Phoenix and their friendly staff, Brandon and Eunice, provided the best experience I have ever had with a collision repair shop. Not only were they very friendly and easygoing, but they were also very accommodating to my very specific situation and provided a fantastic repair job, very quick turnaround, and an excellent price! I will definitely recommend them and plan to use them for any of my other collision needs. If you need standard collision repair or any specialty work, this is a great place!

I was in an accident in the middle of September 2014 and I brought my car here to be fixed. They were absolutely the most helpful group of people I have come across in business in a long time. They made sure I had a rental car, they made sure my insurance company was paying for it, they brought me to pick up my car they came and pick me up after I dropped off my rental car. They went above and beyond the normal routine of anywhere I have ever been serviced. These guys are awesome! I will recommend this shop to everyone... And they do far more than just collision and repair, they can take care of all of your vehicle needs.

I came here after a minor collision because someone recommended them. The damage to my car wasnt severe, but nonetheless they did an excellent job. They took me to get my rental car so that i wouldnt have to wait. They were extremely courteous and kept me updated on the status of my car. I have an aftermarket exhaust that wasnt aligned properly, and they even fixed that for me free of charge.

They did such a great job fixing my seat, I was so scared that I was going to pay a lot of money for it, but it wasnt and Im so happy I came to them. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and now my seat can move back and forth.

I chose this company to repair some suspension issues. When I returned my rear driver side window was dragged and when i mentioned the damaged they said it came to them that way (lies) and refused to pay for the damage leaving me holding the bag. They also have a big dog lingering around without a leash in the office during business hours. I will never do business here again!!!

ABSOLUTELY ZERO (at least to me !!)After a couple of months of crackling noises from the underside of the car, I checked the repair shop, but I still wanted to find a big one that was operated by a Korean.Its been an hour or so since I arrived, but the boss said that the female employee came and said nothing. I couldnt talk to my boss or technician in person, but I cant meet because Im busy now.Is there such a crazy time? How should I act? Is it all right to do business in this way? Please do not treat customers in this way if you read this article.
