Worst experience with a repair company I have ever had. I got into an accident and was supposed to pick up my car today. I spoke with them all week and even called them 4-5 times today. I even PAID AHEAD. I told them I’d be there around 5 after work to pick it up. Show up at 5:15 and they’re CLOSED. Not a single person in sight, gate shut, and no one answering the phone.I was told “anytime after 3pm” and NOTHING was said about them closing early when I said I’d be there around 5. Now I can’t pick up my car until Monday, when I’m supposed to be at work.I’ve spent $60 on Ubering to Elite and now back home. Now I’m going to have to explain to my boss why I’m going to be late for work on Monday and I’ll have to pay for ANOTHER uber back to this place. I could not be more angry right now.DO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. They will NOT be straight forward with you. Their communication is TERRIBLE and who knows they will probably decide to close early and not tell you.Only God knows how this place has the ratings it does. It shouldn’t.

My car was hit last year and Elite did the insurance work for Progressive. The car had some issues after is was repaired so I took it back to Elite. I am over the moon!! Marty Burke and Josh McAteer were amazing!! They started looking for answers right away!!I was given a rental and they took my car in to evaluate the problems! The car was fixed and they were very gracious and kind!I would highly recommend Elite in Norcross!

I chose Elite Auto Collision because they are on State Farms list of SELECT Service Centers. The General Manager there, Robert Reyes, shot straight with me from the beginning, setting realistic expectations if and when they could take my 1999 Ford Ranger Pick-Up in, when they could begin the work, and most importantly: when they would finish. Robert did exactly what he said he would. Jordan takes care of the claims filing and administrative duties, and is cheerful and efficient. They have an excellent team at Elite Auto Collision. They did a fantastic job on my pick-up truck, also!

When my car was hit by debris on the interstate, my insurance company suggested I take it to Elite. It was the first time I’d had to take a car to get serious work done, so I was a bit cautious. I didn’t need to be; they took care of everything. They were wonderful and my car looked spotless when I came to pick it up. It was an easy and painless experience!

This was my first collision repair shop experience and I have to say it was a great first. Staff was very friendly and prompt with the estimate. Elite kept me updated thought the repair and even had my car ready ahead of schedule. The end result was outstanding, my car looked great. Hopefully I will not need collision repair again but I do highly recommend.

Elite is the best. Being that I work in a business where we deal with cars being repaired. This Shop is absolutely tops. From the moment we dropped our car off the service has been awesome. They called and got my wife set up with a rental for the day we were ready to drop the car off, and they had the rental agency come and picked her up from the shop. We were kept in the loop the entire time of the repairs, and they were more than happy to answer/explain any of our concerns. They were very fast and efficient. They did an absolute great job on the repairs to our car, and even gave us a car wash! We are greatly satisfied with the whole process. Excellent Customer Service! The staff was courteous and patiently answered all my questions. My car was repaired and returned to me in the quoted amount of time. I wasn’t sure what to expect because my car is a 2004, but the paint was matched beautifully. They even washed and vacuumed my car which was a nice surprise. I took my truck to them for two different no-fault repairs, which I knew what I was about to get into. Dealing with one insurance company is tough; having to appease (or just work with) two at once was no doubt going to be painful. This led me to call all over, essentially interviewing collision specialists from literally Canton to Norcross. I did research on their history, Google reviews, & called to ask pertinent questions about the potential repairs. All of the results gave me a confidence to choose them, out of a sea of body shops, & Im grateful I did.Starting Work-They were incredibly organized with both claims. Once I told them that I would like to pull the trigger on them taking on the repairs they took everything from there. I was given the estimated repair lead time, & the repair was complete on the day that was originally estimated.I dropped by to get something I had left in the truck & was pleased to see the truck was in a secured lot with plenty of lighting & security cameras. The property was well organized & clean, which gave me confidence that if they could keep the property this good looking they would treat my truck the same way.Inspecting the Repairs-Once the repairs were complete I walked the truck with Robert. I had told him when I initially called that I would be upset if the paint werent as good as the factory paint. He delivered. The truck looks as good as it did before the accidents.All things considered, it was easier to get my truck fixed with Elite Auto Collision than ordering take out for lunch.

Well to make a long story short everything look good from the naked eye but underneath the vehicle they use the same old car parts looks like the insurance and car shop are in cahoots or employees are just plane lazy Please do not take your vehicles to this place 😡🤬 unprofessional

Robert and Jordyn are the absolute best. Their customer service is over the top. I was very picky trying to decide who would fix my car. Once I called Elite and had a brief conversation with Robert, I immediately knew right then they were the one. They did excellent work on my Mustang GT. The work was flawless and right on time and I am sometimes hard to please. My car is black and most everyone knows that black will show any flaws. The staff in Norcross were extremely efficient and provided excellent communication throughout the process. I was treated as though I was the owners kid who had a fender-bender and could take advantage of a family connection!! The shops signage is a little obscured from the road .... I drove past once, and turned around. If you should miss them - make sure you turn around too!

Elite Auto Norcross definitely took care of my accident related damages. Robert kept me updated pretty much every step of the way, he made sure he let me know everything about the damages and the supplements that needed to be approved by the insurance company. My car looks like new, if I ever have any other car needs I will be bringing my vehicles here. They even brought my car to me at work because I was still in the rental and didnt want me to have to pay additional lyft fees. They are really sweet.

The customer service here is the best Ive experienced anywhere in the auto industry from body shops to servicing and premier auto companies. Daily update on your vehicle and flexibility in timings with rent a car agencies and your own work schedule.

They repaired the cosmetic and told me they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with the car. Then tell me they would have to send it off to the dealer to request service. Really vague about the codes I asked a lot of questions to get. Still no understanding. I have to take it to the dealer myself. I will not let them work any of my cars again.

Never had a need for an auto collision shop before. But now that I had to have my car fixed, I was glad to have Elite Auto Collision fix my car. Their service and and their professional staff were excellent.

The work done in the end was good with no visual defects (it was a dent repair and repainting job). The problem I had was with the customer service (no one was at the front desk for 1.5 hrs) and delivery of my vehicle. No one checked to make sure everything was okay with it before calling me in for delivery. After I took delivery I soon realized that the window rattled like something metal was hitting it and had to return back to get it repaired. I had to wait on the body shop guys to come back from lunch and some more time each time as no one was at the front. Apparently it was a broken/loose clip that caused the sound. The rattle was so loud that it can be clearly heard when closing the door. No one cared to inspect it before delivery even though the repairs clearly stated that trim pieces on and around the door and the door handle were removed and reinstalled. Overall, I had a very bad experience with my pickup today which lasted about 1.5 hours because of all the waiting, but I have no complaints about the repair work.

I got hit by a semi truck in Ohio and somehow managed to drive my civic down to Robert and he assured me that he could get my baby back to the way she was.They had my car stripped down and ready to work on within the first day and had already ordered the parts necessary for the repair.I expected the repair to take at least 2-4 weeks since they were busy and my car was no cake-walk but they had me back in my car in a week and a half.They handled all the back and forth with the insurance people so I didnt have to play phone tag at work.Robert took the time to update me on the progress of the repair every step of the way, which he didnt have to.I was treated so well that I would get into another wreck just to take it to them again (knock on wood).Thanks again, Robert! Ill bring yall up next time someone needs repairs.

I recently lost a wheel well trim piece after hitting a piece of blown-out tire debris. I brought my car to Elite for an estimate which took just a few minutes. They ordered the part and fixed it the next business day to my surprise. They also went way beyond what I expected for such a little job by washing my car and buffing out some marks above where the damage was. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I often had trouble finding a repair shop I could trust, but Elite really knocks it out of the park. Their pricing and work is very fair and transparent and they really go above and beyond the industry standard to do what is right by the customer. You wont be disappointed doing business with them as I learned they care more about the customer than the average repair shop - thank you guys for everything!

When I hear the word Elite, I think of the best and that is exactly what I received from Elite auto-collision. Jordan and Slyde gave me the best service and really treated me like royalty. My Lexus IS250 suffered extensive damage from a accident and I was very skeptical in letting anyone other than Lexus service it, but I am happy I decided to go with Elite. You can tell that everyone takes pride in their work. Although people were under the weather they were able to keep all deadlines and communicate exactly what was going on with my car along every step of the way. They were also able to repair some outstanding issues I had with the car against a rate that was to die for!!
