couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it. I explained to them that I missed work that day due to this and got wrote up and if I missed work again it’s a chance I’ll get fired. I asked them if they could give me a loaner car and they said no not until the mechanic takes a look at my car and only if they would have it for longer that 2-3 day is when they would consider giving me a car to get around in! They did not care about NOTHING I had going on all they care about is putting people in those piece of s*** cars they have! I wouldn’t recommend them to a person with a credit score of “0” !

This is an Awful dealer I wouldnt recommend. I recently went there to purchase a vehicle and find out a few days later its a salvaged vehicle when i called them about it the lady lied and said that they told me it was salvaged after arguing with them for about ten minutes they told me to bring the car back then i get there to wait another 30 minutes for my refund.. A complete waste of my time and definitely an inconvenience
